Great location and property

Conveniently located next to Eagle Lodge.
They CYA saying in the description that internet is spotty but I have stayed at numerous hotels and condo's and they don't have issues but this place has NO INTERNET OR CABLE TV. I called the help line and she tried to help me but as soon as I rebooted the internet/tower it all came back but within 20 sec. it all disappeared.
The place appears to have newer furniture ( mattress, kitchen table and chairs, family room chairs and rocker). General cleaning was adequate but a mid level deep clean has not been done for a while. The place was very quiet - literally never heard another person in the building. There are a lot of stairs to climb up and down; I dont mind the exercise but lugging up groceries, suitcases, ski boots, ..... becomes a bit much.
We will NOT be staying here again since there are other places with better amenities that work.

Everything was great! Our only complaint as taller people is that the shower head was a little too low so our showers were a bit uncomfortable. Everything was a bit outdated too. But besides that, it was the perfect place for a couple/single person.

Overall, my stay at this accommodation was satisfactory. I had to make a last-minute booking after my previous accommodation canceled on me, and I was relieved to find this listing with updated availability online. The check-in process was smooth, and the directions were clear, although finding the parking garage was a bit tricky due to snow covering the condo names.
The location was convenient and just a short walk away from Eagle Lodge and the ski lift. It was an easy walk for us, but it might be a bit challenging for those wearing ski boots, especially young children. However, it's closer to the lodge than the roadside parking available once the resort parking lot is full. The condo was warm and cozy upon our arrival, and the pull-out bed in the living room was comfortable and well-equipped with warm bedding.
For the price, this accommodation offered better value than many hotel and motel options further from the slopes, and the kitchen and amenities like the hot tub and sauna were a bonus. However, there were some downsides. The parking garage required going through several heavy doors and up and down a few sets of stairs, making it a bit challenging for elderly visitors or those with young children.
The heater controls were a bit fussy, and it took a while to get them right. We would have loved to use the fireplace for ambiance, but we were provided with just three logs, which was not enough for our three-night stay. The internet did not work, and there was no cell service, which could be a problem for those needing to work remotely. We did try to reset the router to no avail.
The cleanliness was subpar, with mouse droppings in the drawers, questionable stains on the bedding, a dirty sheet on the pull-out couch, trash under the couch, and cheetos on the floor. It would be great if management could implement more thorough cleaning protocols to prevent this from happening in the future.
The hot tub was a bit icky at times and might not meet everyone's cleanliness standards. The overall decor of the condo was a bit retro with mismatched furniture and appliances from the 80s, but it did the job just fine for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize proximity to the ski lift over luxurious amenities.
In conclusion, I would recommend this accommodation to budget-conscious travelers who need a place to sleep and refuel while skiing. However, it's essential to be aware of the cleanliness issues and lack of internet and cell service.

Mouse droppings in drawer with kitchen utensils, no WiFi, dirty shoes from prior renter left under bed. Location was good but the rest was quite a disappointment. Pay extra to stay elsewhere!

Wife and I stayed here for the blues fest in August, and we were able to walk to and from the site, which was great (no driving worries after having beers). The place was very clean and comfy. Nitpickers who carp about a couple of carpet stains in a ski condo must never have skiied. It is nearly impossible to not get some dirt/stains on carpet when you return from the slopes unless you disrobe in the hall, LOL.

Nice layout, although quite small overall - plenty of room for 2/3 people. Good facilities including well equipped kitchen and plenty of bathroom supplies.
Ansel Adams building is right next to it's own pool and hot-tubs, and this unit faces away from the main road (which is never busy anyway) so it nice and quiet too.

Not Happy, unit not as described. Requesting partial refund as this was not worth the $800 plus for three nights. Dirty carpet, zero Wi-Fi : no Wi-Fi signal at all, Fireplace was not clean and full of half burnt items, microwave was broken: handle broken and glue from previous repair, Shower was not big enough for an adult, was a child size shower, Condo was not walking distance from lifts: we had to drive. Unit definitely not as described, jacuzzi was not operating and working or open when other properties had their Jacuzzis open

Pretty decent value not too far from Eagle Lodge. Would be a long uphill walk in ski boots but feasible. Nice furnishings and electronics made this a very nice stay for us.

This condo is a great value for the price. It is not one of the nicer Summit condos though. It is a ten minute walk to Eagle Lodge with regular shoes (in ski boots would be tough to do). While there is no elevator, the condo is actually very close to the parking spot (compared to most others I've stayed at)Pros: comfortable bed, close to hot tub, low price, very convenient door combo system (instead of having to deal with keys), larger than usual parking space, has an extra bathroom sink in bedroomcons: heaters difficult to control, not enough lighting (living room is somewhat dark)There are two floor heaters that have complicated electronic programming and are difficult to get on or off. There is no instruction book (or welcome binder like a lot of rentals have). Had to have the Vacasa guy come out and help with them. Would prefer the old fashioned ones just just have a knob.

Great price for the week long stay in Mammoth Lakes. Carpet was showing age, but not unacceptably old. On arrival, found garbage disposal was not clean, and dirty towels from prior guest were on floor behind door; two minor inconveniences on an otherwise great stay. Property is,well maintained, pool cleaned and checked every morning. Would definitely stay again.

Ideal property and location only a shame we were just there for 2 nights. Facilities in the apartment and the complex with a pool and spa area were all well kept and easy to access.

This unit looks great in the pictures and seemed like a great location. However, within about ten minutes of arriving, I discovered that the wifi was totally inoperable, the hot tub was out of order, a bench leg for the dining table was broken, the toilet had an inoperable flush mechanism, and the bathroom sink faucet was frozen and inoperable. so, i called the management company and they arranged for someone to come out and also stated they would contact the wifi provider for help. when we returned to the unit the next day, the wifi was still inoperable, the sink faucet was still stuck, and the toilet still needed plunging or amateur plumbing every time we used it. they did, however, repair the broken bench leg--which is the only way i was able to tell that someone had been in. from there, nobody followed up, nobody offered any further assistance, nothing. i did figure out that the wifi would work if you turned off their wireless surround sound system and if everybody was out skiing. PRO TIP: don't put two devices that operate on the same frequency next to each other. other than the cobwebs on the ceiling, the unit was mostly clean and was in a good location--though the covered parking that comes with the unit is in a different building than the unit itself. the only reason for two stars is the location and the ample supply of firewood. these are all totally correctable problems with minimal investment of time and effort. New Faucet: About $50. New Flush Mechanism: About $10. Useable WIFI: Rearrange the devices (free) and buy upgraded service ($20/month?). Cobwebs: Attention to detail. Hope all of his is helpful.

Hot tub has never worked
These places need to have better updates on their amenities. Says hot tub on the listing but showed up and the hot tub was broken. Had a buddy stay at same place a month prior and it wasn’t working then either. Update your listing or it’s false advertising. The hot tub was the only reason we booked that place.

Part of the experience in a place like this is weather. We got lucky, 5 feet of snow in couple days. This really made the holidays special.
Apartment was great as well. Especially covered parking. Bathroom faucet needs some work though.
Overall great place to stay at Mammoth.

Basic accommodations
This condo is outdated. The carpets are stained and the place is not very clean. The kitchen appliances are old. Blinds are broken in living room. No basic cooking condemns. Not even cooking oil, no first day morning coffee. It’s bare bones. The location of the unit is adjacent to pool and jacuzzi area. I do not recommend this unit. I feel it is not priced accordingly to the basic accommodations.

Nice getaway
Had a nice trip. Great location, close to the Village and pretty central to everything else. Nice deck with views. Pool access needs to be upgraded. The key didn’t work. Had a great time. Very cozy. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the bed, it needs a little TLC.
