This was our second time staying here and both times our stay was great: home was clean, kitchen well stocked, bed and bedding both comfortable. There was an issue with the fireplace, but management was responsive and timely. Overall, great home close to Rocky Mountain National Park.

We loved our stay at Rivers Edge...everything we needed for our family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed for lots of cooking and eating in, and the large dining table was a plus. We had a hard time keeping the downstairs warm enough, but the ample supply of blankets and the fireplace made it right. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your space!

Had a great visit to Estes Park. Really enjoyed the home, plenty of room, very clean, good quality furnishings and very close to the river! Left the bedroom window open enough to hear the sound of the rolling river during the night... can't get that at home in Indiana! Bonus was having a 1,200 pound elk sitting on the neighbors doorstep when we returned from dinner. Have never been that close to an elk before, very nice!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Sound of the river right off the front porch was magical. One small recommendation would be to provide a crockpot….we made chili one day and could’ve used one. But everything else was provided!!! Definitely recommend!!!!❤️

We have stayed in VRBO properties around the country and the world, and this was one of the nicest places we've ever been to.
The house is one of a series of similar homes along the Big Thompson River on the outskirts of Estes Park. But it was the nicest one of all the homes. It had a perfect wrap around porch overlooking the river downstairs and was the only home with another nice deck off the master bedroom upstairs.
The home was furnished beautifully. The beds were extra comfy. The living room looked out on the river. But
the highlight was the kitchen. It was the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO home we've ever encountered. Not only was there every dish and pot and pan and utensil and appliance you would ever need, but there also was a great selection of spices, condiments, etc. normally not found in rental homes.
It was just a joy to sit on the front porch, read a good book, listen to the rushing river, see all the birds, and watch people fly fishing along the river.

The house was clean and well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook everyday! Loved the added downstairs bedroom since I was traveling with an elderly parent and stairs are difficult. She enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching and listening to the water as she grew up in the area. Would have been better if there was a downstairs bathroom so those downstairs did not have to use the upstairs showers. We knew this was the setup when booking, and the downstairs bedroom and riverside seating was why we chose it even though getting my mother up and down the stairs everyday was a challenge. We like the nearby access to the ymca also. Make sure you book your entrance tickets to rmnp on the first of the month before you travel as getting the desired tickets and times at 5pm the night before is your only other option and are often gone by 5:01pm!!

This was our first visit to Estes Park, and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect home to stay in. The location was excellent, it was super peaceful with the creek behind the house, and the accommodations were so comfortable for our family. My only complaint is the house is listed as 3 bathrooms. It is actually only 2 1/2. There is a downstairs bedroom with 2 beds and those guests had to use an upstairs shower. Overall not a huge issue because of our dynamic, however it might be if you were traveling with 3 couples who might expect the privacy of their own bathroom.

We were very pleased with the property! The property was well stocked (starter coffee, laundry/dishwasher detergent, some condiments, etc). The property was really nice, and having the river at the back door was lovely. Our family loved hanging out on the back porch and dipping our feet in the river. We also spent a few days at Rocky Mtn Ntl Park, and this location made it super easy to get into the park early.

Darling house. Very clean and had a well stocked kitchen (dishes, pots and pans, etc). Would have liked a stool for upstairs bed. We were only two couples so I slept downstairs because I could not get up into the bed in upstairs guest room. Firewood was green and would not burn. This was our second stay and would come back again. Loved the rockers on the porch!

Everything we could think of was there even table games and cards. Normally I’ve stayed in other locations where they show pictures of one thing and when you get there you get disappointed, however this was not the case. Great cabin and my family enjoyed every single day.

Our family made a quick stop in Estes and enjoyed it to its fullest. Took a tour of the RMNP and enjoyed the Holiday parade. The house itself was perfect. The street to the neighborhood turning off 66 doesn’t have a sign so be on the lookout for Blue Spruce Village (I believe). The house is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. The view of the river is spectacular and calming. Would definitely book here again upon our return.

This house was absolutely beautiful and the river view outside the back porch was gorgeous! The house was clean and inviting. Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked with every utensil and appliance. One bedroom had double beds and it was perfect for the kids! We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I rented this house for a quick get away. The house is wonderful, beds and linens very comfortable (which is unfortunately rare in most rentals), and the kitchen was well equipped. Having the Big Thompson River in the backyard was why we chose this property over others in Estes Park and it did not disappoint. If we travel to Estes Park again in the future, we will definitely be staying at this house again.

Amazing rental. Had everything needed to make our family feel at home. The location is so serene and peaceful yet close to everything. After spending time in the park you can sit on the porch and relax. I have rented from VRBO many times and this was by far the smoothest and most convenient.

Very clean! We appreciated that very much. The only negative was that a main road is just beyond the river, so you could hear it. Other than that, wonderful place to stay.

We came to hike the mountains, see the elk, kick back with drinks, pizza and the serenity of the river that runs within steps of the back deck. Loved the space, the cleanliness, ease of access to Estes and mountain trail heads.

The property was as expected based on the information provided. Lovely quiet place to spend time in the mountains with wonderful access to the Big Thompson river. The only issue we encountered was quickly corrected and we had a wonderful stay.

This is a very nice, well kept home with all that you might need. Plenty of room for a group of 6 or 7. All of the beds and pillows were so comfortable! You can’t beat the beautiful views of the river. Kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms had plenty of soft towels. Highly recommended staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location
The house is located in a great location. Close to RMNP entrance and short drive to downtown Estes Park. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch and listening to the river.
The house is clean and the beds are very comfortable.
The check in process was not smooth and was very frustrating. I was given a code that did not work. I tried calling PMI and received a call back 2 hours later. I sent an email through Vrbo that I could not get into the house. Received a response 30 minutes later. To get into the house we used the ring doorbell and the owner was able to open the door remotely. Couldn’t leave the house until a new code was sent.
I would also recommend that the sheets be replaced. There were stains on the sheets on 2 of the beds.

Literally 10 feet from Big Thompson River. Spacious house, well stocked for meals, exceptionally clean. Speed bumps and potholes are a bit of a challenge though.

Great location had elk in yard every morning just feet from fishing Big Thompson and caught several trout. Clean house well stocked good beds I will be back

Beautiful property on the bank of river. You can spend your whole vacation sitting in back of the property sipping a coffee and reading book.

The property is better than we expected. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. The back porch on the river was amazing, there is also a deck off the Master bedroom. I am big into nice bedding and comfortable beds, they exceeded my expectations. The place has a fully stocked kitchen, the only thing they didn’t have was a champagne stopper, the one we brought from home broke..
I would highly recommend this place and for sure would stay there again.
