Mountain Memories is the perfect place to start making your own "mountain memories". Built in 2018, this gorgeous and private four bedroom home offers ridge line views and frequent visits by wildlife. Guests will enjoy two levels on a spacious lot with an expansive deck to take in the views. It is conveniently located to be within walking distance of downtown Estes Park and only 10 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The inside space boasts a great room that is perfect for large groups complete with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, firestick tv and custom stone gas fireplace. Enjoy an upgraded kitchen with stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances, induction range, custom cabinets and breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking ingredients, spices, condiments, paper goods, trash bags and soap. Dine in style around our beautiful, counter height table that seats eight comfortably. Toddler seat provided for your little one. Take in the mountain air on the back deck where you will find a cozy conversation area, gas fire pit and gas BBQ. Our patio table seats eight making it a perfect place for your evening dinner or morning coffee. Retire for the evening in the main level king bedroom suite with private bathroom and steam shower. Also offered on the main level is a queen bedroom with access to full bath. Sorry no AC- most homes in Estes don’t have AC. We cool the house with a whole house fan pulling cool, mountain air from outside to the inside. Additional bedrooms are cozily tucked into the lower level with one offering twin beds. The other lower level bedroom is a king bedroom providing ample sleeping room. You will be sure to have a peaceful night's sleep with the soft bedding and comfortable beds. The lower level also offers a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Many guests have enjoyed the lower level family/tv room as a dedicated workspace or as just another great place to lounge, play games or watch your favorite movie. I've stayed in numerous vacation homes in Estes Park and this has to be my favorite. The home was perfect for our New Year's Eve family vacation of 6 adults and 2 kids. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The views were amazing, we got to see a ton of wildlife from the back deck. The kitchen was also perfect for cooking. We'd love to stay at this home again!

The layout was great for everyone and easy to find. Nice open space upstairs and down for people to spread. Kitchen was a great size for a few to be able to prep and cook in

Ten mule deer sleeping in the yard for most of a day certainly added enjoyment to our stay. The place reached and exceeded our expectations.

We stayed at this beautiful home for a short family get together. This home is conveniently located near Estes Park. Well stocked Kitchen. Comfy beds! Clear communication. We loved our stay!

What a beautifully decorated, cozy home! We ysed the whole downstairs area that as a guest house for my son, his pregnant wife and their 2 kids (2 and 4). The kitchen table fit all of us comfortably around it for mealtimes. The kitchen had everything we could have needed for cooking and more! Even some condiments and spices that I needed for recipes! There was a usable pantry with open space to keep items off counters. We were surprised to find a booster seat which really came in handy. The garage contained a few game items to entertain adults - foosball and a dart board. But, the best thing was discovering toddler sized kid bikes in the garage that my granddaughters could ride and the hidden “fort” underneath the basement stairs where the kids could play with toys and pretend to hide. The bedrooms were all roomy and each one had a KING bed. My 80 year old mother was also with us and she loved her room next to the master bath on the first floor. The grill was a convenient option for cooking dinner. The washing machine and dryer were also put to good use. My son & DIL appreciated the bathroom shower and tub in the basement for bathing their daughters. I know my mom appreciated not having to share her tub with the little girls. We had an issue with the gas fire pit not working and someone came over immediately to fix it for us. We had a babysitter come over for the rehearsal dinner and they remarked about how beautiful the home was. They also said that they wanted to rent it!

This home was the most beautiful any of us have stayed in. The entire house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed; kitchen, bathrooms, blankets, etc. All the comforts of home. Every detail was so well thought out. We loved the deck with the seating area around the fire pit, the large table and chairs for outdoor dining, the clean outdoor grill, and the wonderful, view. Such a peaceful place to just sit and enjoy the beautiful view. The location was great - walkable and easy access to town. We would like to add that Leah was incredibly communicative and helpful. We were especially grateful for the heads up about the timed entry system for RMNP, which I experienced during covid but wouldn't have thought the system was still in place! We were also happy to meet Mike, our host, and thankful for his assistance. We are so happy we found your amazing home. We have talked about a Colorado trip for years and we lifelong friends (including 2 sets of sisters) had a wonderful, memorable time!

My family enjoyed our stay in this house tremendously. It is absolutely beautiful, nestled in a lovely community which feels very private and in the middle of the forest. The house is spotless - very beautifully taken care of and with many thoughtful ammenties. Our host Leah was easy to reach, extremely responsive on every question and loaded with wonderful suggestions about activities and places to eat. We really appreciated all of the advice and resources. The layout of the house with bedrooms on the top and bottoms floors makes a great layout for a multi family getaway. We wish we had had more family members with us to enjoy this terrific spot. The location is really convenient and there is so much room to spread out. We did not have enough time to take full advantage of this gem and we will definitely look for opportunities to come back. We enthusiastically recommend this home for anyone looking for a totally relaxing and comfortable retreat. And Rocky Mountain National Park is a fantastic place to visit many times so we will be sure to come back for a longer visit.

This place is absolutely GORGEOUS!! My girlfriends and I loved our stay here. She seriously thought of everything you could possibly need and then some. We saw TONS of elk mama’s with their little babies, the weather was perfect so we sat at the deck and enjoyed the sunset, the movie room was so cozy, and they had the most comfortable beds. 10/10 recommends staying here!

We rented this house for a family visit and it was perfect for our needs. We could walk downtown (no hassle with parking and traffic) and we could take back roads to the park to avoid some roads near downtown closed for construction. The grocery store is just minutes away. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and equipped well, and the host was very quick to answer any questions we had. Beds were comfortable, and we had wildlife outside on some days to add to our enjoyment. Highly recommend.

We booked this home because our daughter was graduating from college in Fort Collins and I'm so grateful we did! The home was exactly what we expected and more! When we arrived, there were 12 deer standing in the driveway. Elk in the backyard. The views were breathtaking and the home was huge and so comfortable!! I couldn't have had a better host either. Leah was a text away with any questions and was so accommodating to every wish. It make a great trip, PERFECT!!! We would definitely stay here again. The drives in and out of Estes were spectacular even in bad weather. I give it an A++!!

This cottage is so beautiful. It is well designed/built and had everything you could possibly need during a stay. The manager was very attentive and accommodating in every way. I will definitely stay here again. Such a fun and relaxing long weekend.

Very nice property the home/living space fit our family perfectly. Well supplied with paper good, trash bags and everyday condements. All beds and furnishings new or near new (we slept great). Very quiet area yet near everything you need.

this is by far the absolutely nicest place we’ve ever stayed. It was fully stocked with everything! No need to buy hand soap or toilet paper! It was super clean and a newer build. The location was amazing and the view for morning coffees was spectacular. We will definitely be back!

What a fabulous house! Beautifully decorated and well taken care of. Spacious for a family of 6 adults and an infant. Minutes from RMNP and Estes Park. Elk visited us on our last day which was a nice treat. Leah was a fabulous host. We definitely would love to come back again!

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mountain memories! The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The view from the back deck is lovely and relaxing. We saw wildlife right from the deck several times. Downtown Estes Park and RMNP were both only minutes away. It was the perfect home base for our adventures in the park and for relaxing in between. Leah was helpful before and during our stay, giving us many recommendations for meals and activities. We would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful home in a phenomenal setting! Large, very well stocked kitchen was wonderful for preparing meals. Bedrooms were lovely and the layout of the home was so terrific. Family room upstairs as well as in the walk out basement allowed plenty of space and privacy for our group. Steam shower in the upstairs master was fantastic - what a great surprise!

Their area included a living room with enough seating for all of us to play games on the big screen TV. The main floor was perfect w the 2 bedrooms- including a king in our master room and a queen bed for my son. The main living w a fireplace and tv, dining and kitchen on the main floor with access to the back large patio as well as the front entrance, laundry room and garage also was spacious and perfectly decorated. We ate on the patio everyday, cooked our trout on the grill and enjoyed the seating around the gas fire pit every morning and night.
A highlight was a elk visitors everyday- it was thrilling. The house has big back yard area so you’re not crammed in and can enjoy privacy and the beauty of nature.
It was just perfect and the hosts are amazing and provided excellent communication. We all enjoyed the food all table everyday among w the cornhole boards.
The location of the cabin to Main Street is SO convenient and we loved how close we were yet how removed we also were to enjoy the peacefulness.

Aptly Named "Mountain Memories"
Mountain Memories is the perfect name for this house. Our family has been coming to Estes Park since 1972, so we already have countless memories, but this house added so many more. It was spacious, yet comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms and actual beds for the 7 of us was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor space was lovely, and the perfect spot for coffee in the morning, and wine in the evening. Even though we weren't traveling with small children, the house was generously stocked with toys and games. Leah was so easy to communicate with, and always responsive to our questions. We all mentioned several times that we would love to rent the house again for our next visit, hopefully in 2024.

Wonderful Stay
The home was everything we had hoped for and more. The home and location are gorgeous. Every last detail was covered including things I would not have imagined making our stay so easy and enjoyable. We had hoped very much for wildlife and were not disappointed. There were many deer but the highlight was a herd of elk walking right by the house and hanging out right behind the deck while we breathlessly and quietly watched taking photos and videos. Leah, our VRBO host, could not have been more communicative and responsive. She answered every question, many before I ever asked. She is nothing short of amazing! We will definitely go back! Thank you Leah!

This was a wonderful property and wonderful week in Estes Park. The house was very clean and had everything we might need! Leah was wonderful to work with from booking through our stay. We loved all of the wildlife around the house, and the location is perfect for exploring town and getting to RMNP. We will definitely be returning!
