Home chefs will appreciate the gourmet, well-appointed kitchen. The extendable dining table can seat 8-10 with an additional four seats at the expansive kitchen island. The lower-level great room offers plenty of space to spread out and is detailed with a wall-mounted smart TV (installed January 2021), large sectional, game table and foosball table. The large, playful Bunkie room serves as an additional hangout or workspace with a large Smart TV, floor pillows and desk area. The lower-level twin daybed room also hosts a desk area for private workspace. Arrive at Steamboat Ski Resort in less than 10 minutes. Downtown Steamboat is just a 2-minute car ride or 10-minute bike ride away, or brisk 20-minute walk along the trails. The spacious floor plan includes over 3400 square feet of living space. The heated garage and driveway make parking a breeze and snow removal a non-issue! The garage all serves as a large mudroom to store all your gear, footwear and jackets. Fox Creek 1 can sleep 12 guests, while Fox Creek 2 has room for 11. There is parking for up to 7 vehicles (4 of these being in the 2 heated garages), a private hot tub, 2 large outdoor deck spaces, and beautiful gourmet kitchens. Fox Creek 3 is just 1.3 miles from downtown Steamboat, and 2.7 miles from Gondola Square. Hop on your bike, ride the free bus, or take a drive to town or the mountain, to enjoy all that Steamboat has to offer. This property had everything that I love. It was stylish, clean, great location, easy access to the shuttle, quiet, good view, great communication with management and had everything we needed in the kitchen and laundry room. We own a house that we rent out also in another state and this is the type of experience we want for our guests. You will have everything you need here and more. We all had the space to spread out. Thanks so much for a great trip with our family and my parents.

My family group of 8 adults had a great stay at this house. It is bright, well decorated and a great location. The kitchen is well equipped. We were 5 minutes from the mountain and 5 minutes to town. Highly recommend!

The house layout was great, lots of room to hang out! Beds were comfy. Nice features like a heated garage with boot warmers, etc. The kitchen is really well stocked to enjoy the house with a big group. Lovely views, easy to get around town - would absolutely book again. Overall, both stylish and super functional.

This house is exactly as described!! Plenty of space for a large group to spread out and be comfortable! Beautiful gourmet kitchen with everything you could need. 6 minute drive to town and steamboat resort, bus line 0.5 miles down the road. Would defiantly stay again!!

Very comfortable property w/ 2 car garage (plus room for one or two cars in front of garage) located in the best part of Steamboat. Super close to downtown, and practically walking distance to a convenient/liquor store. We had 3 families of 4 and were very happy with the accommodations. Would book again!!

Fox Creek 1 was a perfect home-base for our Steamboat getaway. The home was immaculate, well stocked and close proximity to all our favorite attractions. Strawberry Hotsprings, Fish Creek Falls, Shopping downtown and Fishing the Yampa were all easily accessible from this location. We can't wait to return once the lifts start turning.

This was a great home for our family reunion everyone had room to sleep and places to hang out. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed the hot tub and foosball table. It’s close enough to walk wherever you would like to, town, botanical gardens, rodeo grounds. I highly recommend this place.

This house was so fun for my bachelorette party! Comfortably fit 15 of us and we loved how there were so many different areas to hang out in within the home. Great location, super easy walk in to town. I would definitely book this place again whenever I want to host a large group in Steamboat!

Amazing home in the perfect location close to the resort as well as the town center. Host was very receptive and helpful. Had plenty of the small things that we didn’t have to bother with supplying (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc). Over all a beautiful home and amazing experience!

Our family stayed here for three nights. We enjoyed the property and with small children it was nice to have multiple levels where we could send the kids down stairs and have the adults upstairs. It was about a 5-10min drive to the Mountain. The only downside is the driveway is steep and narrow and you are only allowed 4 vehicles.

Overall, the home was great with plenty of room, beds, well equipped kitchen and foosball table. Our group size was 11 adults. A few minor downfalls were: 1) driveway configuration limited our ability to accommodate our group (limit of 2 vehicles in garage + 2 in the driveway), but we found offsite parking that worked well, 2) the HoA and neighbors had little tolerance for short term parking on the cul-du-sac while we were unloading gear after skiing and arranging for offsite parking 3) the hot tub is small for a house this size that sleeps 15. Overall a great rental and would stay again/ recommend to our friends & family! Thank you!

We just returned from our stay, and it exceeded our expectations! The house was beautiful and well appointed with nice linens and everything and more you could want in the kitchen for cooking and baking! No need to bring anything for that! The bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing and the living spaces were furnished for large groups! The Football table was a huge plus for our adult crew of kids! Will definitely stay there again!

We loved everything about this home! It is spacious yet cozy, modern and warm. The views from the kitchen windows and deck are stunning. We loved the location, halfway between the mountain and downtown, and many times we walked into downtown along the path. We enjoyed grilled dinners on the deck with the warm summer evenings and the hot tub as the evening cooled. The gourmet kitchen has everything you will need! One of our best stays ever!

We had a group of 12 of us that stayed in the house and it was perfect. We all had plenty of beds and seating. The views and the hot tub were incredible amenities and we can't wait to stay again! The property manager was accessible all weekend and responded quickly when we had questions about the house and that was very much appreciated! The house was a close drive to town and the neighbors were great. Seriously wouldn't stay anywhere else in Steamboat!

Beautiful new home! We had 3 families and room to spare. Hot Tub and Fooseball were a hit with the kids. The warm radiant floors were great after a fun day on the Mountain. The location is only a 2-minute drive to the FREE parking and with the quick shuttle service, we were able to come home for lunch and go back out! Kitchen and home stocked with everything you need for a great getaway. SkyRun was responsive and very helpful. We will stay here again!

Loved everything about the house -it snowed a lot while we were here and the heated driveway was luxurious! Great cooking facilities and lots of natural lighting with open floor plan and large windows. 3 levels with lots of space and TVs in each room which allows for some privacy when needed. Dedicated workspaces were great for working remotely. Really enjoyed our time here. Location also very convenient for both downtown and skiing .
