Great location near ski lockers, jacuzzis and ski slope. Only complaint was tiny balcony. We would rent this unit again. Six of us were comfortable in this unit.

Located close to everything. We will definitely rent this unit again.

The location of this unit can't be beat for skiing. It's right down the hall from the ski locker storage and very close to the door to get outside by pool/hot tub and right behind slope slide grill. It is not a true ski in/ski out as you have to walk from building to snow but it's not far. The unit was clean and the bathrooms are updated but definitely could use some improvements. The furniture is very outdated and the living space is tight for sleeping 6 people.
My sister stayed in the queen room and said there was a ton of road noise and noise from the grooming equipment all night. The road is right by the bedroom window and it made it very difficult to sleep. The room with 2 twin beds is very tiny with no storage for unpacking suitcases. My kids had to leave their suitcases open in the living room because there is barely space to walk much less unpack for a week long trip. This bedroom room would be better served with a bunk bed and a dresser. The King bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat and smelled of sweat/urine. I would bring my own pillow if possible.
We would consider staying here again for the location, but it would be amazing if a few upgrades could be made to make it more comfortable.

Overall this was a nice place to stay for our family of 5. The floor plan was excellent, but the rooms were a bit small. The location is perfect with super easy access to the pool and ski lifts. The front desk was less than helpful with little things—we had a broken coffee maker and dehumidifier which they were not able to address. The pillows were terrible and need to be replaced. But overall we enjoyed this unit and would recommend it.

Spacious and clean property with great location and beautiful updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. This unit is close to the lockers and pool/ hot tub which was great! The ski slopes are a 2 min walk away along a paved pathway. Would highly recommend!
Only downside was that parking is a bit of a walk and the elevators were not working on our last day.

Great location, beautiful property!
The location of this property is amazing for anyone looking to sku, hang out in gondola square, explore restaurants and so much more. The customer service was great and they were very accommodating for our family, including my 9-month old. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Steamboat.

Perfect condo
We usually stay at our family's home when visiting Steamboat, but they already had company booked this year so we rented Condo #112 at Torian Plum for 8 days. We were a bit concerned about not having AC, but since it cools down so much in the evenings, we slept with the windows open with no issues (At home we sleep at 68 degrees as a reference point. We do sleep with a sound machine which was good bc there is a little service road outside that delivery trucks use and people walk by in the mornings with some noise. We also loved the sound of the babbling brook right outside the window. Not only does this location give you great access to the mountain and some great restaurants, the condo itself is in an ideal location on the 1st floor. It was soooo convenient as the fitness center was simply down the hall and there was an extra guest lounge right across the hallway that basically gave us an extra living room. We were also just steps away from the storage lockers on one end and the trash room on the other so it wasn't a 10 minute trek to take the trash out. Also, the pool and hot tubs were right out the door at the end of the hallway. Our family of 5 fit easily into the 3 bedrooms. It was nice to have the 3rd bath as well. All of the bathrooms are updated with very nice showers and vanities. We cooked dinner one night and had all that we needed in the updated kitchen. If I had to find one complaint (and please realize I have to look hard), it would be the washer/dryer situation. It is located in the kitchen. Since it is a front loader the door of the washer needs to be left open (I easily cleaned out some mold in the front fold upon arrival), but that means a door is always open in the middle of the kitchen. The steam-based dryer usually took a couple of rounds to dry clothes, but I could have been using it wrong as I have never used one before. The king bed was very comfy with a memory foam mattress and the kids all said their beds were cozy too. We loved that there were fans provided for all of the rooms and humidifiers too! We highly recommend Torian Plum, and especially recommend 112 Creekside!
