Perfect place for Genoa sightseeing!

Location is wonderful - on the main street, close to the city center, railway station and bus to the beach. Building is old, but truly beautiful, as well as the hotel itself. The interior design was really great and the room was super cozy. There was shower in the room, as well as common bathroom in the hall. Staff was super nice and helpful at all times! The wifi was working well. Everything was perfect! :)

Clean & cozy room at Genova city center

The hotel is positioned at the center, so that makes it very easy to explore the city center. The room and bathroom were very clean. The Wi-Fi connection was also very good and the staff was very friendly.

The window insulation is not so good, so you could hear noises from the street during the night.

Location.

Room was stinky,very cold we literally freezed,small and dark. Air conditioner doesn't work. WI FI doesn't exist in the room. I've never been in a such catastrophic hotel. HORECA is.my business, i am dealing with hotels but this is something you don't want to see. Explanation was we are 2 stars hotel and we can be catastrophic.

great hotel !

Even though it was a shared bathroom, we had our own shower and bidet in the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was good sized with high ceilings. It’s in a busy Main Street where you find a lot of stores and places to eat. Close to main attractions by foot or bus.

Central Hotel with some shortcomings

Friendly service, close to city center, fair price

Bed quite hard, bathroom smelled, reception was empty when we came (within check-in hours). We had to call and it took some time to let us in

Very good

Perfect location in the city centre, decent sized room and friendly staff.

The WiFi cut out the first night and didn't work for the rest of my stay.

Pretty ok except the bathroom

The location was really good and we had a really nice view. The building was an old one and I can say it was a nice experience to stay in there.The hosts were really nice and let us to leave out luggages at the reception after the check out hour.

The room was small for 4 people. The bathroom was an improvised one, there was mold on the walls, and the shower cabin was really really small. Also, cleanliness of the room could be improved. Overall it was quite decent ( price to quality).

Very close to all the high end shopping

Friendly lady checked us in, willing to answer additional questions about where and how to get to attractions. Was able to leave luggage for a couple of hours after early check out.

The room's decor was quite dated. The "green" Button they tell you to ring for door entry does not work. Had to stand there and knock on the glass until someone comes out. The fob works after you checked in.

Amazing and will be coming back!

It was honestly amazing. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, the rooms were very clean and had air conditioning. We had our own shower and sink in the room, which was great. The location was also great as everything could easily be reached from there. Will definitely be coming back next time I come to Genoa!

Nice place, nice people, very cosy.

Close to some nice buildings, and close to the old medieval town. Very nice girl attending there, almost my age, we got to chat for a bit.p

Check in too late, at 3pm... Unfortunate for me because I arrived by bus at 9:30am and hadn't slept much in my 12 hour trip.

Fun, beautiful city, lived swimming in the Mediterranean Sea.

Convenient, spacious except the bathroom, very friendly Saundra(?) staff.

The location of the hotel is very well, closed to city center and railway station. There was very helpfull and kind staff. We got the map of city center and some practical advices from them.

Good location and quiet though being on a busy road, nice and helpful receptionists, great value for money! I also really liked the building.
