We are your hosts, Rosanna and Ref. We love South Padre Island and are happy to share our two vacation condos with you! We call our rentals “Texas Vistas Vacation Rentals” (or TexasVistasVR). Families will feel right at home as there are many extra amenities provided to make your stay as carefree and comfortable as possible. No upstairs neighbors, unit is on the second floor accessed through a stairway (no elevator). See more pictures on Instagram @TexasVistas_SouthPadre. The unit is located in a private and quiet beachfront complex with 2 inviting courtyard pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, on-site management, and gated entry to the complex. There are BEAUTIFUL beach views from the living room and balcony. Our condo is a relaxing getaway for families and couples alike. BUNK ROOM Enjoy this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with an additional, and extremely fun, little bunkbed room that adds extra sleeping space for 2 children. The bunks are RV bunk size and suitable for up to age 9-10 years (approximately 4 feet tall). It is attached to the main bedroom but there is a door you can close for extra privacy. Our children LOVE the bunks and we think yours will too! FAMILY FRIENDLY Unit 212 is family friendly with full size washer and dryer, booster chair, pack-n-play, desk top fans for white noise, kids dishes (above the sink), and games. We have kids too so we know what it's like to travel with little ones!!! One desk in each bedroom for your laptop or computer. Great WiFi! Get a change of scenery and work on the patio—we have a small foldable patio table in the condo for use on the patio. OFF SEASON LONG TERM RENTERS WELCOME October through February are lovely months at South Padre Island! It is very quiet and you feel like you have the whole beach to yourself!!! My family and I were very happy with our stay at the condo in South Padre Island. The condo was as shown in the pictures, very clean, stocked with everything we would need. Easy check-in. Features 2 pools, one was heated which was perfect for the winter temperature. Easy access to the beach. I would definitely come again!

Property was just as described and depicted. House was well appointed with all we needed to prepare our own meals. Coffee in the morning and wine in the evening from the balcony while watching the ocean was divine. Hostess was very responsive and accommodating. Beach access perfect and nearly empty in October despite the beautiful weather!

Good for two couples with two bedrooms with comfortable king beds and two full bathrooms. Bunk room attached to one bedroom is a nice touch if someone has young kids. Kitchen is well equiped. Living/dining space smaller than appears in photos but we had enough room for four adults. Property was quiet and beach area outside condo was wide and not crowded. We also had the pool to ourselves. Owner-supplied beach chairs, towels, umbrella, shade canopy gave us everything we needed for beach time. The owner communicated frequently and provided needed info for getting into condo and was available to answer questions.

Fantastic host with a clean and organized property. The home is very well equipped and stocked. Great pools and amenities. Best of all is the private beach access and being on the southern side of the island. It’s not nearly as crowded.

First of all, I have to say that of all the places we’ve stayed, Rosanna is hands down the kindest, most considerate host! You can truly tell that she wants you to enjoy your time in her condo. The condo itself is just as advertised! SO close to the beach and the pool. Rosanna has provided beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, sunscreen, aloe, cooler packs, and so much more!! She has everything you’d need in the kitchen if you choose to cook. The parking is convenient. The pool was never overcrowded. The bunk beds were perfect for my younger 2 children. Our last evening we enjoyed dinner from the restaurant next door on the beach, looked for crabs with a flash light, and watched the fireworks. An afternoon/evening my children will never forget and I highly recommend! We wanted to stay another week! :)

Very nice property. Six year old loved the bunk bed. Hit of the week. Easy access to pool. Water park next door was also a hit with 6 year old and parents. Very relaxing and clean. Only down side was seating. Table was to small for more than 5. Love seat was too small to stretch out on. Very well supplied with dishes, sliver wear and beach toys. balcony is a side view of beach and looks into condos across the way. Walk-up only, to elevator so hard to access if you have renters with stair issues. All and all we really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend for small family with 1-2 kids

This was our 3rd stay at the Condo property(1st in this particular unit) and we loved the beach access, quietness, cleanliness, access to the property as soon as you arrive on the island, amenities provided by this condo host for everyone from kids to adults. Will stay again!

We loved that this condo was at the end of the island. Not crowded at all while we were there and got to enjoy perfect weather! Our family had the pool/hot tub to ourselves many times. We loved that there were games in the condo, boogie boards, tennis rackets, sand toys, etc. The only thing is I’ve become very used to seeing the kitchen a bit more stocked in other places we’ve stayed in. There were no condiments in the fridge, no blender for making smoothies, I couldn’t find a pair of scissors. Little things like that. But overall, we were very happy with our stay!

This property was beautiful and met all of our needs. The host provided everything you could want for a beach vacation including beach toys, towels, sunscreen, etc. You can see the pool from one room and the ocean from the other. I loved drinking my tea on the balcony overlooking the ocean each evening. We had a rainy day during our stay and enjoyed staying in and watching movies never to the fireplace. We would absolutely stay again.

The condo was very nice and the view from the balcony was lovely. The beach was so nice and clean. The location of the complex was convenient to all the activities we wanted to pursue. The restaurants in town were great. It was such a lovely trip! The birding center was definitely worth a visit! And, did I say the condo was great! The owner was very helpful. I hope to go back again later this year.

Overall the property was great. The beds were amazing. Loved the foam pads on spring mattress. My only complaint was that my 10 year old granddaughter was not able to sleep on the top bunk bed because there were tiny ants coming in. She decided to sleep on the floor which is why we used a few blankets to make the floor surface a bit soft. Other than that we loved the place!

The location is perfect, the balcony has a beautiful view of the beach and easy access to walk to the beach. The condo felt very welcoming, every detail put together with the guest in mind. We had everything we needed to go the beach! When ever we come back we to visit SPI we know we will be staying at this here.

This was our 2nd time staying at Rosannas beautiful condo! We didn't even think twice when we booked our trip! Everything you need is right there! She has thought of everything. We love how quiet the beach is at that end of the island. It's a short and easy 2 minutes from the door to feet in the sand! Wish we could have stayed longer! Until next time!

Our condo was very clean and the owner provided so many beach accessories- boogie boards, beach toys, mats, towels, and umbrellas! So helpful to not have to pack all those!! This is hands down the best beach rental condo our family has experienced. The location to the beach can’t be beat. The kids are already asking when we can return! The view from the balcony is amazing and the beds were so comfortable. The owner was kind enough to include lots of items in the pantry that one might need such as coffee, tea and and variety of baking ingredients and spices. We will definitely return soon!
