Enjoyed the area very much!!

This was our second time staying at this unit. Very clean, perfect ski-in ski out with a awesome view of the mountains.

The only disappointment was the jets in the spa were not functioning. We really look forward to relaxing in the spa at the end of the day. Overall it was a fantastic week of skiing. The location is a perfect ski in ski out.

Very convenient, clean, and friendly. Family had a great time being so close to lifts. It was great for little children. We very much enjoyed our stay and the managers were easy to reach and helpful. This is the trip the children really enjoyed skiing, since they have just started learning. Great place.

This is a great condo. It's unfortunate that unless you book with the actual property you can't get them to help you in anyway. Everything else was as described in the listing. Wished there was more paper towels so we could've cleaned up after ourselves a bit more. Check out instructions should be more clear.

great mountain view . the communication regarding to get the key was horrible experience. the building name was not mentioned at all. the garage door was at the back, cant see at all. no good direction. in the night we were going around for more than hour . very bad experience for getting key and reaching out the condo. sorry it could be better handled by just putting out great directions. hope in future it will be better .

Liked the view. Too small living room area. No staff is available. Key card wasn't working. No AC. No parking pass was ready so had to pick up from the key station.

It was in a great location…..especially if it was ski season. We wish we would of had air conditioning

Sunstone is a great location (we have stayed on the property before this visit) and this is a very nice condo. I would definitely stay here again. Top floor, beautiful view and a comfortable bed are the highlights. Check-in was no contact and very easy. The condo was very clean and everyone wore masks so we felt very safe. A couple of things to note: My husband had issues with his Verizon hotspot connection. The condo wifi isn't a secure connection so he couldn't use it to work remotely and his Verizon signal was spotty. The second bedroom has a small desk which was perfect to do a little work though. The condo fridge is noisy - runs constantly and needs to be looked at. The communal ski lockers are in need of some repair by the Sunstone mgmt as several are out of alignment and won't work with a lock. Overall this a lovely and comfortable condo which we hope to rent again in the future.

Did not like the absence of staff on property for any questions or help. Price per night was not equal to property features. No value for price paid. Did not like that there were no amenities on property other than the closed pool. Only plus is Great location.

This is a great ski in ski out property with great Mountain View. Quick note to property management company, please have maintenance come work on door. It has to be slammed very hard to ensure door is actually closed. When staying in the unit, the only way for the door to latch closed was with security bolt. Other than that, everything was perfect!

We were very satisfied with our stay. It was definitely the cleanest vrbo we have stayed in. Will stay again in the future.

Chase was great when we arrived, came over and helped us with the key bank, then came back again and led us to the condo. Give her a raise! The room must have been 85 degrees when we arrived. This room has a SE exposure and is prone to heatingup.For that much money it shouldn’t be that way. It was very hard to open the door to the balcony to let cool air in because first you had to raise the blinds in the LR which were heavy. In the BR with the king bed, I had to lift a heavy bllnd to open the window. The kitchen needed a vegetable peeler and at least one sharp butcher knife. There is an small cabinet attached to the wall to the left of the range and to the right of the sink. This made it quite difficult to access the adjacent cabinets to those sides of the stove. The frigerator was set very cold and froze some of our food. Twin beds were quite soft. Two of the four chairs at the dining room were tightly wedged between and couch and the heavy DR table, so couldn't be used. Finally, you need to know that seniors (I’m 73)tend to fall a lot, especially in the shower. In the bathroom of the master BR with the King bed, there was nothing to grab onto except the “faucet”, and the top of the enclosure. I had to be very cautious. The shower floor it self did have good traction. I know we could have called about some of these things, but the DR and kitchen layout issues are intrinsic to the room, as well as the safety bar issues in the bathroom. We had a great time in Mammoth. We’ve stayed in a lot of condos over the years in different ski areas, and I’m sad to say I would put this unit near the bottom of the list.

The view! It was breathtaking. Property was close to everything we needed, clean and bright. We will definitely stay here again, maybe winter next time.

We loved staying here. Very easy parking, comfortable beds, plenty of blankets, pillows, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. Our one complaint is that apart from small and/or noisy fans, there was no a.c. It got hot! However, we extended our stay by 2 nights because the location, views, and everything else was great.

Loved the condo. Was perfect for our family of 4.

The place is clean, the location is good. Views are great. The sun will wake you up immediately after it raises which I enjoyed but will be problematic for someone who wants to wake up late. Beds are not that comfortable to sleep, could be better. Had issues with the check-in process. The key cards did not work and had to contact the property manager to get new key cards that were brought to us very quickly. Would have been easier if the entry system is code-based. Instead had to pick up key cards from a different location.

I have rented Sunstone Condos at least 10 times over the years. The location is tough to beat. This unit would benefit from a bigger couch. The fridge motor is noisy, but closing bedroom doors helps.
