Cute and good location for this 2 bedroom condo. Each bedroom has full bathroom and there is half bathroom downstairs. kitchen is good size and whole property functioned well for 4 adults. condo association hot tub was very nice. only con was the downstairs room is not as bright as pictured, lamps were all a bit dim, and supplied soap was not quite enough for our 8 day stay. when we asked the management company if we could get more they said the condo is supplied for 3 day stay.

Very quiet condo community with pool and hot tub. Just a few minutes to grocers (Safeway, Whole Foods), Starbucks and restaurants. About 5 min. to "Uptown Sedona" shopping & tourist district. A little over 2 hours to South Rim of Grand Canyon. Property was very clean and everything in working order. The property management was excellent from start to finish, giving us all the information we needed to access, use, and leave the property - all done via text and email. We will definitely be back next year and hope this will be available!

Great location...CLEAN...we'll stocked. Enjoyed the private patio. We would stay again. (A larger coffee pot with filters would make this a perfect place to stay). Sedona is beautiful.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. It was a quiet neighborhood and close to many hikes. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t working during our stay. The condo was clean and worked well as our home while hiking in Sedona.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great and close to everything. The place is spacious and quiet. The only two issues are: (1) downstairs gets really cold as only one heat went is working- in the bathroom; (2) the sofa bed is terrible and you can feel every metal spring and bar - needs some padding.

The first floor has a half bath, kitchen, dinning room table and a couch and one chair and small 40 inch TV (unit is low to the floor). This is the only TV in the house as the owner pulled the TV unit in the master bedroom. The pictures on the website advertise a second TV in the master bedroom. The is none so the pictures on the site are inaccurate and dated. There are two fireplaces in the living room. One is an old gas fireplace that requires a sparkler to light it. The other fireplace is electric. The upstairs has two bedrooms each with a small shower, dresser and closet. There is also a laundry closet upstairs. We had issues with the property. There was a leak in the upstairs bathroom so we had to delay our vacation until somebody came and fixed it. The dishwasher does NOT work. The shower head and pipe broke in the 2nd upstairs bathroom. There was definitely clutter in the spare bedroom closet. The dishes in the kitchen seemed dirty. In summary, this was our 3rd VrBo on this trip. This unit wasn’t as nice as the other units.

Great location right in central Sedona close to everything. Beds were ok, really nice to have ensuite bathrooms with each bedroom. Pool and hottub area is lovely, but the pool is not heated. Way too cold to use it this time of year which was a bummer. The place always seems very cold, bring slippers. You can turn up the heat upstairs but it just heats the bedroom it seems.

This property is located conveniently to explore Sedona and the most popular hiking trails.
This place is mostly original with no obvious upgrades. We stayed around Christmas time, and the place was very cold downstairs due to heater only working upstairs and in the downstairs half bath.
The owners and the property management company are aware of this issue from pre-existing property reviews, yet they still don't have a problem to call this place warm and cozy.
Living room is not able to accommodate more than three people at once or four people at the table.
Everything else was as described.
The property management company was very responsive until I asked them about the heating issue downstairs, and they ghosted me after that.

Would have been cheaper, nicer in a hotel. Service and cleaning fees exorbitant.Large complex without map to the pool, hottub.Called listed help number to get wifi info and this person was irritated, rude.(the home's info notebook had incorrect password). We will never return.

Very nice neighborhood. Architecture fitting for area. Townhouse style home. Bedrooms upstairs. Clean. Easy check-in. Beautiful view of Mountains front of townhome. Cozy. Pictures don’t do the townhome justice. Comfy beds.

The toilet in the back bedroom regularly runs and is annoying when sleeping in that bedroom.

The downstairs didn’t have any heat vents. It was colder than expecting so the heating on the main floor was hit or miss. We also notified the PM that all of the cooking sprays and oils were several years outdated. The listing says it sleeps 6 but there is only seating for 3

Though the house design and decoration were a bit too much in our opinion, the place was all we needed for a week's stay.
The bedrooms are nice, the living room area was cozy and had enough room for all of us, the kitchen is well equipped and there is a nice outdoor area that we didn't use because it was too cold.
There is a pool and hot tub in the community center which we used and enjoyed a lot!
The internet connection was good for all of us to work remotely and have video calls.
We would be happy to come again! The booking experience was quick and easy :)

The Nepenthe location was close to town in a very quiet complex. Our unit was clean and well stocked. The only things that I would change is less decor on the walls and in the kitchen. Also it would be nice to have space for groceries. The sofa bed shouldn’t be considered as a good place to sleep. I ask for information on another property and was told to look it up on the website. After that I didn’t want to use Foothills but it turned out the property that I chose was under Foothills management. The rental went fine but the email was straight forward with sign and return in 5 days or be canceled.
