Wunderschönes Hotel mit Charme und Personal, das seinesgleichen sucht.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, was wirklich ruhig war. Es gibt einen Aufdeckservice und im Bad Rituals Produkte. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, Omelette und Egg Benedict konnte man frisch bestellen. Eine große Auswahl an frischem Obst, Brot, Brötchen, Aufschnitt, Käse, Lachs, Cerealien, Eierspeisen, Säften, Sekt - alles, was das Herz begehrt. Es gibt eine wunderschöne Rooftop Terrasse, einen sehr schönen Pool, in dem man auch richtig schwimmen kann, eine Bar. Ich war sehr beeindruckt von dem hervorragend geschulten Personal. Gelebte Hotellerie, keine aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit!

Aus meiner Sicht war alles perfekt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war morgens am Pool, da fehlten schnell Handtücher.

Don’t have good experience

Great location

Our room was small, but the problem is tiny light in the shower and it slippery, the funky freed stand light was bottom place was detached from the floor and it exposing the floor metal, it dangerous, the belt boy try to fix it but it doesn’t work.

Amazing hotel, staff & location. Perfect couples getaway!

The property was in a great location (for myself & my wife who like walking). It’s downhill to the waterfront with plenty of places like the bairro alto, tram stops, shops along the route. The staff were amazing. So polite and welcoming, helpful if you had any rest any questions or tips where to go. It was my wife’s 30th while we were there and they even treated her to a cake and nice bottle of Portuguese fizz in the room on her birthday. Breakfast buffet was superb - so many tables with different options & also a menu for pancakes, poached eggs etc. The spa is also excellent. I would visit again in a heartbeat!

La propreté de la chambre était le seul inconvénient ! Nous avons passé 4 nuits avec le gâteau de bienvenue sur la table de la chambre ! Nous sommes allés faire des courses et le sac en papier que j'ai laissé sur le sol avec les déchets que nous avons sortis tous les jours est resté là jusqu'au dernier jour. Le toilette sentait la pisse ! On aurait dit qu'il n'avait pas été nettoyé. C'est le seul inconvénient. Quelque chose d'important pour un hôtel de ce niveau.

Truly excellent hotel.

Excellent hotel in a desirable area of Lisbon. The room was lovely, spotless and well equipped - coffee maker plus a kettle and fridge. And complementary bottled water every day. I requested a room with a bathtub and early check in. Both requests were accommodated and much appreciated. The service was superb across the board and the restaurant ( food and service) was fantastic! Overall a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Emplacement idéal proche d'une station de métro incontournable. Petit déjeuné copieux et varié. Chambre propre et confortable. La piscine Le bar avec de très bons cocktails

Hôtel de très bon standing qui vaut ses 5*. Très joliment décoré pour Noël, ambiance agréable, chambre et literie confortables. Piscine intérieure belle et chaude, sauna et hamam. Bien situé à 10/15mn à pieds du centre, avenue chic avec boutiques de luxe.

A little Lisbon Luxury

I really enjoyed my stay. the hotel is beautiful comfortable and centrally located. Amenities in the room were tip top. And the restaurant was delicious!

I wish I could have stayed longer.

Great location for visiting Lisbon

Friendliness of staff, they can't do enough for you. The hotel is in a brilliant location, ideal for Bairro Alto and other sites of interest like Castelo de Sao Jorge.

The bar drinks and food are overpriced, and you're better off heading to the Bairro Alto/Cais do Sodre for better value.

Great location, really nice hotel and super helpful staff (spa treatments were not great though)

Great location being nice and quiet, close to a metro station and only a 10 min walk to Principe Real (a nice spot for evenings). The hotel has everything you'll need for a short city break, with modern and clean facilities. The staff are super helpful, really friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. The spa facilities are great with everything you'd need to relax during a short city break, although the fitness centre is a little small with limited equipment. Book ahead to get decent room rates.

The only thing we didn't think was great were the spa treatments. They are pretty expensive being a 5* hotel, but we felt the therapist were undertrained with poor technique. The treatments were relaxing, but didn't provide any real tension relief. Very average and disappointing experience.

Fabulous stay would definately go back

Very clean and lovely hotel. The location was perfect for the centre of Lisbon . The swimming pool was fabulous we really enjoyed this hotel and would certainly book again I highly recommend this Hotel. We walked all over Lisbon centre and really looked forward to going back to the Hotel for a drink in the lovely bar and then a swim in the mornings

this hotel earned its 5 stars. exceptional in every way

could not recommend the hotel enough. the staff were just amazing from the front desk to the housekeeping and bar staff. we are in Bistro 04 during our stay the food and service was exceptional. the roof top bar was beautiful so calm and relaxing to sit and have a drink in at the end of a day of wandering around Lisbon

Everything was great, will definitely return.

Great location, room was nice, staff is very friendly and responsive. My daughter really enjoyed the indoor pool. The first night I forgot to bring milk for my daughter. House keeping graciously served milk without charge.

House keeping or F&B forgot to refill coffee capsules on the last day, so I could not make coffee when I woke up...called housekeeping, they send someone over and we talked as to why it was missing, the person says its the F&B who refill the coffee capsules, not housekeeping. As I customer I do not care if it is the GM of the hotel who refills as long as its there. No need to name blame, just accept and agree to improve. Felt there was lack of team work with that statement. Please inform guests that the AirCon will shutdown or not work if the windows are open. We had to call front desk to find that out.
