Spacious 2nd floor villa is perfect for families, couples, and friends traveling together because of the floor plan, 1442 square feet, featuring tall ceilings and amazing ocean views from the living areas and both bedrooms. Take in the views of the lush gardens with fountains, pools, hot tubs, and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. This expansive condo has a well-appointed kitchen with grilling tools, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is open to the dining area and large great room. The dining table seats 6 people normally and 10 with use of easy built-in butterfly leaf, plus 2 bar stools. Just off of the kitchen is a closet containing a washer and dryer. The spacious gathering room comfortably seats 8 people, is equipped with a 42' flatscreen HDTV, and has a sleeper sofa. There is free WiFI and cable TV for entertainment throughout the villa. The private balcony can be accessed through the sliding doors. As a bonus, all mattresses were brand new in the fall of 2018! Located in Palmetto Dunes Resort with three championship eighteen hole golf courses, 26 tennis courts, restaurants, shopping, marina with fireworks in the summer, and a free door-to-door shuttle(from March to Sept), it’s no wonder that Palmetto Dunes Resort is Travel and Leisure’s #1 Family friendly resort in the continental USA and Canada. A perfect family vacation, golf group outing or weekend getaway. Hilton Head provides 50 miles of public bicycle paths and nature trails. This is a beautiful condo. So very clean and comfortable. Views were beautiful. Excellent location. Very impressed by Vacasa and their check in, check out, and customer service. I was skeptical at first, never having used them before, but they were the easiest, and most responsive of all the VRBO's we have ever had experience with. Would actually search by Host next time due to the ease and efficiency of it all.

We had a wonderful time meeting up with friends from Minnesota for a quick get away to Hilton Head. The property was lovely, had a beautiful view, and a terrific location for activities and beach access. I would stay their again without hesitation.

The property was beautiful. The condo was very nice the patio was not very nice, There were some sort of bug nests all over the back deck. It needs some work.

The View of the ocean and the grounds was beautiful from our 2nd floor Condo. The Condo was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. I'm giving it a 4 because there were a few issues and inconvienences during our stay. Although the Condo was very clean the Master shower drain was clogged which resulted in a couple inches of standing water while showering. To their credit Vacasa responded promptly. Also during the entire stay the elevator wasn't working due to a safety issue and waiting for parts. In addition the water was turned off one of the days for 6 hours for the whole building while a water meter was being moved. Other than these inconveniences we had a great time and enjoyed our stay

This property was infested with fruit flies. We stayed one night before we determined it to be unsafe for my pregnant wife and 15 month old son. The vacasa team minimized my family's health. Will never ever use vacasa again. Steer clear from their services. Awful customer service.

Overall great stay but 2 small issues. The guest bathroom toilet needs work; multiple flushes required always. Also the patio light was not working which prevented us enjoying the great weather at night. Otherwise clean, nice facility.

We loved the smell of knowing our rooms were clean when walking in the door. The room had a good view. Beds were comfortable. The dryer did eat two of our bathing suits, and then quit working. We were offered to bring clothes to the vacasa building to be washed.

Well-appointed condo, had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving meal. Nice pans, plenty of cooking utensils and lots of dish-ware. Super comfortable stay for our family of 5 and beautifully/tastefully decorated. Bathrooms are the only things that could use a little updating but clean and plenty of room. Gorgeous views of the ocean from the balconies and master bedroom. Loved this location and condo! Will stay here again!

Beautiful view from the condo! The space was much bigger than what pictures show. Having a full size kitchen was great for breakfast and lunches. Loved the two separate rooms and bathrooms, perfect for our family + grandparents. It was easy to access the pool and beach which we did each day. Parking was also great with easy access to condo via stairs or elevator. We already knew we loved the Palmetto Dunes area so finding this place that accommodated our needs was awesome. The only downside was having to leave a day early because of Hurricane Ian approaching the coast of SC.

This unit was very clean and updated … I especially loved that it did not have carpeting… something about carpeting that everyone walks on gives me the ebejeebees…very tastefully decorated and well stocked kitchen… we will definitely rent this unit again !

we will be back.. It was fabulous, clean, handy and beautiful. We biked, we swam and we sat on the balcony till bed and then went back first thing in the morning to watch the sunrise! I can’t wait until my next trip to Windsor Place❤️

This unit is very well situated with easy access to the beach while overlooking the pool and fountains. The pictures do not do this unit justice! It's much nicer in person. Nice floor plan with split bedrooms for privacy! Kitchen was well stocked, a few pans and such are getting wear and tear but you find that in rental units. We cooked in everyday and had no problems not having what we needed! Love the keyless entry and the parking garage area! I would definitely rent this unit again! It was clean, and decorated nicely! And it's a corner unit which I do not think is advertised. Don't hesitate to book this unit!

Five stars for location. The property is very functional and maintained well. The unit itself was clean and functional, but too sparse for the price point. No hangers, no beach towels, and a very sparse check in kit provided by the property manager. One towel, one bar of soap, one roll of paper towels, nothing in the kitchen in terms of starting kit (e.g., coffee, sugar, creamer, etc.). If you were driving and packing a car load of stuff with you and can bring everything, it’s OK However the set up really is “bring everything”. Several annoying maintenance issues within the condo itself (TV sound not working, remotes not working, Linens for the pull out sofa not provided, pillows we are few and mediocre, etc.) but after calling them property manager to follow up on a few other items, it just wasn’t worth the bother anymore. That is not to say the property manager was not friendly, responsive, etc. Our disappointment was more around the message, it’s a basic package and that’s all we can do. Again, for the price point and location, We expected a step up from where it was. You were paying for the location and the view, and get a comfortable functional condo in return.
