Please note: This listing is for the lower level. Upper level is not rented out. Tranquility... the name says it all. Located RIGHT ON the white sugary sands in the heart of Panama City Beach. Go out the back door from the sun room and you are right ON THE BEACH. You will feel the 'tranquility' that the name of this home implies the moment you set foot in the house. Enjoy lounging in the hot tub while gazing at the gulf watching the sun set, or conversing in the sun room which has a 180 degree view of the gulf, or watch TV on one of the four flat screen TVs including the high def 60' TV in the living room or the large screen high def TV in the master bedroom. Programming includes over 200 cable channels including HBO, STARZ, Cinemax, SHOWTIME, and the sports channels. Also free Wi-Fi. The home is centrally located within Panama City Beach – within walking distance to Pineapple Willie’s, La Vela, and Walmart. Since you are in a residential section of the beach (not next to any condos) it will feel like you have your own private beach! You will enjoy full use of the entire ground floor of this two-story beach house. Your vacation get-away has five sleeping areas. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large flat screen high definition TV. The second bedroom has a built in full over queen bunk bed, with a twin hideaway underneath, and a flat screen TV. The third sleeping area is a pass-thru bedroom with twin bunk beds and a day bed with a trundle. This area has its own flat screen TV and half bath. It is perfect for the kids. The fourth sleeping area is the sun room, right off the master, with a queen size sleeper sofa. The fifth sleeping area is the living room, which has a queen size sleeper sofa. There are two full baths, and a half bath. Hot tub and charcoal grill on back porch. Parking for four cars in front driveway. Note: this property is two separate homes, 'Heart of the Beach' upstairs and 'Tranquility' downstairs. Only Tranquility is available for vacation rental.

My family (including dogs) stayed here for the holiday weekend and very much enjoyed our access to this beach house, the beautiful beach, and other amenities. Would definitely recommend for a large group any time.

Location for this house is close to everything. It was nice to be able to walk right out to the beach and also take a short walk down the beach to pineapple Willly's for some drinks and food.We sat out on the back patio and enjoyed watching the sunsets and our dogs were able to stay out with us with the fenced in patio.Overall this was a nice place to stay for vacation and we had a great time in PCB!

We booked this location for our family For 3 nights over Labor day weekend! We were very pleased with this rental. We had plenty of space for our family of 9… the location was great and the views were exceptional! It is literally just steps from the patio to the beach.We will definitely be back for our next Beach vacation!

This property was much older than the properties around it, but it had its own little personality. It could use a few upgrades, but It was comfy and convenient. We enjoyed every minute!! I would recommend this to everyone. Owner communication and check in were super easy. It had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed four nights and our stay was lovely. Short walk to beach and jacuzzi was clean and relaxing. We were very pleased we were able to bring my small white dog. She is 13 1/2 and she had such a nice and tranquil stay. We were completely satisfied with all aspects of our vacation. Thank you for such a relaxing vacation.

We enjoyed being so close to the beach and the fact that we could bring our dogs on vacation with us. The beds were very comfortable and we all used the hot tub much more than I thought we would.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Tranquility!" The house was as advertised in the listing and the beach access + sunsets were even better than expected. Nelofer was very responsive and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again if we return to PCB and we highly recommend it to others.

Loved the location of Tranquility. Our month-long escape from Illinois weather was just that, "Tranquility". Just a few steps from the warm sand and waves of the ocean. The swing facing the ocean was like a front row seat to the most beautiful sunsets, dolphin sightings and even a wedding near the ocean. Loved walking the beach, collecting shells and taking photos every day and a couple nights too. Nice quiet street away from the main traffic to walk our little dog., Lucy. A short drive to local restaurants, flea and craft markets and stores. We would highly recommend this location for your next get away or winter vacation.

Easy check in with password, everything we needed was there waiting. The house was very clean throughout. It is an old property with a lot of character and we felt at home as soon as we walked in. There is plenty of sleeping space for everyone in the family. Our ages ranged from 5 to 78. The most wonderful thing is when you open the back door and step on to the patio and the white sandy beach is literally a step away. The view from the house is priceless.
This part of the beach is very quiet yet everything you need such as restaurants or grocery stores are just minutes away from the house. I normally stay at the West end of the beach because it is quiet but this little gem has the best of both worlds with peace and convenience. Would definitely return here.

My husband and I along with our dog spent 2 weeks relaxing here. There is plenty of room for a larger group but we just loved it with just us The patio is fenced in so our dog was able to be off leash while still outside. It was off season, but we loved having the beach basically to ourselves. The neighborhood is great for walks with many friendly people. The is an older home but is very clean and cozy.

We enjoyed our time at this property. Beach is not crowded since the large condo towers are far away. Having a private hot tub is wonderful, and a big reason why we chose this place. Very close to Pineapple Willie's, we walked there for dinner. Owner is great. Would recommend.

This was a great stay! Nelofer was great with communication and response time. The new Adirondack chairs were a nice touch for our s'mores nights. The one thing that would've helped a little would be a small foot rug by the back door and in the two main bedrooms. No matter how much you try to wash the sand off it still tracks in. Would definitely go back. Oh and the outside shower was amazing!

Terrific stay!
Checking in was a breeze. House was everything I expected in this beach home. Very spacious, clean, organized, and decorated beautifully. It's an older home but owners obviously take care of it.
You cannot beat the experience of walking out the door directly onto the beach! We enjoyed the white sugar sand beaches and had no problems with crowding. The water was crystal clear, except for a day after a storm but cleared by next day.
The amenities were as described. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Living areas were roomy and comfortable. Three and half baths was convenient for our crowd. Hot tub was very clean and serviced regularly. Grill was stocked with plenty of charcoal and utensils. We spent many hours on the patio and swing enjoying views of the beach and spectacular sunsets.
Overall, we would stay here again and hope it's available for our next trip.

We had a great experience with three generations staying together again. Perfect location, just walking straight out onto the beach was amazing. No long hike across scorching sand for my 80+ year old grandparents. A volleyball net right in front of the house for many many volleyball tournaments. We all enjoyed it so much!

This property is exactly what the listing portrays. It’s an older house right on the beach with plenty of beds, only 1 real bedroom, and in a great location. There are 8 mattresses and 5 couches so plenty of room for kids or small adults. The floor is entirely tile so easy to clean up any human or dog spills. It’s right on the beach between two beach access points and maybe 100 yards from pineapple Willy’s. They say room for 4 cars but it’s really two IMO, although we only had one. The fenced in back yard works great for dogs of all sizes and the hot tub worked fine. It was high 70s during my time there and it felt like the AC struggled to keep it at 68. There is a sign saying it works best at 71/72 so when it gets real hot there may be some concern. Getting in with the keypad worked great, but the separators on the “hall bedroom” were broken and not really usable. We never turned on a TV or used the kitchen so I can’t speak to that. There was nothing special so I think 4 star is accurate.

Our adult son and his family joined us for 2 weeks of "vacation" . The bedroom with full bed and bunk beds worked great for their little family with all the 3 teens in the walk thru bunk room. 2 1/2 baths provided plenty of bathroom space while we had 8 people.
Our dog loved the sunshine in the back fenced in area and sun room. Great neighborhood to walk the dog.

Tranquility and more
Location, location! It was wonderful to wake up to the sound of the waves each day, walk out to the beach or chill in the back. This is an older house but provides everything you need for a great getaway. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. It provided a much needed dose of tranquility.
