Very quiet apartment

Location near the public transport and near the centre , also close to train stations if you go from/to airport by train.

No was washing detergent /liquid for washing machine and spare garbage bags.

Experiencia vivída

La ubicación.

Le falta mantenimiento. La luz del comedor- dormitorio no está ubicada por sobre la mesa. A las persianas americanas les hace falta una buena limpieza. No tienen la corredera para poder abrir y cerrarlas. La ducha del baño no desagotaba. Saqué la rejilla y removi los pelos, solucionado! Pero eso debe hacerlo quien lo renta. A la ventana de la cocina le falta un blackout. El congelador de la heladera tenía hielo como un iceberg. Ni un hotel de 1 estrella tiene los toallones que dejaron. La comunicación con Megan no fue fluida. Nunca respondió un correo que le enviara para saber si había recibido el pago y luego de tres whatsapp respondió. Hay algunas lámparas quemadas. En resumen, no lo recomendaría.

NADA RECOMENDABLE. Apartamento muy sucio, lleno de polvo, con telarañas y bichos. La limpieza de la cocina pésima; microondas y horno inutilizables por la suciedad y la grasa, vajilla con restos de comida, tostadora oxidada, y ni siquiera había papel de cocina. La ducha del baño estaba rota y se salía el agua. Vecinos ruidosos que no respetan las horas de sueño (gritos, golpes, carcajadas hasta las tantas de la madrugada entre semana). Deplorable trato recibido por el personal (malas formas, gritos, desplantes...). Entraron en el apartamento durante mi estancia SIN MI PERMISO aun habiendo dicho que no.

Don't waste your money

Not too far from the station

The place wasn't clean, very basic and dated , awful bed linen thin quilt no sheets dirty pillows if you can call them pillows one big square bolster one flat thin pillow very stained , the area was very bleak grim apartment tiny lift and off a dirty parking lot , it was nothing like its pictures dint waste your money choose a better area

schöner Kurztrip in eine tolle Stadt, die wir bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal besucht haben.

Die Lage der Wohnung (Taubstummengasse) ist perfekt. Sehr zentral, eine Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, inklusive toller Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. (das Haus des Meeres hat uns einen großartigen ersten Abend in Wien beschert).

Da wir eigentlich nur zum Schlafen in der Wohnung waren, war es für unsere Zwecke ausreichend. Wer Wert auf höheren Komfort legt sollte sich eher nach was anderem umschauen. Zum Schlafen, Duschen und Kaffee machen reicht die Wohnung aber gut aus.

The apartment must be cleaner and the person renting out the apartment must be nicer.

The only good thing was the ok location. On the other hand, the internet was okay.

The apartment was somewhat not clean (the bed linen was dirty, we found hairs in the shower cabin). The person who rented us the apartment mentioned to us that we have to take out the garbage.

Sehr gute Lage, man ist schnell in der Stadt und noch schneller bei einer Haltestelle. Trotz Lage an einer viel befahrenen Straße war es Recht ruhig wenn die Fenster geschlossen. Für die Lage war es ein sehr guter Preis. Bezahlt werden konnte vor Ort. Es gab eine kleine Küche und ein Recht großes Bad. Waschmaschine war vorhanden. W-Lan hat funktioniert.

Die Dame, welche uns in das Apartment ließ konnte nur Englisch. An sich nicht schlimm aber eine Info die man durchaus vorher schon unterbringen konnte. Der Text, welcher vor Anreise durchgelesen werden sollte, ist nicht mehr aktuell, enthielt eine falsche Adresse und sorgte für Verwirrung. In der Dusche gab es etwas Schimmel, generell scheint die Wohnung ihre besten Tage hinter sich zu haben. Oxydiertes Rohr im Bad, die Wände könnten einen Anstrich gebrauchen und an der Badtür waren deutliche Kratzer an denen die Farbe fehlte. Geschirr war nicht sonderlich gut gespült und es gab nur wenig Besteck. Der Kühlschrank war so kalt eingestellt das unser Wasser eingefroren ist.

Apartament acollidor amb les necessitats bàsiques cobertes i a prop del transport públic per desplaç

L'apartament està molt aprop d'una de les principals línies de metro i tramvia, les quals es poden utilitzar per arribar al centre i a les principals atraccions turístiques.

M'hauria agradat que a l'apartament hi hagués hagut cafè/te de cortesia, així com gel i xampú, encara que fos pels primers dies de l'estada.

Genial, limpio, grande y muy equipado.

Megan súper amable, llegamos tarde por retraso en el avión y no hubo problema, tuvimos que pagar un suplemento (mínimo, que entendimos por recibirnos casi a las 23h, pero muy agradecidos) y en todo momento se preocupó de si nos hacía falta algo. El apartamento es céntrico, a 15 min de todo, y todo funciona a la perfección! Usamos la lavadora, y el horno una noche de lluvia que estábamos cansados, y todo genial. Varios supermercados y sitios para desayunar o comer cerca, es céntrico. Repetiría sin duda.

Aceptable

Cerca del centro . Buena calefacción. Cocina completa con lavadora y plancha.

Pagamos el alojamiento dejando el dinero sobre una mesa y ellos entraron a cogerlo en medio de nuestra estancia. No me hizo sentir muy comoda. Además nos cambiaron la dirección del alojamiento y el taxi qué teníamos contratado era para la 1 dirección.

Die Wohnung ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos.

Die Wohnung hatte absolut nichts mit den gezeigten Fotos zu tun. Die Wohnung war heruntergekommen, überall war Schimmel und im Badezimmer und im Bett waren Haare. Des Weiteren mussten wir die Wohnung entweder mit Paypal oder direkt in Bar bezahlen.

Místo, adresa velmi blízko centra. Čisté ubytování.

Málo vybavená kuchyň, nefungující světlo v kuchyni a v koupelně. Větrák na wc nefungoval.

Buen lugar para conocer Viena

La cocina era muy completa y la ubicación era estupenda. La chica estuvo súper atenta, se había roto la mampara de la ducha con los anteriores inquilinos y estuvo intentando arreglarla y muy atenta a nosotros.

Very good

I liked the promptness of the staff. The building is secure and easily accessible, 5 minutes from the metro. The room is modernly furnished and comfortable.

The water in the bathroom gets stuck and fills up, which made it uncomfortable to use.

Nice apt unfortunately a bit too noisy

Very central situated, close to the subway line, 20 mins walking to the Ring. Nice daylight. Clean. Megan was accommodating and allowed us to leave the luggage there till 15:00 o Clock on the day of departure.

It was a bit noisy- on the corner to main boulevards, if you open the doors, it is very noisy. Since there is no air conditioning, opening the windows was a must. The apartment felt a bit warm, though the temperatures were not extremely hot.

The location is great, easy to access all the main sites. Very class to public transport, which takes you directly to the city centre.

The kitchen utensils were limited, no peeler only 1 pot, frying pan. However, we ate out most of the time so this want really an issue.

Exceptional

The owner was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Location was great, we could walk pretty much anywhere. Public transport was near too. A nice 15 minute walk from the main trainstation. Over all, just great.

it was good

The apartment was clean, it was a nice cosy place. Bus station is within 10 minutes walking. Bus goes direct to the center of Vienna. Host was very kind and told us some advice, for example how to order food and what kinda app you had to use plus the address. Kitchen was usable and overall a good experience.

Place was kinda difficult to find because it was within a parking lot.
