I love my stay in W DOHA

Vibes are amazing, I enjoy every moment from I arrive until departure… hospitality staff , reception, room service, housekeeping, etc… I really have fabulous memories in my stay in W hotel.. absolutely I will be back again, and recommend it to my friends…

Brilliant stay that far exceed my expectations.

The property is well managed and all the staff we encountered from concierge to management were 1st class. The breakfast was excellent with ripe fruit and all you need for an excellent timely breakfast.

Only one, the background music around the hotel and gym etc is a little bit heavy on the beat and definitely I would prefer the volume to be two notches lower.

Would happily call the W Doha home whenever i visit Qatar.

Loved both the food & service in both Spice Market & Coya. The bed & pillow are super comfy.

I couldn't see any Lactose free cheese/items section on offer for breakfast (I could have missed it).

الستاف قمت الذوق يساعدونك فاي وقت و بأسرع وقت رغم زحمة اخر الاسبوع و يحلون كل مشكله ممكن يواجهها النزيل و شكرا ستاف دبليو بلا استثناء وطبعا اعيد التجربه و بدون تردد❣

تصرف من نزيل واتمنى الفندق يكونون حازمين مع النزيل اللي يتعدى على راحة الآخرين رغم ان الموظفه اللي تلقت الشكوى كانت فمنتهى اللطف معاي و تأسفت عنه و ما خلت فاتورة الكافيه على حساب الفندق شكرا دبليو ستااف للمره الثانيه

The valet parking area always crowded, I don’t know that was related to slow staff or the area is small

نصيحة اذا كان الفندق نظيف وفخم وبهذا المستوى يجب ان يكون ايضا الموظفون على مستوى اكبر في العمل خصوصا

Regarding breakfast, there was an issue with the restaurant manager, and unfortunately, there was no interaction from the restaurant manager after I informed him of the issue I went to the restaurant at approximately 10:40, and the employee asked me to wait because the restaurant was crowded, and I agreed with her opinion. I went out and sat down to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes. After that, she called me Mr. Satlan. Please, there is a table. I went to the kitchen man and asked him to make me eggs with cheese and vegetables. He told me. Sorry, we are closed. I went back to the employee and told her, thank you. I do not want to break my fast. The cook told me that you are closed. She asked me to wait and that she would speak to the restaurant manager. In fact, the restaurant manager came and asked me not to go and told me to wait. Ok. I waited and went to get bread and did not find any piece of bread that I asked for. Some of them had bread and I waited for the eggs that the restaurant manager had requested for me to come for about 20 minutes. No one brought me the eggs. I went back to the restaurant manager and said to him: Are you sure that the eggs take more than 20 minutes? He said to me: Didn’t they bring you the eggs? I told him: Thank you and you very much.

Toller Urlaub, gerne jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel.

Tolles und sauberes Zimmer, mehrere Restaurants im Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Guter Service beim Hoteleingang.

Pool könnte mal sarniert werden, ist auch zu klein. Hat im Wasser lose und scharfkantige Platten, wenn man abstehen will, Verletzungsgefahr. Gymgeräte sind nicht zu empfehlen, haben wohl längere Zeit keinen Service mehr gehabt.

Thank you W Doha!!!!

We got upgraded to the Wow suite for my 40th birthday what an awesome surprise. The staff were so attentive and happy to help. The breakfast was delicious and very good central location.

Lovely staff, lovely hotel, very comfortable, but disappointed by the loud music and food

Very clean and modern hotel, up to the standard we would expect of a W hotel. The staff were very help and friendly from the outset.

Despite being on one of the higher floors, we were unfortunately able to hear music that was quite loud coming from one of the hotel venues that was hosting a regular weekly party. As such, we were unable to get any rest between our scheduled flights, which was the main reason we booked the hotel. I also booked the hotel based on the number of restaurants that were available for dining given my partner's dietary requirements. I also checked a number of restaurant reviews for Doha and the hotel's restaurants came up prominently, however the in-room dining was of an average (as opposed to spectacular) standard. The Tom Yum soup was unbalanced, and the Arabic meat plate was uninspiring. We were also very surprised to be charged about $AUD10 for a glass of milk. Additionally, because we told reception that we were not going to use the minibar (and hence were not required to leave a credit card guarantee of $500QAR), a member of staff removed items from the minibar as soon as we arrived and also locked the minibar fridge, which we thought was strange. We actually had some medication we wanted to store for a few hours in the fridge and this situation made it very inconvenient.

Great stay.

Great location. Close to the City Center Doha Mall. In my view, the pictures don’t do justice to the apartment. Sufficient supplies. Great valet service. Great and friendly staff support. Pool and gym as stated.

No smart tv. This was a big downer as entertainment for kids were limited while in the room.

I had one of the best hotel stays I have had in years and I travel every week for work. could not doubt a thing. looking

the service was outstanding. really nice helpful good people!!!

there was no where to have a drink and watch the sunset or look at a nice view (but it is also summer so…)
