The hotel has very good facilities and perfect room and view.

The staffs I encountered with during my stay had too little sense of offering good service. After we eat the breakfast from the hotel, me and my two friends all got food poisoned sympathy. Because of that we have to cancel the trip scheduled. Even when we pointed out that the food there may have some problems. They are not trying to solve the problem or figure out what went wrong just in case next accident. what I felt was that they didn’t care the client got sick from their food and they have no proper training to deal with this kind of case at all. So at last I accepted that they refund us one breakfast price €16 which we didn’t eat due to the sickness from yesterday!

Very spacious, clean, modern hotel. Rooms well appointed, we had a balcony over looking the gardens. Pool area good, with padded loungers. Breakfast was great, loads of choice.

Bed too soft, I woke up with backache both mornings. We booked a table in the restaurant for 7.30 at the main reception. When we arrived at the restaurant, they did not have our reservation. They gave us a table but told us if we had been half an hour later we could not have eaten!! Dinner was overpriced for small portions, staff poorly trained, menu full of meaningless titles with no explanation of the dishes and the staff did not know what they were. It's a beautiful hotel but the inadequately prepared staff let it down badly.

Very pleasant stay as the accomodations were great and just as described. Breakfast was also great and very diversified. Good staff that corresponded to our needs.

There are some items listed at the menu in the bar that aren't available so this should be updated. The system o call he employees at the bar doesn't work so this should also be improved.

I think it's misleading to call it Hotel Golf as you have to travel to the golf which is NOT part of the hotel. You have a sign in the hotel saying pool and spa but there is no spa on site. I had to call room service 7 times to place an order on Saturday evening - the lady i spoke to in the restaurant didnt know how to do it and kept telling me someone would call back but they didn't. The maids knocked on my door between 9.00 and 9.30 on Saturday morning asking to clean it. That time is unacceptable. My shower was terrible. I either had boiling water or cold water. It would manage to mix for a few seconds but then go to the extreme temperature again - i nearly burned myself.
