Location. One block away from Sagrada Familia Church & metro station. Plenty of options to eat & drink around the area as well as supermarkets. Apartment Elevator available. Two bedrooms of decent size, two full bathrooms and a large sofa bed. Good ventilation and natural light. Storage area at the bottom level to leave the luggage if needed.

That our cards which are 'travel cards' and accepted worldwide, didn't work in their checkin machine. Not enough soap to wash the dishes. No dish rack available. No kitchen towels available either.

the apartment is spacious and perfect for a family or a large group. The location is excellent and within a 30 minute walk to the other tourist attractions.

there were a couple of minor inconveniences: no washing up bowl or plug for the kitchen sink housekeeping put out the new linen before we left, making it difficult to get the pram and luggage out with out moving it. this hotel is on a noisy street.

The location is alright.

The place has seen some guests, the pictures don't do justice on how everything is run down and with random not so fancy looking stains. The bedsheets looked alright, but I did not dare to investigate further. Mold everywhere, the living room, the bedroom, the bathroom, the floor, the walls, the ceiling, probably in the air. The bathroom had zero airflow, as a result the towels seem to get even more wet when not used. The apartment did have a funny smell which was attempted to be hidden with an overkill of "air fresher", sadly, it was very hard to get fresh air in, as our windows had the whole building's AC units just outside, and I can only guess some restaurants' kitchen vent nearby, which may have been the source of the funny smell in the first place. Or it was just the mold. Toilet paper thin walls. Before you go to sleep, you will be able to enjoy every conversation had in the vicinity. After you go to sleep, you will be woken up multiple times every night by someone behind the wall.

Good apartment with good space.

Would have been nice to have a kettle but there other means necessary to boil water

Very close to Sagrada Familia metro station, a supermarket and various shops and restaurants. The lift was very useful. Response to queries was fast. TV good size. The sofa bed is great. Appliances all worked well

A TV in the bedroom would have been nice. No extractor fans worked so the apartment got damp after showers which was starting to show on the walls. Not enough comfortable seating in the lounge, sofa only big enough for 2 or 3 people, the other chairs were too hard.

I liked that it was the same as the photos and the building manager was very quick to respond to our needs.

I didn’t like that there was evidence of mould in the second bedroom up in the corner by the ceiling which someone came and used a bleach like substance to clean up the surface but I later noticed mould under the window. Lighting in both bedrooms could benefit from a higher voltage overhead light. Both bedrooms had low lighting. The air conditioner/heater in the living room was dingy and so old that we were reluctant to use it.
