Rooms large and well equipped also spotlessly clean. Restaurant has good range of reasonably priced food for dinner. Breakfast is superb. Free shuttle to the travertines was a very welcome surprise

Breakfast was very nice, a lot of choices - eggs (omelette and boiled), grilled veggies, sometimes potatoes, sometimes rolls. Tons of yogurt, fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses.... A lot of choices for drinks as well - coffee, tea, milk, juices. Pool was not huge but very nice, clean, surrounded by rose bushes. Rooms are clean and comfy, with private balconies - overlooking the mountains (in my room). It was great to start the day with a cup of coffee on a balcony looking at the tranquility of the valley.

There was a loud music somewhere in town on the first night of our stay. But this is not under the control of the hotel staff.

Beautiful place

Comfortable hotel accommodation, good breakfast. 10 min walk to bottom gate of the travertines and restaurants.

Wifi was pretty bad. We booked double deluxe rooms and there were lots of stairs for anyone with mobility issues.

the pool was under repair and the website is not updated that pool is under repair and its a good area to take nice photos

a very nice family hotel with a decent restaurant. room is spacious and clean. large parking lot. offers free shuttle service to hierapolis.

rooms may need some maintenance (some hooks are off, water spills over the shower room and the floor tile can be very slippery). but at this price I think it is the best value for money in the area.

The location and size of the room.

We had an amazing stay. Super friendly & very helpful staff. They went out of there way to help you out. Got great tips about the area. They arranged taxis & travel for us. We felt at home. Great restaurant n lovely food. Breakfast has a vast variety. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable 🙏

A clean and well-located place.

Their offer of shuttle bus to the Denizli airport, costing from 150-120 turkish liras (their recommendation and booking calls starts with the highest price), emphasizing that they didn’t make money from this service. The boss also said 150 liras is a better price because usually it takes 200 liras. After I said I would like to take a look at other possibilities, he directly said that I didn’t trust him and balabala. Anyway, there were no seats left and we can only use local transportation. Surprisingly, the minibus to Denizli costs 16 liras and the shuttle bus from Denizli Bus Station to the airport costs 50 liras.

The location is really great & the room was also spacious enough for 3 people.

There were no vegan options for dinner.

Very good hotel in Pamukkale. Warm room, nice breakfast.

Lovely boutique hotel feel, within walking distance of the middle gate of the travetines. Good breakfast, plenty of choice and excellent on-site dinner options too. Friendly hotel dog! Plenty of free parking.

The hotle was very good. Value for money. The staff was very good and helpful. The best part is the owner himself present most of the time and he is very humble and guides you eveything. Even he can advise you the best trip way.

The owner is very helpful and the property is a lovely setting. We loved every bit of our stay.
