Everything good just upgrade needed so the price correlates with what you get

Great location! Helpful staff! Fast and easy check in, clear instructions. Comfortable and big bed. Everything you need is available.

Some things to upgrade and think about: 1. No coffee aparat, coffee or tea not available. Not typical for Italians🙂 2. No extra toilet paper was available during our stay 3. Hair dryer need to be changed, existing hardly works 4. Sofa in dining area must be changed, very old and unclean, we found insect (Sugar louse (Lepisma saccharina)) 5. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the apartment.

Cozy apartment in great location

Great location, lots of transport options. It was easy to contact the hosts if necessary, and the instructions were clear. Generally friendly host and clean apartment, a good atmosphere.

The keypad malfunctioned one night, we thought we’d have to spend the night in the hallway because it was so late. But we easily contacted the host and quickly got the help we needed.

Mom and daughter European trip

Great location and very comfortable accommodations. It was an easy walk to so many great attractions. The Christmas Market was close by and so much fun. After a long day of walking, it was nice to come back and relax in the apartment. The bed was great! So comfortable! If we had any questions at all, they were very quick to respond. It was a great stay overall!

I really can't think of anything that we didn't like. The apartment was wonderful and met our needs perfectly! Would definitely recommend staying here!

was warm, nice view of the cathedral

you wont find residents parking spots regardless of the free parking. €50 paid parking for 2 nights. management tried to kick us out 15 min before the check out time. i was on a very important business call and was rudely interrupted also there is no sea view…

We enjoyed our stay in Genoa. The apartment was lovely.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable.

We had difficulty connecting with the staff getting into the building and into the apartment.

Clean and comfortable in a good location.

Location View From flat Furnishings

Check in process was not easy and not convenient at all. Would’ve been much better with a computer but if you’re not traveling with one, checking in on a mobile phone is miserable. Trying to read an eight page contract is next to impossible! And this contract must be signed before they let you continue. None of this is indicated until one or two days before check-in. Most if not all of the information could’ve been provided while I was still at home with a computer access.

Big apartment Shops very close Had air conditioning Had glasses/cups/ pans etc to make your own meal TV Had an option to log on to your own netflix It was our honeymoon and the staff was so lovely that they have written us a little note of congratulations and gave us a bottle of Prosecco to enjoy on the last night We really liked that we had a code to access property and our apartment (key cards seem so passè)

It would be nice to have more than 1 towel per person (for a week) We didn't get any bin bags We didn't get any washing up liquid/laundry detergent (it seemed like a waste for us to buy it ourselves and use it only few times)

We enjoyed our stay as the apartment was in walking distance to shopping area , marina and old historic part of Genoa.

I liked that the apartment was very secure and in a good location.It was also very modern which I like.

The fact the the management of the apartment did not leave any cleaning products or toilet paper and when asked replied they were not a hotel.If you are only staying in a place a week you don’t expect to go out to buy dish washing liquid and toilet paper and toilet cleaner.

Very good

Close to the train station, bus, historic center, well-kept building, bright apartment with high windows. The location is in the uphill area of the city and a bit of hiking helps after a hearty meal.

The church next to the building rings the bells every morning around 7 or so for 1 minute. If you don't sleep with the air conditioning on and leave the window open, you can hear a lot of noise from the cars and motorcycles driving until 1-2 in the morning. There are 3 apartments in this listing, only the first one has a street view. You have to look a little more carefully when you make the reservation.

We had a really great time at Homes in Genoa. The house is located in a great area, close to the city centre. The apartment is very cosy and has everything you need for your holidays. The check-in was really fast and easy. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment in good location.

Due to maintenance problems we ended up in a different apartment - Genova Song. This was newly refurbished and equipped and we were very pleased with it. We had some queries when we arrived and Irene was extremely helpful. The location is good, close to the old city and the harbour.

The air conditioning needs to be turned on in May when the weather is hot, not wait until June.

Exceptional

Our stay at the facilities by Homes in Genoa was amazing. The staff was extra friendly and helpful, Monica was really nice and helped us with all the information. The place is perfect and the views are really breathtaking. Also the cleanliness is on point.

The parking is a little bit tricky. When you find a parking spot it is better you don’t move your car until you are leaving, because it’s a really busy city.

Perfect base to explore La Superba

Apartment located in an old residential building opposite the Immacolata church, walking distance to via Roma, piazza de Ferrari, the cathedral, the old port, the funiculars etc.; 2 supermarkets and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. On the 7th floor (with elevator), apartment is fully renovated, comfortable, clean, fully equipped (dishwasher; coffee, olive oil, vinegar, a bottle of water, we even got a Christmas present). The manager Monica was very kind, explaining everything and helping us to find a free parking spot. This is not easy in Genova, so once you find one, you better don’t move the car unless absolutely necessary. Monica gave us a free parking permit for the blue areas, so parking was for free.
