Pretty much everything at the hotel was very nice.
They charge for everything there is nothing free. You got one bottle of water for two people.

It was very close to the event we were attending. It was so clean and EVERYONE we encountered was helpful and kind. We had a clog in the shower when we checked in and they came to fix it in LESS than 5 minutes
Everything was wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like was how dark my room was. I won’t let paint color keep me from returning.

It's a renovated trade school with interesting decor.

Location was great
Staff wasn’t very friendly. Hotel bar, restaurant and coffee shop had weird hours.

I loved the vallet parking. I traveled with my daughter and it made it easy to come into the building and not worry about walking through a parking lot so late. Our room was decent. Just a tad tight
It was a tad tight by the walls to get into our bed

It was a very interesting space. And very close to the venue we were going to for the night.
Though described as micro - the room was a little small. But worked well as we were only staying one night. Unfortunately the restaurant and coffee bar were not open during our stay due to staffing issues.

Room was nice and clean
I specifically asked for a bathtub, and the room did not have one. My quoted rate for the room was 204.38. The final charge is 229.38 why is the price different then my quote? Called to speak to the manager about the tub and wax told the room had to be moved due to overbooking and that he could try to come up with a bathtub but the room we had would be given to someone else....

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
For the first night I couldn’t stay in the room I booked, because it was double booked by the hotel. This room was only superficially cleaned: I found hairpins under the alarm clock, I rubbed down the bathroom counter top with an disinfectant wipe, which was then alarmingly grey, the bedsheet hat funky colored stains.
What I found most annoying is that the hotel does not a proper triple sheeting. They don’t use a blanket protector; they layer flat sheet, blanket and top sheet edge on edge with no overlap; they tuck in this setup in a way that makes it impossible to be folded over. This layout makes it impossible not to touch the bare blanket during sleep.

Paying to park.

Room and bedding was damp. I left papers on the bed for a few hours and they were damp. Bed was uncomfortable because it felt wet

I liked the room and bathroom, both clean and large. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar on the top floor had great views and excellent staff.
I would have liked a closet or more space to hang clothes, if you had a dress, nowhere to hang it.
