Beautifully remodeled home located in Discovery 4 condo community with great location and plenty of sleeping space. Below are a few reasons to stay with us. - Convenient location between Canyon Lodge & The Village - High quality furniture and amenities - Updated gourmet kitchen - 2 full bathrooms (recently renovated) - TV's with Netflix included in all rooms - Tons of sleeping space (5 beds) - Xbox 360 to entertain the kids - Pool, hot tub, game room, and BBQ's on property - Free shuttle & Bike/Hike trails right outside the complex This is a great place to stay for all your Mammoth adventures. It is a great space for groups with plenty of sleeping options. This spacious condo has a luxurious feel and it is set up as the perfect place to relax after a day of fun in the mountains. Our goal is a five star review from every guest. Although we’re sure you will like the space, please let us know if anything is not to your liking. We are local hosts (living less than a mile away) and we can assist with any issues that may come up. Fully licensed with the Town of Mammoth Lakes - Permit # 8764

Beware this property. Fraudulent additional charges will be applied, and you will be debited despite purchasing the VRBO-approved incidental damages insurance. Host is attempting to squeeze out additional revenue from his property. I've reported this property to VRBO.

The property was clean and was a fun layout for our three kids to hang with their two friends. Plenty of room for them all to bunk in the loft and the grown ups each got their own rooms. Great location super close to Canyon Lodge.

Mountain gem
We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was incredibly easy. You can't beat the location (Canyon Lodge is technically walkable). The rooms including the loft were very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and has great appliances. This was the perfect home base for our group. Thanks!

Our boys loved hanging out in the loft playing the Xbox and using the jacuzzi at the rec center area. Plus this place is walking distance to the shuttle to take you to the slopes. Great place! Great location!

Great place and well stocked with what we needed. The dining table set it is a little odd, but other than that it was great! They actually had firewood for the heater.

Awesome spot for Mammoth!
Our group really enjoyed our stay! The home is spacious and cozy, and give a strong cabin vibe. Chris was very prompt with communication and made sure anything we needed was taken care of.
I would recommend this spot to any of my friends, and would be hopeful to stay here again!

Me and my Family had a great time in Mammoth on our Ski trip. This place was very comfortable, and more spacious than we thought. Fantastic Christmas in mammoth during an incredible blizzard! Loved the property and the property manager was extremely helpful with our checkout needs due to the blizzard, would love to stay at this property again!

Two thumbs up!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is smartly laid out so there was plenty of space for three adults and three kids. Everything was in good shape and it was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Happy customers all around!

Great location and condo!
We had a nice stay in this condo for 5 nights and very much enjoyed ourselves!
PROS: Easy check-in (1 hour early) and communication.
CONS: There was no dustpan, vacuum, or broom so we were not able to clean up after ourselves.
Upstairs was quite dusty and impacted one of our family members (if you have allergies to dust this isn't the best choice for you).
There were a lot of rules, such as taking out the trash otherwise you wouldn't get your deposit back, keeping the heater on a set temperature, etc.
Be sure to read the fine print and you will be fine.
Overall we enjoyed the condo and communication with the owner.

Central to all things Mammoth!
We decided to take a last minute trip with our best friends and their 2 daughters. The condo was perfect for families! The girls had the loft to themselves and the adults could lounge in the living room. Pool access is close and good area for scootering right in front! Most importantly the condo is central to all the places you’d want to visit in Mammoth. We had a spectacular time!

Nice condo with good location off Lake Mary Road.
Kitchen was clean, spacious and well appointed.
Dining table and couches were comfortable and room had a nice big TV. Internet worked great. Owner was very responsive. Loft was comfortable although it was hot up there in the summer. Overall, a great place and would stay there again.

Great updated condo
Nicely renovated condo for our 2-family getaway weekend. Centrally located and had all the comforts of home. Chris was available when needed and helpful when we had questions. Would gladly return in the future.

Great Property
The property was newly remodeled and WONDERFUL!
From the pictures, you expect the place to be bigger. It is smaller than I would have liked, but we were able to work with it.
The upstairs loft has low beams and my 6'2" (14yo) son was not able to stay up there as planned, so he had to take one of the main bedrooms on the 1st floor. No biggy, but wished I had know in advance. Otherwise, GREAT location and GREAT property. Owner was super helpful and easy to reach.

Comfortable and Clean
Just wrapped up our family getaway at Discovery 4 and it was great. The condo was well appointed with all the amenities you would need for a stay and even more than you would expect. Beds were super comfortable, all the TV's worked perfectly as advertised and the xbox even kept the kids happy when they weren't fighting over the controllers. The location is what I loved best. We could walk and ride bikes into the Village or to the path where we biked around town. I would highly recommend staying here and should the Mountain open for winter we'll be looking to book this spot again!

Great stay!
This condo was perfect for our 2 families. There are 2 beds and a big couch upstairs in the loft. It was very clean and only 1 flight of stairs. Parking was easy and location is great!!

Perfect Mammoth Condo
This was one of the better rental experiences I have had. Rarely if ever have I rented a better stocked condo. Everything seemed to be thought of from the netflix account already signed in on the TVs, to the xbox upstairs for kids to the 3 humidifiers. Separate thermostats in each room kept the temperatures at the right levels. We travelled with a baby and there was even a baby gate and high chair available (I asked ahead of time). Couches were super comfortable after a long day of skiing and the bus stop to the village is right out front. The loft is massive... We had a great time!

We had a fantastic stay. The location was convenient and the home was as pictured. The property manager was responsive and easy to coordinate with. Overall, we'd come back!
