Excellent séjour dans un hôtel Cosy bien situé et avec personnel super aimable

Excellent accueil. Personnel réactif et disponible. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et propre. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Super emplacement à quelques minutes à pied de la Piazza St Marcos et du bateau qui amène à l'aéroport. Très bon rapport qualité / prix.

la chambre était au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. C'est un détail, mais ça peut être important pour certaines personnes

Simplesmente Magnífico

Localização maravilhosa. Hotel estilo veneziano muito confortável. Funcionários super simpáticos. Café da manhã bom. Quarto bastante confortável. Fomos muito bem tratados.

Na verdade é só uma sugestão de melhoria. O cartão do quarto poderia abrir a porta de entrada do Hotel. Se chegar após as 23h tem que tocar a campainha e aguardar um funcionário abrir.

The hotel made for an awesome stay in historic Venice.

Great location to see the major sites. Great restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff! Large rooms with good air conditioning. Great for families with children.

Alternate location turned out to be lovely.

We were notified by Hotel Palazzo Vitturi several days before our expected arrival, that there had been a glitch in our reservation dates. The hotel took care of everything - getting us into another, comparable hotel (which we ended up liking very much - Hotel Sant'Antonin, very lovely!). Even though we weren't in the same location as the friends we were traveling with, it all worked to our advantage.

Fantastic location, great breakfast, fabulous coffee. Catch the boat though - don’t walk with luggage.

Huge beautiful room, close to Rialto Bridge and St Marks square.

There was no blanket on the bed/in the room.

Amazing boutique hotel with authentic Venetian experience!

The location is absolute perfection

Not having screens on windows for when AC is not permitted. we had a lot of mosquitoes come in.

awesome stay with accommodating and wonderful staff!

LOCATION WAS GREAT ! about to 7-10 M minute walk from San Marcos square and Rialto Bridge.( very congested there) this hotel is located across from a beautiful church inside a small square with 2 to 3 restaurants within the Square. Location was great. would def stay again!

Thank you for your hospitality!

A very pleasant stay with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was also very good. The rooms were spacious and easy to use. It was close to St Mark's Basilica and the relatively easy access to water bus stop to the airport.

Exceptional

The room was very large with a great view of the square. The bathroom was clean and spacious and we loved the breakfast. The staff helped us get a very early morning water taxi reserved the night before and gave us ice for our drinks. This was our favorite of the 4 hotels we stayed at during our 4-stop trip!

beds had a firm mattress and didn’t sleep very well. wouldn’t do for anyone with disabilities as there is no lift

Wonderful Stay

My compliments to the owner Michele and all of his staff. You have a very beautiful hotel and everyone who works there is very attentive and kind. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I loved the big bathroom and shower and you can even go to the balconies on the first and second floor to look at the square :)

The location was great as we were only staying a couple of nights

The hotel was centrally placed and very clean.

There was an extremely small choice of food for breakfast. Very poor fruit availablilty and the gluten free breakfast was not good - burnt croissants which were rock hard, microwaved in their plastic bags and sweet biscuits from the local shop. The hotel did apologise with a glass of fresh orange juice. The cappucinnos were delicious.

Absolutely great

First of all, we want to recommend the hotel 100%. He was absolutely great. We have traveled to many parts of Italy and have always chosen expensive and multi-star hotels. We absolutely did not expect a hotel that was much more affordable to be much better. 1. I don't understand how anyone in the previous reviews could complain about the breakfast, because the croissants at home at the hotel were the best we ate in Venice. 2. Due to the flight delay, we did not arrive at the hotel until around 01:00 in the morning and there was no problem with the accommodation 3. Room spacious, clean and huge shower, LCD TV with Netflix. 4. Overall, the staff is very nice even at breakfast... nothing to complain about. 5. Central location of the hotel. You can get everywhere on foot.. We were very satisfied and would definitely like to come back...
