This place fit our family of four. It is in a quiet area and our daughters enjoyed the pool. Owner was very attentive with texts/email responses.

The rental managment company did an outstanding job of communicating and making sure everything was in order for our stay.

The check in process was very confusing for first time visitors to Steamboat! Luckily, we picked up a few maps of the town at the airport in Hayden, it was our saving grace! The property manager, once we found her direct line in our email confirmation, was amazing and very helpful! Overall, the property was in a great location, was warm and inviting, and had exactly what we needed for a family ski trip! The purple line with the local buses, picks up right outside this particular condo every 20 minutes. From the bus you can get to the ski slopes, grocery store, and fast food. You can also trade buses at some stops, and explore downtown steamboat! A walking trail directly to the slopes and center ski village, make it the perfect location. Winter storms kept us from using any of the facilities on the property, and there was only 1 television in this particular cabin. The living room is small, and only has 2 chairs, so lounging space is tight. We were staying with teenagers who were exhausted from skiing, so none of those things mattered during our stay, but could be to some. Things you need to know to make this cabin the perfect getaway spot for your Steamboat stay! Keep the address to the property and the booking agents phone number close at hand. Grab a map of the town and local bus routes, if you don’t have your own transportation. The property had a private shuttle that ran after the local buses shut down for the day, write that number down as well. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, but you have to know who to call.
