Pobyt bardzo udany.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko metra. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Jedyny mały minus to, że dostaliśmy z synem jedno podwójne łóżko. co prawda zaproponowano nam zamianę pokoju następnego dnia ale ostatecznie zrezygnowaliśmy.

Für Sightseeing o.k.

Zentrale Lage mit guter Anbindung an Nahverkehr, divetse Bars, Cafes, Supermärkte in der Nähe, Fussläufig zur Sagrada familia, Arc de Triomf, Park, Zoo, etc Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Fenster in Innenhof, leicht vetwinkelt gebaut, Restaurant etc. sonst schön hell, Personal freundlich.

Am 1. Abend Feueralarm, die meisten Gäste haben sich vor dem Hotel versammelt, es kam jedoch weder Feuerwehr noch Polizei, der Mitarbeiter am Empfang hat von einem Fehlalarm gesprochen (rauchender Hotelgast??) und einen Kollegen angerufen, der dann kam um den Alarm abzustellen. Skurile Situation....

The room was a little bit small and there are no balconies. That’s why i give them 9,5 /10.

El desayuno muy bueno y buena atención. Buen servicio en la Recepción. Muy limpio todo y buen acomodo del cuarto. Área tranquila y sin ruidos. Inclusión de personal con capacidades especiales. Buen olor smbiental.

No sabía del impuesto a pagar, mermó mi presupuesto. Las camas dobles que estaban pegadas y no separadas. La tina de baño, para entrar a ducharse es incómodo y el grifo para el agua caliente. Algunas noches hizo calor y no sabía cómo refrescar la habitación. Una mañana en el desayunó comenzó a caer agua del techo por un trabajo que estaban haciendo y nos tuvimos que cambiar de mesa.

Nice hotel, with good amenities on a great location for a tourist exploration of the city.

The hotel is on an ideal location, near the metro station Arc de Triumph, with only a few metro stations from all major sightseeing locations. Even by foot all these locations are easily accessible. The breakfast was very good, with freshly squeezed orange juice, and good choice of fruit. The staff was very helpful, and nice.

The rooms are a little outdated, the flooring can be improved, since in our room it was scratched and with noticeable holes.

Le petit déjeuné n'est pas forcément aux goûts de tous. A 9h30 il n'avait plus de viennoiseries. Il faudrait plus de sucre car bcp de salé mais peu de sucre

Great customer service, but not very clean.

The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

The room had a weird layout (corner room). The bathroom had lot of mold and a weird layout - if you use the shower, it will wet the whole bathroom like the toilet. The room was not properly cleaned as there was dust.

Goede ligging

De ligging is uitstekend, middenin het centrum. Ondergrondse privé parking voor de wagen.

Wij kregen een mindervalide kamer met 'ziekenhuis' badkamer, lavabo heel laag, sproeier van de douche tot op navelhoogte. Een roestig stoeltje en speciale anti-slip bodem in de douche maakte alles vuil en onhygiënisch.

Good choice, but doublecheck what kind of room you are getting.

Very good location, walking distance from the Sagrada, has a lot of public transport spots around

We got a very strange looking room - narrow one in the corner, it was hard to use the space. The doors of the bathroom didn’t close properly, so there was a lack of privacy.

It was excellent except the glitch with the tickets.

the location was fantastic. Most of the main attractions can be covered by walking . There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the public transports are easily accesible.

The only issue is that the hotel staff booked the tickets La Sagrada Familia for us . Unfortunately when we went there we found that someone else has already checked in with the same booking reference. Although they refunded the money but we missed it .\ SO I would advise others to be cautious about that .

Nice room and accommodation and breakfast selection. Pool small but saviour in the heat.

Good location walking distance to most tourist attractions. Breakfast was lovely daily a great selection and good coffee. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Pool was a saviour in the heat. Rooms were comfortable and a good size.

The pool while small was a saviour in the heat but it does need a little bit of upkeep. Some tiles were loose and a few more lounges or seats around the edge would be great as it was very busy and not enough seating.

mediocre and overpriced

1 small double bed instead of the booked 2 single bed. result: we did not sleep! cheap lino floor very damaged, plugs broken or full of glue. not enough plugs in general just the minimum very old safe left in the wardrobe, new safe was then found at floor level in another part of the wardrobe.not suitable for seniors clients. The relationship between price (300 euros per night in average) and product is totally inadequate The hotel gave us parking for free to show their acknowledgement of these mistakes but we do not recommend

Weekend in Barcelona

Rooms were spacious, lovely French doors to open and enjoy the city atmosphere, a 15 minute walk will bring you to Las ramblas, clean hotel throughout, pleasant staff

There was no bar area to relax in the evening, the pool is very small, although the guy on the front desk told us this checking in, it's still a surprisingly small area and minimal lounge chairs

Perfect in every way. From Hotel staff, to local shops and residents, felt very happy and homely.

My husband and I are both vegetarian, so we didn't include breakfast. Overall, staff are excellent, well spoken in English, always helpful if need to know direction to our outings etc. This is our second stay in this hotel. Have already recommended to family and friends. Excellent location.

Everything to our requirement. No complaints, only compliments.
