Beautiful interiors, mystical building, convenient location. Breakfast modest but good. Very nice service!

Our room was very tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet. We had a very enjoyable breakfast with a good selection and great coffee. The B&B is conveniently located very close to the town. Highly recommend staying here.

The location is excellent. Just a quick walk into the town center and the shopping area. No traffic noise despite being in the city centre.

No lifts - had to go up 3 flights of stairs to the room. The host forgot to tell us the access code and when we came back in the evening we could not get in! We tried to ring the house bell several times: no reply. We rang the phone numbers listed on the plaque outside the wall: again not in service! Finally, a very kind neighbour knew the access code and let us in. A very stressful moment after a very pleasant evening spent with family relations!

Stylish accomodation

Breakfast was poor, was offered eggs and was served one fried egg in middle of the plate. Fruit in fruit bowl had seen better days too. We had declined the option of croissants but breakfast was disappointing

We have been on an Italian road trip and Como was our last Italian stop. Parking our car right outside the building in a shared courtyard for a small fee (paid to the B&B) was acceptable and we were impressed by this. So much safer than parking wherever you could find a close enough space around Como. The owner met us at our planned arrival time and showed us into the building. The old building was wonderful and became so much more surprising as soon as you entered. Wow! we weren't expecting anything as beautiful as this. We were introduced to the housekeeper who was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of ideas of where to go, what to do and where to eat. She gave us a street map of the area and wrote down lots of ideas. We were then taken to our room which was a split level room with the bedroom upstairs (as was shown on the website). It was great and very well set out. The bathroom was very good ... working shower and the mirror light above the mirror, so at least you could see what you were doing (which seems to be few and far between we've noticed) The bed was comfortable and had lovely sheets. Next morning, we went down a couple of floors to the breakfast room. There was fruit juice, cereal and milk, kettle for tea etc. The housekeeper had already asked us the afternoon before what we'd like to have for breakfast and she brought it in, along with some lovely coffee. She'd even bought some gluten free 'proper' bread for my other half as he's a coeliac. Unfortunately, he couldn't eat any as he was still full from the night before after finally finding a restaurant that did gluten free pasta. All in all, a very comfortable stay and a wonderful building.

There's nothing we didn't like. All good here.

Great location that is very close to the Como Nord station. The atmosphere of the place is great and it is right in the middle of town, very close to shops, restaurants, and the ferries. The woman who made breakfast is very friendly and kind. In our room there were no windows to see outside but there is light coming from a central skylight which really helped brighten up the room.

It was confusing getting inside. The address leads you to a courtyard. After spinning around for a minute, a couple who spotted us through a window directed us to the correct door to ring for the B&B.

Communication! Lack of. Not being able to check in early or a place to leave luggage.

This is the best B&B we ever encounter, everything are perfect. The owner is very helpful and friendly, room is beautiful and breakfast is very good too.

Wonderful and authentic hotel, good location,next to the train station and city center. Very clean. The owner was very kind and welcoming, gave advices where to go for a dinner or drink. Breakfast was scarce, but fresh and very tasty, cooked separately for every guest. We could leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after check out.

Beds were not very comfortable, also creaks quite loud. So we had to listen for neighbours having sex at night:)) It is quite difficult to find the entrance to the hotel, there should be some signs from the street side.

The room was spacious and well furnished. The parking was very convenient. Good location. The host was very kind in accomodating our late arrival.

When travelling with small babies, it is convenient to have access to a fridge/freezer, which was not present in the room. The host kindly let us use a fridge from the property but unfortunately it wasn't cold enough to store the milk for the baby.

Everything exceeded our expectations. We booked a last minute trip and it was excellent. The staff and owners were welcoming and nice, the room is cozy and spacious, especially the bathroom. It was comfortable to sleep in. We don't have any complaints. Staying here was totally worth it.

The location was great. The property was stunning, the proprietor has made a wonderful job of restoring this old convent. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was good and freshly cooked to order. The room was clean and tastefully decorated.

A wonderful and quaint little B&B in a former convent right next to the historic center with great breakfast and staff that go out of their way to make your stay in Como as enjoyable as possible. Private parking in the courtyard and air conditioning in the rooms are an additional plus.

Just one small caveat for people with mobility issues: The rooms are located on the third floor and are only accessible via an old stone staircase.

As a Hilton Diamond member my expectation is fairly high. That said, the owner and staff couldn't have been more helpful, kind and serving to their guests! The B&B is very tastefully done, the bed is very comfortable, bath is to high American standards, and they are most willing to speak to you in English. Anything within reason you only need to ask, and they will do their best to accommodate you. We felt like we were staying in a friend's lovely home. Your privacy is secure and very good from other guests. We highly recommend this B&B when visiting Como!
