The large window provides natural light in this well-appointed condo that sleeps 4 (2 adults/2 children) with a queen bed and bunk beds. If you don't need the bunk beds, fold up the top bunk and enjoy the lower bunk as a sitting/living area. The kitchenette features a mini-fridge, sink, toaster, and coffee maker for your convenience. A sitting area near the door, updated bathroom, and a storage closet round out this affordable studio condo. I used this VRBO for the Telluride Horror Show and even though I booked last minute, the property managers were wonderful at accommodating my schedule and letting me know every bit of info I needed. It was so adorable and perfect for an October adventure!

Great short stay!
Perfect location! Walked to gondola, grocery, and shops in town! Property was exactly as described and very clean! It is small but that did not bother us!Laundry is right across the hall. Would stay at location again.

Cute place in a good location.
Nice, cute clean place in a great location. Convenient parking and can walk to everything. Only downside is there no AC and the days we stayed were rather warm and took the apartment awhile to cool off in the evening.

Cozy place only a short walk from the lifts. The studio is tight if you’re looking for a place to hang out in, but offers everything you need to comfortably sleep 3-4 people. Especially given the location being a short walk from the lifts, this place was perfect for our needs. Our host was also extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay worthwhile

Cozy place only a short walk from the lifts. The studio is tight if you’re looking for a place to hang out in, but offers everything you need to comfortably sleep 3-4 people. Our studio was so well located , impeccable , tastefully done, and comfortable . Dining with the windows wide open , listening to the creek was so relaxing and romantic . Telluride is absolutely spectacular . We hiked many trails and especially enjoyed See Forever trail, Wasatch Connection to Bear Creek and back to town . Strenuous but so worth it .

Fantastic little hideaway!
I really enjoyed this little condo. Lots of natural light and well used space. Perfect for a couple or if you just need some time to yourself. Close to lifts and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Management was very responsive and helped me with a few questions.

location & comfort - great condo!
Thanks for a great stay in Telluride! This condo was perfect for my two boys and I (ages 11 and 8). Super clean, updated and the location couldn't be better. The river runs right by the window and we were steps (literally) from the pool and parking lot. Once arriving in town, we didn't move our car for the entire week. Oh, and usually it's the opposite, but there are plenty of hooks available for hanging backpacks, bathing suits, towels and anything else. It's the little things, but hooks are often an overlooked feature in many places we've stayed. Thanks for the "hook-up"! We would definitely stay here again.

Just wonderful. Easy access to the unit. Check in and check out went smooth. Georgie kept in contact with us throughout the stay... ensuring that we were comfortable and content with the unit. Unit was in excellent shape...and larger than we expected! Two adults were able to comfortably sleep on the murphy bunk beds. We can't wait to go back!

If you've never been to Telluride, this place is a wonderful walk along the river, restaurants, everywhere you want to walk. Never drive except coming and going.

This unit and the managing group were amazing! Very helpful in answering questions before and during our stay. The unit was very clean and just perfect for what we needed. Very accessible to the town of Telluride with a short walk to Colorado Ave and a short walk to the Gondola to get to Mountain Village.

Top notch from booking to check in! We did have some trouble parking and tried to contact the management company but was not able to get a hold of anyone. Parking can be tricky so make sure you get there early in the day in order to secure a space, there is no assigned spots and it can be very tricky and tight during special events. The unit was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The shared entry can be a nuisance when the neighbors decide to leave the doors open but not much management can do about that.

Our rental was perfect for us. We try to go every year out west for a ski trip and this unit worked out perfect for us. The location of this particular unit it is on the ground floor. You walk out the back door and your right by the heated pool and hot tub. You walk out the front door and your steps away from the free public transportation that takes you anywhere in town or you can walk 2 more minutes and take the chairlift. Everything I neede for a great ski vacation

The whole experience was just great. The place was perfect for my family. The full size bunk beds with TV's were plenty big for my 14 and 19 year old boys. Location was perfect with galloping goose bus transportation right outside our place. The owners were so great to work with and very helpful before and during our stay. Will definitely stay here again. A special thanks to Mindy for all your help and the use of your shovels to dig our car out of the snow when it was time to leave!
