Séjour sympathique avec des améliorations à prévoir

Les espaces, la proximité du centre, des points d’interêt, de la station de métro. Le logement était très propre et bien isolé. Nous étions au calme.

Le manque de vaisselle, les traces d’humidité dans la salle de bain, la décoration manquante avec des traces sur les murs, les tissus du canapé tachés. Il y avait du café mais pas de thé, ni de poivre par exemple. Quelques produits d’accueil seraient un vrai plus au vu des tarifs. Il est indiqué service de de bagagerie mais ce n’est pas le cas.

Sympathique dans l’ensemble

Logement agréable et spacieux.

J’ai demandé plusieurs fois à l’hôte de régler un problème de plomberie et ça n’a pas été fait. Lavant dernier jour, le code ne marchait pas et nous avons failli rester bloqué dehors.

heerlijk verblijf voor paar dagen, dichtbij metro en mooi uitzichtpunt.

mooi appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. koffiebar/ klein winkeltje aan de overkant. leuk restaurant beneden.

kastje in de badkamer was aan elkaar geplakt.

Communication was perfect, location is amazing, very clean !

The bed are really hard, showers are not super friendly and super small. I could barely fit and I am 5,7 … (170cm). Kitchen ustensiles are very cheap and poor …

Perfectly adequate for our stay in Lisbon.

Lovely big rooms, light and airy. Quiet at night. good beds. Lift. Constant hot water. One bedroom had an en-suite shower with toilet. Quite close to the Saint George Castle and Alfama area.

The neighbourhood is rather shabby and you have to walk up a couple of steep hills to get there from the metro. The property needs more attention from the management- a bedside lamp light bulb didn’t work and a handle on one of the shutters was broken. No holder for the shower head in either the bathroom or en suite so tricky to shower with one hand. No microwave or kettle.

Great place to stay in Lisbon old town.

Well designed apartment, good view from the back, has an elevator which is rare in Lisbon, no noice from the street.

Mattress quality mediocre, bit behind on maintenance, in between points of interest instead of right next to them.

Great holiday apartment

Lovely bright apartment. Beds were comfy, everything you needed for your stay. Good coffee bar and grocery opposite Lima Limao

Showed some signs of wear and tear. Chair back bent back, mould on silicon in shower. Bath had a crack in it.

Very good

The check-in was easy we got the codes for all doors and entered the apartment without any issues. The apartment was clean and looked as in the pictures. Ample amounts of towels and a decent coffee machine. Very close to the city center 10-15 minutes walk.

It could use more glasses as the apartment is for 6 people, yet has one wine glass and four drinking glasses. No microwave so heating up food takes time. While it wasn't an issue some wear and tear on kitchen seats (ripped fabric), the ensuite shower is getting moldy at the bottom and could be fixed up.

perfect for a couple of days in Lisbon.

it was a big apartment with lots of natural light. the location was perfect, easy access and quiet. lots of little shops around if you need basic stuffs. and if you’re travelling as a family, there is a park in the neighborhood with a play area.

some things need to be repair. there were some wear and tear that could have been fixed easily. it was minor things but like to shut the fridge, you had to lift the box within the fridge to be able to close it. the paint is chipping in the bathroom which is making a mess. There was some dishwashing liquid but no sponge.

Nice location

Items in the two bathrooms are in need of repair. A toilet seat hinge was off, a hole in the siding of the tub was flaking, the shower head hose leaks, and the toilet paper dispenser came apart and fell off the wall.

The place is nice and clean. Very spacious and comfortable. We have enjoyed the whole stay. Close to landmarks.

There is no microwave or washing machine inside the apartment. Washing machine is downstairs. Also neighbourhood is very dodgy but it is close to downtown and all important places.

Disappointing

The bathroom needs renovation and the towels were smelling very bad like the odor of the mold. The neighborhood wasn’t very good and the appartement wasn’t properly cleaned.

A lovely apartment but tarnished by hosts poor communication

cleanliness and location. lovely apartment.

hosts were poor throughout stay. cleaning service which we paid for was not honoured. very disappointed with experience and poor communication with hosts throughout stay. no help with finding the property or baggage storage. and they are not responding to customer services in regards to our complaint.

Shower did not drain, shower door did not close properly causing water leakage, toilet seat broken, not enough glassware and cups in kitchen, poor location - lots of garbage lying in street

Good location. Had kitchen and fridge. Was fine for short stay.

Kitchen wasn't stocked well at all. 3 wine glasses no other glasses. Was a bit grotty. Plastic chairs, cheap, old and ripped. Shower needs properly cleaned and fixed up. Toilet seat fell off and wasn't fixed while we were there. Couch was stained. Place could be lovely, furniture needs replacing or cleaning.

Loved Lisbon, despite that hotel has tried to charge me the tourist tax for my kids below 13 years!

Accomodation has tried several times to charge me the tourist tax for kids below 13 years old (10 and 12). They were not providing the door codes until the tourist tax was paid. I sent several messages explaining that that 2 of my kids should not be charged. After a few days of stressing exchanges, they sent me first a new link to pay 30 Euros (instead of the original 40 Euros). As I have not accepted and sent them the text of the tourist tax regulation, then finally they sent me, a few hours before my arrival, the link with the right amount to pay (20 Euros instead of 40 Euros). Only once I have paid, they gave me the codes. Unacceptable that the "hotel/company" is not aware of the law in Portugal. Unnecessary stressing situation when you are travelling with 3 kids. Several issues with the shower.
