The location is fantastic and the apartment is spacious with a beautiful tiled floor and high ceilings. We loved the rooftop bar at the Claris hotel!

Excellent location, near to most touristic places and public transport stops, very nice interior, a lot of facilities - hairdryer, iron, coffee machine.

Very noisy. Almost all of the time there were some noises that were annoying, mostly coming when someone is showering. The second bedroom is smaller and the bathroom is separately.

I liked just the location and size of the flat.

- There was no bed for the third person while in the reservation was written "sofa-bed". - We had to make the bed and when we moved it we found dirt underneath (a piece of paper and a clothes hanger and dust) - There were no towels for the third person - The hair dryer didn't work - For three people we had only 1 small tube of shower gel and shampoo. - Both Friday night and Saturday there were drunk people shouting on the stairs - You cannot opend the window of the living room becuase is very very loud also with closed windows - One day next to our room they started tearing down walls and doing work. - I wrote an email to the Flat Manager with my complains and I never get an answer

Spacious apartment, great location

Floor and sofa need renovation, wifi was very slow. Elevator needs to be replaced, it was slow and not working couple of times.

plenty of space, with a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. lovely bar in the hotel Claris.

only had mirrors in one bedroom

It was a huge apartment with a wash machine and dishwasher. Yet since its affiliated with derby hotels I expect the would supply the wash machine and dishwashing soaps. Also didnt supply any coffee pods for the nespresso machine. Got a welcome package but that only supplied instant coffee. The apartment was not homey at all. Location in a good area though I would not stay here again.

Apartment kind of dark. All black uncomfortable furniture. Very loud area. Have to go to one place to get the key then another place to use a pool. No one showed us how to use the wash machine and dishwasher. Was told there was a dryer but there wasnt.

The safe was broken and never fixed but they were nice enough to store our valuables in the hotel

There were three air conditioners in the apartment, but the rooms that were not cooled were extremely hot and it was hard to sleep in them

The location is great. The apartment is beautiful, and very authentic. The service via Claris hotel worked great (the reception desk)

- Wifi was very important to us and published as existed. In reality, it either didn't work or was extremely poor (3MB download link). - Two out of the three bed rooms are with no air condition and it was very hot during night time

Location is superb. The street is pretty quiet night time. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Towels were changed and apartment cleaned once during our stay which was nice.

There were bugs on the floor in the smaller toilet. We managed to kill a few, but there were new ones coming. Only one dishwasher tablet was included. There also were too few toilet paper rolls to last for the whole stay.

Excellent location. One block from Passeig de Gracia. 5 min walk from Casa Batlló. Great café at corner for breakfast. Egyptian Museum next door.

Could have been much cleaner. Shower floor in main room was very slippery. Water seeped out from showers on both bathrooms creating big wet mess. Awful, strong sewer smell permeated apartment (even after spraying room perfume). We were told this “only” happens in summer. No clothes dryer, just washer. Everyone, but Oscar, at Front Desk were rough, almost rude. Kitchen cleaning kit only included one dishwasher pill/soap, should include at least 1/night. Be aware there’s no valet service from hotel so had to carry luggage to/from hotel upon check-in/check-out.

All people in Claris hotel (check-in) are very nice and very professional.. 👍
