Mehr kann man nicht erwarten!

in Gehweite vom Hauptbahnhof, im Zimmer war alles da, was man für eine kurze Übernachtung braucht, das Bett war himmlisch, das angerufene Personal (wir haben sehr spät eingecheckt) war sofort erreichbar und behilflich.

Alles sauber super Personal und die zentrale Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Frühstück ausreichend und top.. Die Deko im Hotel war absolut spitze

Nie wieder !!!

Zimmer 401 4. Etage, Heizung geht nicht an, hab die Nacht gefroren, obwohl ein Mitarbeiter informiert wurde, es würde Niemand nach 21 Uhr kommen, hieß es. Ich hätte zumindest mit einem telefonischen "tut uns leid" am nächsten Tag gerechnet, aber zu viel verlang!! Zimmer außerdem zu viel durchduftet, man schnappt nach einer Stunde geschlossenes Fenster nach Sauerstoff.

Freundlich geführtes Hotel

Zentrumnahe Lage, sehr sauberes Hotel, Ausstattung gut, sehr freundliches Personal.

Leider befand sich zurzeit unseres Aufenthaltes eine große Baustelle vor der Tür. Dafür kann natürlich das Personal nichts. Im Hotel und dem Hotelrestaurant war alles tiptop. Zudem wurde unsere Nachtruhe gegen 3:30 Uhr erheblich aufgrund von Streitereien zwischen div. Personen auf der Straße incl. Polizeieinsatz gestört. Dies empfanden wir als sehr unangenehm. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Personal käme das des öfteren vor und wäre im Sommer noch schlimmer. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich wohl eine Flüchtlingsunterkunft, was nicht zuletzt zu multikulturellen Auseinandersetzungen führt. Das sollte man vllt wissen, wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist. :-)

Für eine Nacht ok,allerdings dafür wiederum zu teuer.

Zentrale Lage,helles Zimmer,sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption.

Die Toilette war hinter einer Glastür,direkt vor der Dusche. Kein Duschvorleger,keine Handtücher. Lediglich ein Handtuch am Waschbecken,welches sich neben dem Bett befand. Zudem roch das Zimmer ziemlich muffig,trotz geöffnetem Fenster.

Super Lage, freundliches Personal, ausbaufähiges Frühstück

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, in wenigen Minuten war man sowohl in der Innenstadt als auch an der nahegelegenen Stadthalle. Der Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und konnte bei allen Fragen weiterhelfen. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und das Sofa vor dem Bett hat uns besonders gut gefallen.

Leider war das Frühstück im Restaurant nebenan nicht besonders gut, also es hat geschmeckt und war frisch, aber man hat den Mitarbeitern des Restaurant angemerkt, dass sie mit der Doppelbelastung Restaurant/Hotelfrühstück nicht wirklich klar kommen. Es fehlte ständig etwas im Buffet und es wurde selten oder fast gar nicht aufgefüllt.

Zentrales gemütliches Hotel

Check- In war schon etwas früher möglich. Schönes gemütliches Zimmer. Angrenzendes Restaurant und Heißgetränk Automat.

Wegen der zentralen Lage nachts etwas laut. Kein hoteleigener Parkplatz aber viele umliegende Parkhäuser.

Bisher bestes Hotel in Bielefeld

Alles hat mir gefallen. Sehr gute Lage, sehr schöne Zimmer und vor allem top Service. Die Beleuchtung und die Lichtstimmung in den Zimmern sind sehr sehr angenehm.

Einziges kleines Verbesserungspotenzial wäre gewesen, dass eine Flasche Wasser bereits auf dem Zimmer vorhanden wäre oder dass eine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer steht.

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden und würden es nochmal Buchen (für kürzere Aufenthalte)

Die Kopfkissen waren sehr hart Die Matratze war zu weich und die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer lies stark zu wünschen übrig

Sehr ordentlich, aber ausbaufähig.

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Zimmers, Freundlichkeit des Personals. Lage ist Optimal.

Besetzung der Rezeptzion. Frühstücksbuffet, vor allem das Wichtigste: Kaffee. Möblierung des Restaurants/Frühstücksraums ist, gelinde gesagt, gewöhnungsbedürftig. Alle Negativa aber ausgeglichen durch Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Exceptional

I was very impressed by the excellent services provided at this hotel in Bielefeld. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to all my needs, ensuring that I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. Additionally, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of my room and the modern facilities offered, which contributed to my pleasant experience in Bielefeld.

We were disappointed that, while waiting to check out at the hotel, we were not allowed to stay in the lobby restaurant and enjoy the sandwiches we had. We were forced to eat standing in the lobby. We did not like this situation at all.

Pleasant

Location, size of room and staff.

Air conditioning was not working which was very bad as the weather was hot (although in mode "cool" the temperature didn't come down - it was just a regular fan). Also the room refrigerator was not cooling down the temperature.

Not recommended stay in rooms

I didn't like anything on the room.

The corridors were smelling bad, the water was always cold, the tv wasn't smart tv as per displayed on the website. The passages smelling bad , the corridors are too dark

Noisy room w/o much extras

If you have a room that faces the main road, you will hear until the early morning all the car-posers that use this street for their loud show-off exercises!

Superb

Very nice breakfast area, friendly staff although some of them didn't speak English, comfortable bed, nice shower.

I could hear a lot from the room above and the traffic outside.

Good

The hotel appeared to be fairly new, the room was not that big, but clean and I liked the little sofa, so one did not have to sit on the bed during the day. Staff was very friendly, the breakfast buffet also offered a good choice.

If you are a light sleeper, you need good earplugs. We were there from Friday to Sunday and especially the nights were very noisy with revellers screaming and cars passing with the music turned up to the max.
