The location is very central, you have quick access to everything.
The staff, not everyone but some. I stood waiting to be served, but s/he carried on chatting like I don’t exist. When leaving the hotel, one guy who works there ( could be the manager) didn’t even acknowledged us or ask if we had a lovely time.

Breakfast was good. The room was nice
The cafe machine was always 1/2 on and then 1/2 off. Needed to be cleaned and watched. The older woman cook was not good she made everything with lost of grease on the eggs. My room had some damaged walls and dirty. The scale in the bathroom did not work. The 2 soap dispensers did not work. They could take lessons from the other Ritual Hotel. The gym was never open at 8am. Always late.
