Gutes, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Gerne wieder.

Das Personal war super freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sauber und lag ruhig nach hinten raus. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns perfekt.

Excellent hotel in great location

Central location, clean. Nice lobby. Very kind and helpful staff. Rooms were large and comfortable

No fitness facility on premise, no bar. Very limited television channels in English. Beds were comfortable but prefer more pillows

Lo staff non era particolarmente accogliente. Inoltre la chiave della camera si smagnetizzava in continuazione e bisognava rifarla più volte al giorno.

Friendly staff. Great Location.

Lack of facilities in the room. No kettle or iron, although they were offered when asked....should be standard. Safe not working. Rooms are quite small.

Amazing, comfortable and clean

We loved this space—staff made it especially special. Ask for Pedro, in reference for city adventures, or anything really—he’s very knowledgeable. It was also so clean which is very important to me.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Location was excellent.

Would have liked if the bar was open as it looked nice and cosy. Disappointing we couldn't sit and enjoy a night cap. We weren't out late as we had kids with us

Great location downtown Barcelona

The location between the Gothic and Born neighborhoods. Very good shower. Great spot and warm staff.

Too much outside noise (room was on the side/ front of the hotel). Room ventilation was poor and it was too warm.

Room was very big, clean and comfortable. Our hotel room had a view of the buildings that were looking very historical. It was very nice. Hotel is 5 min walk to the marina and close to everywhere by walk. Stuff was always tried to help everything by smile. They were excellent

There wasn't any smoking area or an open garden etc. at the hotel. If youre a smoker you need to smoke out of the gate.

Good location, good breakfast,

There was no bede,they dont wait just only after reservation withdraw money from your credit card and noway to convince them you will pay in arrival I dont like this at all

Highly recommend on location, service, value for money, cleanliness and comfort.

Great location easy walking distance from train station and to major sites and good food spots. Very friendly and accommodating staff, letting us check in early to drop luggage and leave until late the following day.

The hotel and staff was amazing location is very best for going out and doing things or just walk around ,they help you with everything 5 star to the reception people for making us comfortable and ordering cab for us on time !

We could smell foul smell sometimes in room but dint bother much as we were not there for almost full day also need some fan in the room as ac does not work very well as expected
