Comfortable

The apartment is very close to Rome Central Station, less than ten minutes' walk. The apartment is very spacious and suitable for family travel. The apartment facilities are also very new and clean. The owner's family of three are also very welcoming and help with luggage. We will choose this place again if we go to Rome next time!

A beautiful, roomy apartment, very comfortable with all mod cons and welcoming, helpful hosts.

Anna-Maria and her family could not have been more helpful. They left us lots of information about Rome, were quick respond when we had questions, and were flexible when our travel plans were delayed. They took an amazing amount of care and attention to detail about all the facilities in the apartment, especially all the kitchen equipment. We have never felt so welcomed in a place. The beds were large and comfortable and the bathrooms excellent. If I was staying in Rome again, I would definitely stay here. It is also a great location for all the sights and the main Termini train station in particular.

The apartment was perfect for us, location was superb, hosts went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable

The property was close to everything and had 3 bd 3ba, which was just perfect for my family!

Only complaint was the washer/dryer wasn’t as user friendly

This apartment was amazing! We had travelled as a family of five from Australia and booked transfers with the host which were so easy and dropped us at the door. We were met by Anna-Maria and her partner for keys and to be shown around apartment. It was extremely clean, and had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and accommodating for us with three grown children. They even had a stocked fridge, fruit bowl and snacks when we arrived! Wi-Fi was excellent, air cond was a welcome after the outdoor heat, and the power board for our phone charges, etc was a nice touch. Vacinity to tourist spots was easy by foot, and close to metro and buses for outer suburbs. The hosts even helped us organize taxis for check out. I am so glad I chose this apartment as it was the best I’ve experienced.

I love how clean it was and that the owners were so friendly.

Sometimes there was noise late at night from neighbours.

Perfect apartment for your introduction to Rome with a host that goes above and beyond.

Excellent property and lovely extras! Apartment was centrally located (easy access to the Central Station) - and they provided an unexpected and wonderful basket of food and drinks for us. (We didn't eat it all since we were in and out.) The hosts arranged the pickup for us at the airport, and checked in via WhatsApp to make sure we were met. They were waiting for us when we arrived. With 4 women, having an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was a luxury. Rooms were spacious - no complaints at all. Set the bar for rooms since this was the beginning of the trip - would say they were still at the top after staying in 4 different places.

We might stay closer to Trastevere if we come again. There was some noise one night that my friends heard (could be the restaurant nearby), but otherwise, we thought it was great.

Perfect property. Really well located and wonderfully maintained. We highly recommend.

The property was really beautiful. High ceilings, wooden floors, nice sized rooms. Anna Maria, her husband and son met us on our arrival and departure (even though we left at 0230!). Noticing we were from Israel, they had even set the Netflix language to Hebrew which was a nice touch. We were greeted with fruit, snacks, beer and wine. They thought of everything. After looking through the facilities listed on booking.com I asked Anna Maria if they had a french press for coffee. She said they didnt but that she'd pick one up for me. True to her word, there was one waiting for us when we arrived!

The WiFi was not accessible in our bedroom which made after hours work difficult. The other missing item was shower gel / soap. The bathrooms had a couple of soap sachets but they didn't match the needs of a family of 6 staying for 4 nights.

The hosts were very nice and helpful, they welcomed us and introduced us to the city. They also let us keep our luggage after the check out hour. Variety of restaurants near the apartment and close to a lot of attractions that you can visit on foot. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Really recommend this place!

Superb

The size and location of this apartment where great. The finish and fixtures inside and the high ceilings gave the place a wow factor. Having 3 bathrooms is also a plus for a larger family like ours. The hosts were amazing and very helpful, arranging our transfers from the airport and providing lots of advice. The welcome groceries and drinks were a lovely touch as was the gift provided when we left. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The only negative was that there was quite a bit of noise some nights and we couldn’t work out where it was coming from.

spacious and very clean. the hosts thought of everything and made our stay very comfortable. great location too, all major sites within walking distance.

we found a few mosquitoes in the apartment during our stay so a mosquito spray to spray the apartment would have been useful.

Perfect property and Outstanding Hosts

Lovely property, very conveniently located, immaculately decorated, quiet and very well maintained, with all the mod cons. Comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and a well-stocked bijou kitchen. We were 5 but the property can comfortably sleep more. The air conditioning was very welcome in the Roman summer Fantastic hosts- helped us coordinate transfers, met us on arrival, carried our luggage up and could not have been more helpful or efficient. They provide recommendations as to where to eat and we also enjoyed a dinner on the roof top terrace of the Hotel Diana next door- wonderful way to enjoy the sunset The property is up a few floors but this is an easy walk for a person of average fitness and there is a lift that goes some of the way which is helpful for luggage We would stay again in a heartbeat!

The host family was exceptionally warm and welcoming, explained everything very well and advised us on best locations for lunch/dinner around the apartment as well as near key locations. The kitchen was well stocked with a welcome snack basket which was well appreciated by all. Rooms are very tastefully done up and the ACs were a godsend in the heatwave of July 2022. We loved our stay!

We would definitely stay here again while visiting Rome.

Casa De Rose was an exceptional stay in amazing Rome. We were greeted very warmly by our amazing hosts Anna Maria, her husband and son. They accommodated us with transfers from and to the airport, even after a final notice flight change the night before leaving. Casa De Rose was also next to many good restaurants and attractions. The home was beautiful to the very last detail and had everything you would possibly need, even when traveling with an infant.

Wonderful stay with lots of special little touches. 100% recommend!

Absolutely perfect! The hosts were so generous - they left beverages, snacks and fruit basket. It is clear they have put a lot of thought into all the little details and have really anticipated everything a traveler might need to be comfortable. Location is super convenient. Do not hesitate to book here! A true oasis in Rome.

Casa de Rose - Superb Apartment

everything about this apartment is beautiful. From the decor, to the comfortable beds and great location, this place has it all. The Hostess Anna Marie was so gracious and welcoming. she left drinks in the refrigerator and a basket of snacks which was such a nice surprise. The apartment was immaculate and ready immediately and the building has an elevator.

there is nothing I did not like about the property.

Clean, comfortable apartment with an excellent host, steps from public transport and delicious food

Anna Maria was very helpful throughout the process. We were a party of 8 plus an infant and the apartment was perfect for our family. it’s in a great location close to public transportation and across the street from a decent cafe that stays open late with burgers, pasta, pizza, drinks and gelato.

lots of stairs so pack accordingly and dryer takes a long time to dry clothes but at least it had a washer and dryer
