Apt good, kitchen area perfect, bathroom a little uncomfortable . Location great.

We arrived well before check-in and they stored our bags for us until we were able to check in. In addition, having the extra bedrooms was beneficial for our family of 4.

When you take a shower, the whole floor gets wet. Beds were a little firm for my liking, but I think that is common in Europe.

Great location with convenient metro access and many restaurants nearby. Friendly receptionists and nice clean rooms with comfy beds.

Fantastic location, with metro and bus stations just around the corner. The staff at the reception were friendly and very accommodating. The apartment was well-equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable! If I were to comment on anything, it would only be that even with the windows closed, we could hear the cars and people outside. But that didn't bother us too much. We were extremely happy that there was air conditioning in both the living room and bedrooms. We would stay again!

It would be a nice touch if they offered a laundry tablet in the pack with the dishwashing essentials as a washing machine was available in the apartment.

To be Honest i only liked the location.

Okay so first off it was nothing like the pictures, they are really far from reality. It is overpriced, very dark, not cozy at all. the curtains were so dirty, if you open the window there’s a strong gas/car fuel smell. We were really dissatisfied with the hotel since we paid so much money for it, we expected it to be WAY better…

Good location, comfortable for a family of 4. There were kitchen sponge and dishwashing liquid, kitchen paper. Washer was a nice surprise. Comfy bed and a good blackout curtain.

Dishes in the cupboards did not seem very clean. Some basic condiments, oil, salt etc would be helpful. Very few cooking utensils. Bathroom looked shabby.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for a family of 4 in the first week of January. Did not use the 3rd as we did not need it, but it was a small room with no windows, just a vent. All beds were single beds but they did arrange them as a double bed in one of the rooms. Beds were fine but pillows were a bit weird for me There is AC in the living-room and two of the rooms. Did not check in the third though. The living-room did not have windows, just a vent, but that was not a problem given that we did not spend much time inside. Kitchen was equipped: pots of different sizes, kitchenware and an expresso machine. Location is good - 5 minutes to the metro with two metro lines so connections were good. Did not eat in the neighborhood but, judging based on Google maps, I don't think there were many good restaurants around though I did see two small ones on the side of the building. All in all, it is good for the value and I don't have anything in particular to complain about.

Location. Low noise levels when windows were closed. Liked the washing machine

Bedding was not neat...too big for bed an d cushions did not fit properly. Looked untidy.

The place is great near public transportation and food and great location for tourists

Just a little thing like they gave us paper toilet only 2 rolls for 4 persons in 4 days and pillow is too small

The location was great!!! Many sights are just walking distance. The apartment was spacey and clean.

Some minor things would be nice to have, such as salt, pepper and some tea.
