From the time we stepped into the hotel, to checking in, and entering our room, everything was perfection! We thoroughly enjoyed our hotel room and the view from the balcony was amazing! We were guided by concierge (Xavi, apologies if I misspelled his name) on the best way to explore the city! The doormen were very courteous as well. Breakfast was amazing! So fresh, so delicious! Staff were so welcoming and accommodating!

I booked this hotel for my parents who couldn’t speak English or Spanish, and this is their first time traveling by themselves.
Monument hotel assigned car service for my parents between airport and hotel, the drivers are punctual, helpful and very kind.
The room is really remarkable ! Location is terrific, pratique for all the famous tourisme sites.
My parents enjoyed their trip very much and highly recommend me to stay when I travel in Barcelona.

The location of this hotel is fabulous. But also, it is a perfect, luxury boutique hotel. Our only disappointment was that we had hoped to extend our stay by two nights only to find out that the hotel was fully booked for Friday and Saturday nights because the hotel had booked a tour group of over 80 people. We specifically avoid hotels that booked large tour groups. It robs a boutique hotel of its ambiance. This disappointed us greatly. However, we would choose to stay at this hotel again. We were able to tell that the staff of the hotel were very stressed and uncomfortable attempting to accommodate a tour group of more than 80 people
The fitness room was abit small and lacked the presence of at least a universal weight machine

I think it can be improved a possibility of having dinner in the hotel if you are a guest. hotel has 2 Michelin stars restaurant, but you can’t get in unless you have a reservation. otherwise only room service that it’s kinda hard to reach . so you might stay hungry if you don’t think in advance about reservation

Everything was tastefully designed and clean. The hotel room was very neat and clean. Rooms were well prepared prior to arrival, and since we had three people they prepared three sets of all items. There are very nice luxury dining options within the hotel as well. Beautiful rooftop breakfast room with pretty views and sunshine. The service is what sets this hotel apart from all others for me. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming and helpful at any moment. From opening doors, delivering complimentary water and snacks to the room, and helping with any issues, the service was always above and beyond. We were greeted at the door upon arrival and taken on a personal tour of our prepared rooms and introduced to the amenities included with the stay. For checkout, they helped me store luggage for a couple of hours and also then helped me call and load the taxi, communicating with the driver on my behalf in Spanish. From beginning to end, the service was impeccable and really made me feel welcome.

The location was superb, on passeig de gracia. Walking distance from almost anything within 30 minutes.
Hotel facilities and room amenities. Spacious room and layout.
Lots of complimentary refreshments offered.
Breakfast was one of the best i had in a hotel, beautiful view and terrace.
Service and staff friendlyness.
Very minor though would expect a hotel like this to have cast streaming on TV and hoped it would have more channels.
Was a little difficult finding a place to set our luggage bag on.
