The property was just as described in the listing, very clean, and well equipped. The property management company was easy to reach when needed. I would book this property again.

We loved this place. It’s the mountain getaway I wish I had as a kid…and still do! Enjoyed the ski decor/pictures/patches. Roomy and homey. Great location. We had a view hiccups, but the staff at Grand Welcome was pleasant and quick to respond.
We would stay there again.

This property was the essence of a ski condo, and I’ve been going to mammoth since the early 80’s. It was nostalgic, and the property has not been totally remodeled like many have. It was comfortable, cozy, and welcoming, with certain updates that were appreciated. Access to a garage was nice, but anything larger than a medium sized SUV may be a real tight fit. Nothing bigger than a Subaru Ascent. One bathroom had a heated toilet seat, and each bedroom had its own controllable furnace. It was immaculate, and the loft had a little game table. I would stay here again - no question.

Great Mountain Home!
My husband and I came up with some friends to go skiing and this was the perfect spot! Plenty of room for everyone and walking distance to the village! Very responsive managers and easy to get in touch with! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location!!
Overall had a great experience with this property, my only complaint is all the beds are horribly uncomfortable! It felt like I was sleep directly on the springs! Also no curtains in the bedrooms, the sun was beaming through the windows at 630 AM....not ideal when trying to vacation.

Classic Mammoth condo, poorly experience with management co.
Great condo in a nice location, perfect for groups of younger travelers, but a few problems left us with a negative impression. Not so clean when we checked-in and old bedding throughout. Gas tank in the grill was empty. Kitchen sink had only hot water. The management company told us the Post Office delivers to the address, which after a failed delivery, we learned is not true. And the Management was unresponsive when we called with another inquiry.

We had a great time and the condo was great.

Great place and great stay
This was a great place for our family of four. Well stocked with bedding, toilet paper, paper towels. Kitchen had everything. BBQ worked. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the heat downstairs but we didn't use it or call management. Everything worked. It was nice to have a garage for the car.

The apartment was clean I thought it was a little cheap to not provide toilet paper and garbage bags for the six days of stay the ceiling fan and TV down stairs did not work and we smelled propane in the mornings outside but it would go away it was convenient for the whole family though and comfortable

This condo did not meet our expectations. The ceiling fan did not work and there were no fans in the unit. No laundry detergent for the washer. I tried to contact the property manager after accessing the unit. They did not answer any of my 3 calls. I left a voice mail and sent a text to the cell number that they sent me a text message from earlier in the day. I never did get a response. The coffee maker was also broken, but after ruining a pot of coffee I was able to fix it.

Fantastic weekend!
We stayed here for the Presidents’ Day weekend and had a great time! The property had everything we needed, even down to spices, salt, pepper, etc. The location was perfect, it was a short walk to the village and the gondola. The bus also stopped just a few steps down the road which made it really easy to get back from the mountain. Only problem was I couldn’t fit my truck in the garage, it was a bit narrow but I was able to park in the complex not too far from the front door. Will definitely stay here again, our family had a great time!

Great Stay in a Great Location
I highly enjoyed the property. The location so near the gondola makes walking in and out of the area so easy. After skiing, it was so nice to walk to the bars and restaurants in the village. I would stay here again.

Great experience
First time booking a VRBO and it was a great experience. House was great and we got everything advertised. Would highly recommend staying here. I'm thinking of booking it again for next year.

Great location
Great location, walking distance to Village. Just drop kids off at Village childcare and catch the gondola up to Canyon Lodge. No need to use your car. Old school ski condo which is actually what our family likes. Everything works as it should and is comfortable. If your looking for swanky digs go elsewhere but if you want a place that is large enough for big families and super convenient then this is perfect. We’ll be back.

Spacious, comfortable & clean!
We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a prime location if you are skiing. It is walking distance to the village which is so crucial. Would definitely recommend to others!

Nice property, Great location
The condo itself is beautiful and located right next to a bus stop to the village eliminating the need to walk far in ski boots or park at the mountain. Overall the management was quite helpful and courteous with all of my questions. I only had a couple minor issues with the property that make me give it a 4 instead of a 5. While the condo slept 7 people quite comfortably, the bathrooms did not have enough towels for that many people to use. Also the unit has a very nice looking speaker system that I was unable to use since the receiver didn't have an input cable for hooking up a phone to play music. If management were to plug a 3.5mm to RCA cable in the receiver guests could use the sound system for their own music.

Perfect place!
Fantastic time in this townhouse. Ideal place for a ski fanatic family of 5! Will come back for sure!

One star due to place not being cleaned and ready for arrival
It may be unfair to give this a one star rating but when I arrived at 935p on the night of check in, the keys were were they said they would be in a lock box that was not locked. Arrived at the residence and all the beds had used linens on the floor, baths had used soap on counter and towels on the floor. I called right away, was told that was not correct and nothing really could be done at that time. Since I have a toddler and an infant, we checked into a hotel and incurred addition expenses relating to a hotel stay (parking and tips for luggage). In the am I waited for a call, it never came and I then called. Talked to a few helpful people who indicated that perhaps the owner direct rented the property and the management and cleaning staff were unaware and therefore never cleaned it. Bottom line is I took pictures that night of the arrival state of the condo, and returned the Keys just after 10 am to the office that was staffed at the time. She was familiar with my issue. I then received a call from the manager who indicated that it was being cleaned and would be ready by noon. This is 20 hours after I could have checked in. My wife was very upset at the whole issue as we had food and supplies for a family and had been incredibly inconvenienced with whole ordeal. By dropping the keys and the parking passes off and not having stayed there more than the couple minutes it took me to determine it was not clean and safe for my family, I chose not to stay there and chose another place to stay that took us right away. Since the contract terms where not met by the owner/management, the contract was voided when the keys where returned. I have received a credit for one nights stay (the first night that I could not have stayed due to the conditions) and have not been credited for the remaining amount, nor the VRBO fee imposed separately. Hope this is rectified promptly, or the charges will be contested.
I chose the place based on its location and layout. I wish I would have had an opportunity to review favorable based on that decision.
sincerely,
Kevin.

Nice place
Just what we needed for a good 3 day getaway of skiing. A short drive up to main Lodge, and walking distance to the Village. Added plus is that the hot tub is right next door.

Great condo close to the village
We had a wonderful weekend getaway and couldn't be more pleased with the condo. It was a short walk to the Village and centrally located. I was impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes for a crowd. The condo felt spacious even with a full house. We were able to easily park a small SUV in the garage. Having the spa right next door was also a big plus. Would definitely stay here again!!

I will stay here again
The place was as advertised and fit my family perfectly. Walking to the town and the canyon lift was easy and we didnt have to use the car for much. the house was well kept and very comfortable.

Nice property
We very much enjoyed the property and appointments, kitchen dishware, and furniture. Some suggestions would be to provide fire starter packages or kindling wood to make it easy to build a fire. Also some salt for the porch as it became quite iced up and dangerously slippery. The guest room bed got uncomfortable complaints from those sleeping on it. Extra trash bags would help.

Nice place
Nice place to stay. Shuttle is right in front of the unit. Canyon Lodge is just up the street, and the gondola is around the corner down a bit. No remote for the garage, but nice to have a garage to use. Tri-level townhome, with the master bdrm on the entrance level, main living areas and a second bdrm on the 2nd floor, and a loft area with an extra bed.
