Situated in Dollar Point, this charming condo for £243 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Thompson's Landing has recently been remodeled and has everything you'll need to enjoy the most wonderful vacation in Tahoe! It boasts 3 full bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is an easy stroll to the common area swimming pool (summer only), hot tub, sauna, tennis courts (tennis rackets & balls provided if you don't have your own!) and pickle-ball courts. There are also a basketball courts around the corner. As you walk into this beautiful Condo, you enter the living, dining & kitchen areas. There's also a half bathroom downstairs alongside the kitchen and a nice back deck area. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms and the other two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed with a walk in closet and full bathroom (stall shower). The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twins. The twin bedroom is great for kids, as it has a library of movies they can watch on the television or play any of the numerous games provided. Wood floors accent the downstairs living areas. The kitchen is absolutely stunning with its stainless-steel appliances, wood floors, granite counter tops and self closing cabinets & drawers! It has all the modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, gas range and in addition to the Cuisinart coffee maker, it has all the needed utensils, serving dishes, etc., including a Ninja Blender & all new cookware (2018) and makes for an amazing setting while entertaining family and friends! Next to the kitchen is also a full-size washer & dryer. The dining room table accommodates 6 people comfortably and there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen island for additional seating. The living room has a large flat-screen television with Apple TV & Netflix, Blue Ray DVD player, stone (gas) fireplace! As you settle into this Condo, you'll find the Owners have thought of just about everything! You're welcome to pull the TV out from the wall and adjust accordingly for better viewing. The blinds in the living room and kitchen areas can be opened/closed with a push of a button. Walk out onto the new back deck and relax in the shade as you whip up a scrumptious meal on the gas BBQ. The back deck also leads out to the common area swimming pool, hot tub AND sauna, tennis courts & pickle ball courts, which is just steps away!* Lake Forest & Skylandia Beaches are also just a short walk from this Condominium community. And you are within a short drive of world class skiing at Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort, Homewood Mountain Resort, and Northstar at Tahoe! Cleaning fee includes linens and towels. You may want to bring spa/beach towels, as those are not provided. Sorry, NO PETS are allowed in this Condominium Association, unless you're the owner of the unit. Safe easy rental. Home was clean well stocked with most everything we needed. It was a short walk to a beach. We were close to everything we wanted to do. It a townhome so you have neighbors but they were relaxed even though out young kids enjoyed jumping on the stairs and generally making noise like kids tend to do.

Great location for a family, multiple options for outdoor activities
We were very happy to stay in this house. It’s the perfect size for our family of 5 (different age groups). Overall we had a good time staying here. It is centrally located: the back is right in front of the swimming pool with a hot tub and the tennis courts. The lake is within walking distance and Safeway is 3 min driving distance.
The only negative point associated with this location is the noise level in the evening: the house doesn’t have AC so it gets hot at night. Although all rooms are equipped with powerful fans, if you leave your window open (the master bedroom), you will be disturbed with the noise of people gathering at the pool past the allowed time (past 10:00pm). Otherwise, I would definitely come back here and would recommend the property.

Great place to stay!
The property was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was close to the bike path and the beach. This particular unit was probably in the best location on the property. Open up the back slider and you are near the pool, hot tub, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. The owner stocked it very nicely Incase you forgot anything. We hope it is available next year when we come up!

We had a great stay here. My husband kept commenting on how incredibly clean it was and also how well thought out the stay was in regards to having everything we could possibly need. We were right next to the pool and tennis courts for kids and the location in proximity to town was perfect. We were only a mile from the nordic center trail access and also the beach. Our only problems were we couldn't get the TV to work (likely our fault and we didn't care because we had so much else to do) and also thought it had AC which we didn't find. Otherwise we were very happy with the stay. Also they let us check in early which was SO awesome for our toddler to get a nap! Many thanks.

We were very impressed with how clean our place was and they let us in early which was SO nice to get our toddler a nap! We were very thankful for that! We were right next to the pool, tennis courts and not far from the beach. This is an excellent place for kids to play! The master king bed was very comfortable and we slept great! Everything we needed seemed to be there and we were very grateful for how well the listers seemed to think out and plan for/organize a stay for their renters. Our only issues were we couldn't get the TV working (we didn't mind as we had plenty else to do) and we thought there was AC but may have been wrong on that. Otherwise we had an excellent stay and highly recommend this place. Thanks again for letting us in early and the location and cleanliness was fantastic!

We love this place. It is well stocked with nice things. Very comfortable. We enjoyed walking down to Bristlecone beach and into town. It is right near the pool and hot tub as well as the tennis/pickle ball courts. The back deck is nicely shaded by Cedar trees and it is great hanging out there. The downstairs is tastefully updated and has a Tahoe feel. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. We will definitely be staying here again whether it be summer or winter.

Wow, great place! Awesome new kitchen and very clean and comfortable. Ideally located within the complex with pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis, and pickle ball right off the back deck. They had rackets in the closet for use too and the kids talked me into pickle ball. What a trip, it’s like ping ping on steroids! We also found an awesome bakery (Sugar Pine Cakery) within a short walk. Skylandia beach was totally a surprise right down the street, wow that is a cool beach and not crowded. Walked into town a few times along the bike trail, lots to do there and found a few restaurants in Boat Works with a great view of the lake. Kids saw a bear walk by the deck too! Totally coming back here, we loved everything about this place!

This Condo was the best condo we've stayed at in Lake Forest Glen. We come every year, but this is by far, the best unit overall. The pool and hot tub are easily accessible and just steps from the back door, the deck is shaded by trees and the view of the pool from the back deck is nice to keep an eye on the kids! We also enjoy going to the lake which is only a couple blocks away. Can't wait to come back to Thompson's Landing.
