The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries. Things to Know No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas. Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Pack n plays and highchairs available for guest use upon request The property does not accept or participate in sports team events and/or discounts Loud construction noise may be heard between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. through November 1st. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 5. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Overall, nice place to stay for the week Airy and light other than the small bedroom which is lacking an overhead light. The pullout couch beds are ok but wooden frames are starting to poke through bed cushioning. Kitchen is good, bathrooms are good, and the parking was easy. Washer and dryer a big plus.

This newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo had everything we needed for a quick family getaway. It was located right at the base of the mountain and close to fun activities for all….yet was a quiet location in the evening.

Very nice property and would be great during ski season. This was advertised as air conditioned, which I thought meant the entire unit, and booked it anticipating the heat wave. Only the master bedroom has an air conditioner. I slept in the 2nd bedroom and coming from the eastern time zone was ready for bed at 9 AM. There was a lot of noise from revelers on the plaza which the 2nd bedroom overlooks. Even with the window closed the noise kept me awake.

After one night of a 3 day stay we changed rooms. The refrigerator was malfunctioning. We lost some medications & food. However the management was VERY resposive and gave a choice of two better rooms.

The unit is perfect for a ski getaway. It is well appointed and the location was perfect. Close to both the chair lifts and restaurants.

Our unit was clean and exactly as described online. The location was fantastic. Able to ski in and out and walk to restaurants. The shuttle service they had is very accommodating and will take you wherever you want to go. Mostly only a 10 to 15 minute wait for the shuttle. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was well appointed except that the sofa wasn’t very comfortable. The “recline” seats only went to mid-calf and we’re unusuable. Also the lighting in the bathrooms was poor. The beds however were good and the place was very airy!

We loved staying in this condo! The restaurants in the courtyard are amazing and you can't beat the views of the mountain. The pool and hot tubs are great stay open late into the evening. I would recommend Torian Plum to anyone traveling to Steamboat Springs. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Ask them for recommendations and you won't be steered wrong!

Pretty sure the property was just remodelled. Very nice, clean and new. Master Bed was super comfortable. The view overlooked the slopes, and it was approximately 20 steps from the building to the slopes. Been all over Colorado, and this was one of the best condo experiences that I have had.

If you are looking for a lovely vacation condo that's perfectly located at the base, look no further! Book this property now! Torian Plum, apartment #504 was our first experience at Steamboat and it was perfect for our family of 6. The location was exceptional, as were the appointments, furnishings, and decor. The condo was comfortable, clean, and classy. Our family enjoyed spending time on the balcony/deck overlooking the preview slope and base. The ski in/out feature was truly that and so easy to access the lesson area. The ski locker was very convenient, the kitchen was well stocked and roomy, and the mattresses were marvelous. Lastly, our interaction with Janeth was easy and professional. We highly recommend this lovely location!

This unit is nicely furnished, has a great view of the slopes and provides easy access to the ski hill and nearby bar/restaurants. Management was very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!
