We loved staying at this hotel for 3 nights. It was clean, quiet, and staff was very professional. The room was big enough for four people as we travelled with 2 older children. The room was cleaned every day and the room service was good. The breakfast was decent, plenty of options. The location of the hotel was good, we walked to the city center about a mile or so but we didn’t mind. Taxi service was super fast and not too expensive. Uber was available too but it was cheaper by taxi. You had to leave a key at the front desk but we thought it was handy as we didn’t have to carry it with us. No issues getting our room key after 11 pm as the staff was always there at the front desk. Overall, great experience and I would certainly recommend this hotel.
The neighborhood had construction around and a bit a walk to the city center.

The room was spacious and large window with a view on too an old ruin wall . The furniture were classy and nice. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, not much traffic and we did not hear much noise from outside. I would have preferred it to be a little bid nearer the centrum, busses run near so it shouldn't be a problem, but one of us uses a wheelchair and none of those busses were accessible, and there is nearly no way to get an accessible taxi in Rome. (Also it is nearly not possible to go far on the sidewalks in a wheelchair, for the wheelchair can not get on it, or out of it). The staff was especially nice and helpful. The cleaning service in the rooms was exelent.
The breakfast was the only disappointment about the hotel. It was like all the bread was from the day before, really terrible. The pancakes were not hot, which is very unusual and the cakes were not good. The americano coffee was awfull. Also it was disturbing that one would have to have the coffee brought to you by a servant. But the staff was nice and brought my son, that uses a large electrical wheelchair, breakfast in room each morning. It would though have bin better if we wouldn't have to leaf the key at the desk all the time we went out and fetch it when we got back, some time wating for a while at the desk.

Amazing hotel! Very comfortable, great temperature in the room, very fresh, after a warm day visiting Rome. Big bathroom, great bed, delicious breakfast and staff very helpful. About 20 minutes walking to Fontana di Trevi, or to the Metro. Many restaurants around. Loved!

We had a lovely time at the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They cleaned our room every day. The location is excellent, in a quiet street, close to several bus stations. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby, and of course, the best gelateria in Rome - Come il Latte!
Breakfast wasn't bad, it was good, but it could be more diverse. We were there for seven nights, and every morning it was the same food selection.

It was clean
In reality hotel looks way more different than on pictures. it is quite old and needs refurbishing. Furniture in the lobby looks dirty and quite used. Beakfast is nothing special and the coffee is really bad.. Location is ok once you are all test and in the mood to walk, but consider that after all day of sightseeing you will need a taxi to bay back

The hotel had spacious and very comfortable rooms. Decor was a bit dated but nonetheless very charming. Bad was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Location was central but you have to walk some 12 - 15 min to reach a metro station which is not a big issue if you don't mind walking but can become a bit tiring if you have been walking all day as a tourist and returning to the hotel.
The fact that you have to wear protective gloves at breakfast but totally understandable if this is a mandatory rule in Italy.

Friendly staff, clean hotel. About 15 min walking distance to center but in a quiet, good location surrounded by excellent non-touristy restaurants. Good WiFi connection.

all was greate, romm was clean and spacious wiht a good view. hotel is in the zone just outside ZTL of Rome, in a really calm and silent zone for rome. there is also parking which is a good thing to have in center. really good staff thath help you with everything.
the quality and choices for breakfast could get better for a 4 star hotel.
there is a parking but its a little bit high price (20 Euro for day).

The bathroom is renwed and comfortable.
The bed mattress is new and good quality.
The rooms in the hotel are outdated old and poorly maintained.
My door couldn't look because the door axis was broken, the room hasn't available sockets for recharging a phone, computer or tablet.
The Breakfast needs an improvement.
And I had noises coming from the room above me that turned out to be one of the senior staff that occupied that room.

Excellent hotel, spacious and modern rooms, big bathrooms, comfortable bed. The location is outstanding, a bit away from the hustle and bustle yet 20-30 minutes walk to all main attractions. Very quiet neighborhood, my favorite in Rome. Many good restaurants and bars nearby, everything you need is around the corner. Very polite personnel. They even allowed early check in at 11:00 because the room was ready. Not many hotels would do the same.
Good wifi signal, perfect for business trips. Do not hesitate to book this hotel, excellent value for money.
The quality of breakfast could have been better. All the rest was absolutely perfect.
