very clean and lovely interior, amazing bathroom with a great powerful shower and proper hair dryer. the room was spacious and had air con as well as a wardrobe, dresser and plugs on either bedside tables. central location to the city.

As two young girls travelling without a male, the area on a night was full of male gangs and male individuals that were unsettling and would try approach you. this apartment did not have a reception and this meant entering the building and up 3 flights of stairs where anyone could have followed you in or watched you enter the building, For the area I didn’t find this safe and was even wary of Turing on the lights as soon as we had gotten in incase of revealing which room we were in. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless a male is present in personal preference.

Exceptional

Greeted by happy staff who offered us coffee or water on arrival, much appreciated. Great location for bars and restaurants with only a few minutes walk to the coast.

Our bathroom was across the landing from our room.

Would possibly come back

The beds were very comfy, staff were kind and helpful and the shower was great (bathroom had a modern style too).

The suites are located outside the hotel in an older building. There was no lift (which I knew) but the stairs have very tall steps which are hard for an older person to climb. We have a problem with the aircon as well which was sorted on the first day after I spoke to the staff. The bathroom had no ventilation working and the room was a bit too small.

There was no phone in the room to contact reception. There was a buzzing noise that went off every

Excellent breakfast! Lots of choices. Staff was lovely! Quiet room except for the incessant buzzing in the room. May be electrical issues but made sleep impossible.

No Coffee available in the room or phone to access reception, plus the constant buzzing in the room

The room was nice but the location was very sketchy

The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly.

The bathroom door wasn't working properly, so we weren't able to close it when we were using the toilet :/ The reception is very nice but the room is in a different building near by, which isn't very nice, you have this weird entrance with a fence and a lock, I didn't feel very safe getting through there, mostly at night. Then you have to go up the stairs 3 floors.

Walls in the rooms are quite thin, we could hear our neighbour whistling in his room, he was not bad actually :D

Total failure. I definitely do not recommend.

There is nothing that could be assessed positively. I am very dissapointed with the choice of this hotel.

Staying at the hotel was a mistake. The room was the size of a broom closet with an air conditioner placed directly below the window (which did not open) overlooking a littered backyard. We only lasted one day, because we were straight from the airport after an overnight flight and we did not have the strength to look for a new hotel. So far I have not received the promised refund for the remaining days. Staff not very competent and certainly not trustworthy. Description of the offer on booking.com completely different from the standard offered by the hotel.

Superb

The location was great! Walking distance from most sights. The room was clean and the staff was nice.

The breakfast could have had more variety, but it had the essentials, so it was good.

Lovely stay and we will definitely return.

Beautiful decor, great location and view of the city. The breakfast was simple but very good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall a great stay.

The bathroom had a strange cabbage smell and the shower-head holder was broken. However, the bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities (shower gel, towels, etc.)

Did not like the location

I would not recommend this Hotel. Even it’s near Rossio Square, location was kind of scary for a solo travel. The stairs to get to the Hotel, which is in second floor, are very steep and difficult. But worst of all, the air conditioner in the room was not working. could not sleep. I finally, left, and change to another hotel, wasting money and time!!!

I did not like the location, kind of scary! Long and steep stairs! Air conditioning did not work.

Good for only 1 night

Breakfast was ok

The bathroom needs to be checked. Very bad smell . Recepcionist good answer the phone when we were trying to get directions in the middle of the night. The name on the booking.com website is different so we got a bit lost looking for signs.

I will recommend this property.

Excellent location. Staff was helpful. Good size room and bathroom. Good airconditioning control. Comfortable stay. Modern facilities. Good breakfast.

Exceptional

Great location near everything.

Right outside the entrance seems a little rough - some homeless and graffiti - but don’t let it turn you off. The building is secure and easy to walk to everything. Right by the metro, too.

Horrible!

The picture was not the room we received! Do not use this hotel! They put us-in an attic room with no windows or closets! It smelt like sewage!

The room was 4 flights up, literally in an attic space! No windows and a smell of sewage!
