Clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice paths to walk around for the dogs. All the electronics, washer /dryer, dishwasher, etc all worked well. The instructions for entry using their app did not work, but the property manager sent us the codes. Both bathrooms are on the bottom floor, which is the only downside to the layout, otherwise it was very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

We had 4 adults and 5 kids. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms are im the first level. Living room, dining and kitchen in the 2nd level with the loft. The loft was spacious as well with a queen and twin bed. We had loads of fun stsying inside during a blizzard. Internet was fast enough for to do some work and webex meetings, while streaming movies. Would definitely stay here again.

In short, amazing! Once we opened the doors and settled in, we knew this was the perfect place to ring in the New Year!
The two bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor. Very comfortable and cozy. The Laundry worked beautifully and conveniently located in between the bedrooms. The Kitchen, Dining and Living room areas are very spacious with a great layout for hosting, dining and entertaining. The kitchen was equipped with every convenience, making meals easy to prepare. The Loft area was perfect for the kids to sleep, read, play and congregate away from the adults. The place is dog friendly and our lab really enjoyed the space as well!
Overall, I would highly recommend this unit for any occasion and I am sure we will be regulars during the Holiday and Ski Season. In fact, I am sure we will be back this season! thanks again for the opportunity.

Fix It List
Some issues with things that need to be fixed. Both TV's could use a replacement upgrade including new modems and router. Could not receive local TV channels on main TV. Master bedroom TV had error messages about loose cable connections no picture. Also would be helpful to write up an instruction sheet for TV & remotes operation. Internet does not work that great had problems streaming my laptop onto TV and drop connections. Also the loft sleeping area is way too hot, could use portable fans. Ceiling fans don't help much. Downstairs MB tub needs a non slip surface installed, very slippery. Downstairs MB had extra pillows although no pillow cases.
Downstairs MB toilet needs to be reset its loose. Soap dispenser at kitchen sink is broke. Finally the unit could use more overall ventilation there are only 2 windows and a sliding door that open, all the other windows are fixed glass only.

The kids can run around on the grass look at the ducks in the pond and just be free in the beautiful weather in Mammoth. The dog loves the long trails up to the lodge and through the Meadows. The condo is well-maintained and extremely comfortable. It’s great to have a washer and dryer when you’re traveling with children the living area is comfy and has fluffy warm blankets for the cool evenings. Kitchen is fully stocked. And an extra bonus are the wonderful neighbors who have a new puppy . The kids were in heaven. Hope to be back in the fall.

Peaceful stay
This was my third time staying here in three years and each time the locations affirms why I come back. It’s central, convenient and the views from the condo are beautiful. The condo is well stocked and maintained and dog friendly. Enjoyed morning walks through the meadow within the complex.

Nice spot - a few misses
Just as advertised. Dog friendly which was key. A couple of things to improve but normal for rentals.
Only thing that bummed is out is that the water heater stopped working on last evening. So we couldn't take showers or wash dishes up to checkout. Took maintenance 12 hours to respond. No credit was offered.
Other than that, place worked well.

The property is a cozy place. Easy to check-in. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, and etc. The beds were comfy. The bathrooms could have a little update. And the only other thing is that since it is pet friendly, couple of us had a little allergies. Other than that it was good stay.

We used the doggies gates to block it off. Second if you are going to use the fire place or have a large gathering of people in the living room go up to the loft and open the window all the way and turn on both fans so they blow air out instead of down. If you do not do this the loft will get UNCOMFORTABLY HOT!!! Besides these two things this place is fully stocked with everything you need, clean and comfortable. And the management company was quick to respond and helpful.

It is close to the ski resort and is comfortable and full of amenities, barbecue, jacuzzi, TV’s in all bedrooms etc. A baby bed and gates were available as well as dog dishes

The condo in Snow Creek worked out well for our large group. Good location and everything needed for a comfortable stay. We traveled in during a heavy storm so the well-stocked wood pile was very nice to have on the ready. There was plenty of space in the common area for our family of 9. Beds were very comfortable and the heaters/fireplace kept us toasty. My only recommendation would be to secure the kitchen side of the loft from small toddlers. We had a 3 year old with us and were concerned he could slip through the balusters.

Wonderful Cozy Condo!
We absolutely loved this condo. Warm lodgey decor, such comfortable beds, so well stocked. And so nice to see a condo with carpet! Fantastic location and view. We felt right at home and will definitely be back soon!

Perfect Mammoth Experience
The condo was clean and tidy. A well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook dinners. Really nice they allowed our two pups to join us on our trip. Great hiking nearby. Highly recommend this rental.
