About this condo rental
Located in Bend, this attractive condo for £55 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome to "Deschutes and Scores," a corner unit condominium that sleeps two with two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Because of its location, the owners have recently installed additional windows on the south wall, opening up the room and improving that incredible view. Book this unit and score one of the best views of the Deschutes River. This unit sleeps up to 4 vacationers at a time! The riverfront portion of the unit includes a queen sleeper sofa, a kitchen, dining area and a bathroom. The kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, apartment-sized oven and stove top. Dishes and cookware are included. One thing people love about this vacation space is that it has two bathrooms. There is a separate bedroom with another bathroom. This condo is also pet friendly, so bring up to two pets! There is a one time pet fee of $50/per pet + tax! The Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums line the Deschutes River and are directly adjacent to Pioneer Park. You have plenty of room to stretch your legs on our grassy patio or in the park next door. Take the riverside trail north or south for a refreshing taste of the outdoors. The proximity to downtown Bend cannot be understated. You can walk to numerous restaurants, pubs and downtown boutiques in under ten minutes. Our property does include an indoor heated pool and hot tub which are open daily so don't forget to pack those swimsuits! Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in room)

The layout of this unit is a bit different. There are two full bathrooms but only one bedroom. The second bed is the pull out couch in the main living area. Having the river view was delightful and we had the pool to ourselves the one night we visited, although the hot tub was not working. It was nice that downtown Bend was within walking distance. No response to my email prior to our stay regarding check in, but we had what we needed when the time came so it all worked out.

This condo is in a nice location with very nice river views. It is located on a nice walkway as well. The overall cleanliness was not good. The comforter had holes in it and the sheets had stains. The condo operates on locks that are on the doors that have a code associated with them. After attending a concert we were locked out of our unit and there is no onsite management that can help. We called the 24 hour number on the door and when we finally got a callback their was nothing they could do, they were located 2 hours away at the coast at the time. We had our dog inside the condo so needless to say we were quite panicked. We finally ended up getting in after getting some tools at the local Walmart to aid us. I would say their are nicer places to stay in Bend for similar pricing. The view is very nice though.

The condo was a perfect spot to experience the beautiful city of Bend. The condo had everything we needed and the location along the downtown rapids provided nature's own water feature. From the condo we walked into town along the river. Overall a top notch experience.

We had an enjoyable stay at this well-located property. Building is older and people upstairs made a lot of noise walking around! Bare bones kitchen items but for two of us who were gone a lot, it was fine. Lovely view of river and close to river trails.

The condo is located in a descent area near downtown Bend so it’s great if you want walking access to shops and restaurants. The pull out sofa is not at all comfortable, this really only sleeps well for two. The condo was clean and there’s a good amount of space. Neighbors upstairs are easily heard walking around, even into late night hours. The pool could use some updating and the hot tub was out of service when we visited.

Great property, great condo, great location! Even though it is an older complex, it was very quiet. Being able to look out the window and see the river flowing by was just wonderful. Everything I needed was there, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Will definitely stay here again!!

I would give this property 10/10! From easy check in , clean well stocked and lovely funishings, to the most beautiful river view from the balcony. Miles of river side walking trails just steps from the property. And a short scenic walk into Downtown Bend. Comfortable bed, nice AC. Only great things to say about our stay in this scenic unit.

For our short stay in Bend, I think this spot was absolutely perfect! The condo was so cute and in a great location. We walked everywhere we went within 10 minutes. The view from the private balcony was our favorite.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the view and sound of the Deschutes was our favorite part! We enjoyed being close enough to walk lost places in downtown and having a kitchen! Would stay again, thank you so much!

Clean and great location
Clean, great location. I was a little bit nervous because of all of the keep quiet signs and warnings.. unsure if I was allowed to walk around or play music or anything. Beautiful view, great amenities. The couch could Have been more comfortable but it was a huge plus that it pulled out.. also there were not extra blankets in any of the closets which would have been appreciated. Overall, we loved the view and the layout and would love to rent again. Appreciate the open communication and instructions provided.

Nice location close to town and on the River was a pleasant sound.
Overall this was a nice location and property. This was primarily a place to sleep for this trip. I would recommend the bed be replaced. The center is broken down.

We have previously stayed at Bend Riverside, but not at this particular condo. The space was # 307/308. The view of the River is beautiful. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. We will stay again on our next trip! Thank you!

Peaceful getaway
We arrived in our room and automatically were drawn to the breathtaking view of the Deschutes and the trails just right outside our room. The room was very clean and well stocked with the basics for a pleasant stay. The property was clean and maintained. The park was a short walk away and the pool and hottub were an extra bonus. Will definitely be booking again , well worth the location and experience.

We loved the location, sitting on the deck looking at the river was wonderful. We walked into Downtown Bend many times. The condo was definitely older, had the bare minimum, but we booked it for the location mostly.

Staff communication, cleanliness, location and air conditioning were excellent after that we were very disappointed.
We have stayed in places from budget to relatively nice (we can't afford luxury). We are ok staying in budget, but we paid for luxury and got budget. I understand how supply and demand works and I know we very much overpaid and I regret it. This was OUR mistake, but hopefully my notes will inspire change by the owners or you can consider this when you when you decide to stay here.
The place has had semi face lift and they did an ok job, but now you can see light fixtures falling off the wall and paint pealing off the door frames. The showers are the old plastic floors/walls one piece that you find in any low budget buildings. ALL communication I had with the staff was GREAT, but you can tell either the owner or management company wants to spend the minimum to make this property work. We paid over $2k for the week and and expected more than the cheapest toilet paper money can buy . There is a couch that is not very comfortable, made more so because there is nothing to put your feet on. There is a t.v. which is on the other side of the room and tiny / low res. Kitchen has the basics, and nothing more (the pots and pans were nice). We were given 1 trash bag and 1/2 ounce of dishwashing liquid for the week. (Why?) This place says Motel Parking when you drive in, and yes it was more like a Super 8 than what I expect when I rent VRBO.
I hate to give a bad review because Troy was great, but it really ruined our trip feeling like we got ripped off. If we had paid less this place would have been perfectly fine.

At the end of the day if you if you lower your expectations or you don't feel like you overpaid there is absolutely nothing wrong with this place. Finally we was very clean and we were able to walk many places. Sorry to the staff for this review, this is not on you.
