It was pretty straightforward to get to the apartment with the provided instructions. The kitchen was very well equipped, that was the best part of the accommodation, we could truly enjoy the time there. The bathroom was quite nice. The bedroom was solid, and you could get a pleasant sleep in the bed.

The smell of weed in the neighborhood was not welcoming, but I guess it is common in many neighborhoods in Montreal these days. We were counting on using the washing machine, it was quite disappointing to find out the detergent bottle was empty. Overall, the pros and cons were kinda what we expected, and had it been like this, I would leave a better overall rating. Unfortunately, there was one situation ... By far the most disappointing part was the attitude of the owners. On the second day, my friend got an allergic reaction after spending a few hours on the couch in the living room (she was good before). She is allergic to cats - we knew the place was pet-friendly, but we expected the place would be cleaned upon our arrival (especially since there is an additional fee for cleaning services). We immediately contacted the owner, asking him for some cleaning tools, and detergent (to prevent more allergic reactions), but we never received any answer (!!) - even though we spent there 8 days. Covering the couch with blankets saved the situation, but we couldn't get rid of the disappointment feeling.

El departamento cumplió con nuestras necesidades basicas, somos una familia con 2 niños y nos acomodamos muy bien. Esta bien implementado para cocinar, tiene un supermercado justo al frente, hay parking público por los alrededores, yo pagaba 14 dólares las 24 horas.

Reasonably priced, clean, great for a bigger group.

Parking situation wasn't great, but since we came on the weekend, it was free to park in front. Keep in mind that this is a unit on top of stores, and requires climbing stairs. The main issue I had was with the number of beds, my unit had 4 bedrooms and one of them was supposed to have 3 beds, it only had two. My experience was that the host does not communicate with messages or texts (I did not try calling), I only got what I think were automated messages that provided instructions for check-in and check-out.

Emplacement intéressant lorsqu'on se déplace dans Montréal. Wifi qui fonctionne bien. Matelas confortables.

Toilettes bouchées à notre arrivée. Appartement sale, meubles sales, murs sales. Fenetre de la chambre qui donne sur la rue non isolée et chauffage impossible à régler dans cette chambre, mon fils est tombé malade après avoir dormi la bas. Pas de housse de couette mais simplement deux draps mis sous et sur la couette... On entend tous les bruits des voisins et tous les passages dans la cage d'escalier qui sont nombreux même au milieu de la nuit.

Great location for the Metro and buses. Lots of restaurants, shops and food places and a supermarket across the road. Great sized rooms and beds for our party of 6 adults. Good kitchen facilities and living dining area. Good communication with the host and any issues resolved very quickly. Good provision of bedding, towels and toiletries. Highly recommend.

Maybe add some storage in the rooms for clothing. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable.

- les fauteuils vétustes - la cage d'escalier pas très propre. - les fenêtres avec des rideaux bien tirés car elles donnent sur des espaces borgnes et sales. - la non-indication de "stonewall suite" à l'entrée. Mais j'ai pu rentrer facilement grâce aux indications fournies par le propriétaire.

The instructions were thorough but practically a laundry list of chores attached to the instructions. The first impression of the unit upon entering was that it looked exactly like the pictures and seemed like a nice space.

Upon further inspection we noticed many unsavoury things for example a false eyelash stuck to the pillow, the duvet was covered with stains even though there’s a “no eating in bed” rule which is in and of itself pretty annoying to be told considering the amount you pay to stay there. The couch was incredibly uncomfortable and looked like it was picked up off the side of the street as it was tattered and covered in stains as well. While animals are permitted they aren’t allowed on the furniture but it looked like that rule was broken many times. During our stay we realized that the place probably wasn’t even cleaned before our arrival which made it pretty disgusting to think about what else we could have touched, been exposed to while staying there.

Apartment is reasonably well equipped. Kitchen is great. All amenities are there, including basics, such as coffee, tea, salt, pasta etc. Great fridge. Good and large storage. Apartment was clean. Iron board was totally new and clean.

It was not overall a satisfactory stay. If you have a heavy luggage, you are guaranteed to struggle in a narrow and high staircase. While the bed in a master bedroom was good, the sofa in a living room is extremely uncomfortable. Pillows are awful too. But worst is a parking. I sent the owner two messages regarding parking. Got only one answered and that was a formal answer. Signs by the road a rather misleading. This all - lack of proper info as well as me not being able to properly read the parking signs - resulted in my car towed away and a 443 CAD fine. If the owner promptly (or at all) answered my messages - this could have probably been avoided. Instead I received two messages stressing that apartment needs to be clean and tidy when we leave. Disappointment. Be careful and look for a paid parking several blocks away.

Location is perfect to explore Montreal. There is a metro station right across the street ; you reach downtown Montreal in less than 30 minutes. There is also a large supermarket, very convenient if you are selfcatering. The 3 bedrooms are all quite large. Everything you need is there, but not in large quantities. With 4 people we had to run the dishwasher after every meal in order to have clean plates and cutlery.

The apartment is along a busy street and just above a bus stop where people seem to be sitting and talking all through the day. The windows and curtains do not stop the street noise, so bringing earplugs is not a bad idea. A toddler in the apartment above ours woke up every morning at 6 o'clock sharp and started running around non-stop for an hour or so. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is reached via a rather steep and narrow flight of stairs. Not evident if you travel with a lot of luggage and some large bags.

Ligt aan drukke straat (gehorig 's nachts). Lastig om in de buurt parkeerplek te vinden voor de auto. We hebben de auto uiteindelijk (gratis) geparkeerd bij de Walmart bij metrostation Namur. De bedbank is NIET geschikt om op te slapen....

The property is very nice, clean and tidy. The location is great. The Metro is very close and gets you all over the city.

We would have liked the kitchen to be better equipped for cooking. Baking sheet, glasses etc. The road is very busy and if you are a light sleeper this might be an issue. Plan your parking if you have a car. We parked a few blocks away to avoid parking tickets. It’s worth mentioning the steep stairs up to the apartment. If you have any type of mobility issues you might find the stairs very difficult.

The stairs! I was not expecting having to reach out my room with a luggage of 30 kilos through 2 HUGE flight of stairs. No elevators on the property. Gladly an other guest was there and agreed to helm me. The WiFi is really weak, I had to use my mobile data the first days.
