Safe location close to two metro stations and many lovely attractions. Very small but cosy and clean. Basic but livable place with ok price in Paris. Hotel staff was quick and polite to respond to our queries before we arrived.
Really small, cannot leave any suitcase open or you will trip over. Beds are very tiny but since we are petite, we managed. Breakfast is pathetic and offered in a basement dungeon, better to eat at nearby cafes. Poor noise insulation. Hotel is right next to a big open arena (hence its name) where children and people play and laugh and scream and talk. You hear it all. Also very thin walls, you hear the toilet next door, neighbors talking and people moving upstairs all the time. Front desk is manned by a few elderly men and their service attitude can be improved. In fact, one of the front desk men was really horrid and offensive. This last thing was a stain to our otherwise pleasant stay.

Excellent location, kind and helpful staff, within walking distance to famous sites… highly recommend it!
We liked everything… If I had to say something I didn’t like probably I would say that it’s a bit overpriced but Paris is an expensive city.

The hotel is a basic city hotel. We had a room on the top floor which gave us a little balcony with a view of the Notre Dame.
The bathroom is small but looks renovated next to the style of the room and has everything you need.
The location is the most important selling point of this hotel. You are located in crawling distance of the 5 & 10 metro line. Next to that you are within walking distance (10 min.) of the Notre Dame, Shakespeare & Co and all the restaurants that neighbourhood has to offer.
I would book this hotel again if I wanted to visit Paris again :)

The room was clean, towels and bedding were clean, no strange odors or bugs. Very small and minimal and outdated decor-wise, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler on a budget staying in central Paris, one of the most expensive places in the world. As long as you aren't expecting luxury amenities it has everything you need including air conditioner, though I didn't use it since the weather was perfect. Would have no issue staying here again if traveling alone.
Wifi is so slow it's nearly unusable. This is at all times of day, even the middle of the night. I had to use my phone as a mobile hotspot and unfortunately ate into a lot of my monthly data allotment. Don't expect to be watching any HD video or uploading large files while staying here.
My room came with a sort of mini-bathtub with a spray hose and you kind of squat down into it and hose yourself off. Maybe this is old school French, I don't know. I'd have preferred a regular standup shower, but whatever, it got the job done. I try to keep an open mind while traveling.

Location is excellent - on the Left Bank and close to a wide variety of eating places, also very close to Metro stations, Latin Quarter etc. Room was average sized, beds comfortable, bathroom rather small. Only 1 socket in the main room which caused issues
I can't think of anything that could be improved other than an additional power outlet in the main room

1. Amazing receptionists 24/7 and super-fast response to queries on the booking.com chat portal ( Thank you Vincent ).
2. Cleaner extremely friendly
3. Location to die for in Place Monge in the Latin quarter. On the same street there’s a Carrefour where prices are very competitive, a laundromat, a park directly behind it, Paris mosque a 5 minute walk and importantly nestled between two metro stations : Place Monge and Cardinal Lemoine with a walking distance to each less than 60 seconds. A true experience of Parisian life carpe diem with literally hundreds if not thousands of restaurants and cafes serving world cuisine within a 2 km radius, solid history with exceptional landmarks. On Sunday we came across a market next to Place Monge Metro entry that had an array of goodies.
4. We will certainly book there again at a blink.
1. Although I captured a genius deal I still felt the price could be better.
2. Single beds although comfy as a couple would have preferred a double bed.
3. Cleanliness could be better with tiny insects spotted.
4. We faced an issue one morning with the hot water supply from 07:00 to 11:00 which delayed our plans for the day.

The location and value were awesome! the staff are very friendly and the room was quiet!
The rooms are a bit small and outdated. The comforter was a little worn and ugly color.

The location is amazing, two different tram lines stop in the street and it's around the corner of a cute bakery and multiple restaurants
It is on a busy street so you can't sleep with the windows open. I could also hear it really well when people walked in the hallway and was woken up multiple times by the sound of the elevator.
