The condo was a great location, not too far from town. We were not a fan of how hot the condo was. There is only a window AC unit in the living room so the bedrooms do not get any AC. My husband and I ended up sleeping in the guest bedroom where we could have the window open to cool down the room. Beds are very small and hard as well. We had an issue with the hot tub one night but the owner got right on it and fixed it for us the next day. Could have used a little more of a deep clean/vacuum but wasn’t awful, I have seen worse.

Location was nice, great views from deck, nice to have a hot tub, accommodations were clean. Would help to have more lighting on outdoor steps. Even with heat turned off the unit was very warm - too warm for the beautiful weather we had. Surprised there was no on-sight recycling option.

We enjoyed staying. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day hiking. Felt clean and comfortable. There is some construction on the side of the building.

We loved this property! Easily accessible to all directions of Estes Park. The only recommendations we would have is to upgrade the beds, and the family room furniture to accommodate more then 3 people to enjoy the space. The hot tub at night was an amazing experience. Just relaxing and watching the mountains.

Great property! Amazing views!! Very close to RMNP entrance. We loved it!

I was happy with how the floor had not been vacuumed. There will throw up or something on the blind in the bedroom as well as the blinds were broken I do not recommend this place honestly there's so much more that you could find in that area that's better for the price

It was a great place to stay. However the listing says queen size beds and they were definitely fulls so I think the listing needs updated. But other than that everything was clean and a nice place to stay.

Went up for my daughters destination wedding. Excellent location and very nice and easy to navigate. Clean and inviting with more than you need available.

easy process, and a close drive to everything we needed. Hottub was nice to have, and the pool on premises was nice and warm.
One of the bedrooms does not have windows to open so it does get kind of hot back there. Would stay here again though.

Very Nice Stay
We enjoyed the property very much. The kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms were roomy. We enjoyed the hot tub after long hikes. The washer and dryer is convenient. The only negative was the lack of ability to get fresh air in the master bedroom. It was quite warm and stuffy without a window to open to cool the room.

Summer family vacation
The condo was absolutely perfect!! Located away from the the busy streets of Estes with WONDERFUL views!! Very short distance from RMNP which was fantastic! The location made it easy to go out and explore all day and come home to make dinner and soak in the hot tub! The heated pool was wonderful. The kitchen had everything you need! All the little things the hosts provides, shampoo in the showers, laundry detergent, coffee, spices, made it very easy to feel right at home. We will definitely be back :)

Beautiful condo, mountain/lake views
We loved staying here! The private hot tub overlooking the mountains was one of our fave parts, as well as eating take-out on the porch’s patio table/chairs with a way better view than the restaurants in town. Only significant problem was no way to cool down the master bedroom other than a ceiling fan- the doors it has to the outside really need a screen so fresh cool air could come in without all the bugs. I’d thought there was AC but there was only a window unit in the living room, it’s cooling power didn’t reach all the way back to the bedroom. The non-master bedroom had windows with screens so it could be cooled off easily- but after the 1st night when we realized the cooling issue we didn’t want to switch rooms with our teenager and give up the en suite master bathroom we really liked, especially the extra area in it to put the suitcase so our room could stay looking nice :). The beds were also firmer than our preferences but the other benefits more than made up for it- Overall a great place to stay!

Comfortable and convenient
The condo was very comfortable and conveniently located. Despite the state of construction in the adjacent lot, the views were nice from the balcony. Everything went very smoothly, and I’d definitely return.

Everything was good except finding a cabin in the woods after dark is challenging … would appreciate having some outside cabin lights on when we arrived

The first set of stairs to the apartment is falling apart - thought our feet would go right through the steps. Second flight of stairs is secure. The porch is spacious but the decking is coming loose around the perimeter. Inside the unit was very dusty - must say the bathrooms were clean. Glad I took my cleaning products. Kitchen had only 2 spoons, 2 butter knives and a couple of forks.
The living room furniture and the dining chairs need to be updated. It felt like you were sitting on the hard frame - not comfortable at all. No dresser for clothing and few hangers for 4 adults - needless to say we were living out of our suitcases. Very small space for a two-week stay!

This unit doesn't have central air. It had one little bitty window unit in the living room. The master bedroom doesn't even have windows to open. It has doors. As soon as we got there we turned on the kitchen faucet and the handle fell off. There were used coffee grounds in the coffee pot. The jacuzzi had a ring around it from being dirty. We will not be staying here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Taylor Peaks 102. The large balcony with hot tub was a big hit. The unit itself was large enough for the two of us. However, we had some concerns: for example, the unit had only one dish towel. I would suggest that the unit should have five or six dish towels. In addition, the unit did not have an electrical water boiler or a tea kettle. Both would be worthwhile additions. Finally, the silverware needs additional forks, knives and spoons. One teaspoon is not enough. Otherwise, the bathrooms were in good shape. The rain shower head in the master bathroom was a treat after a long day. The TV had good reception, but the balcony with the hot tub was the highlight.

We loved everything except for the mattresses. It was clean, bathrooms roomy, kitchen great, and balcony wonderful with hot tub (although it had an issue with staying warm) and grill. I would book it again for next year in a heartbeat if the mattresses were changed out esp. in the master bed room. It was painful to sleep on so we tried the fold out bed which was worse (sheet over metal rack). We asked if there was any way to change it out; there wasn't, so I got two extra pillows to lay over the bed; my husband had to go into town and buy a matt from the camping store for over $100.00.

This property was exactly as described. The place was spotless and views beautiful. Everything from booking to check in was so easy!! The location could not be beat!!!

This was a great place -clean, good area, up-to-date. Kitchen and Bathrooms were very nice. You do need to climb stairs and there is construction going on but it didn't bother us. It has its own deck with a beautiful view and a hot tub for after those hikes that are strenuous.
Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our weekend in Estes Park! The condo is cozy and perfect for relaxing. The hot tub and fireplace were perfect for the snowy weather during our stay. Would love to come back again!

The place was nice but the sole purpose of us choosing this place was because of the hot tub. We also lost power for half a day. We had to have the technician come out twice to try and fix the hot tub and turn the power back on. The couch also had a nail sticking out of it which stabbed one of us in the leg! The hot tub should be fixed and ready to go if you’re going to charge for it. We did t get to go in it the entire stay- I’m super disappointed.

The property was clean and comfortable. The Mountain Views were a little more obstructed than I expected, and the property was right next to a construction zone. This isn’t necessarily a deterrent, just not what I expected based on the description. The hot tub worked perfectly, and we used it often.

Everything was great, but we couldn't seem to control the room temperature. The entire place was very hot even with the thermostats all the way down.

Limited signage to find property. Inside was clean except for the mold in master shower, floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, and there was a left over bag of trail mixed stuck in the chair. Kitchen was nicely stocked and laundry area was great. Outside: The grill was so dirty that it just smoked when lit. Honestly felt bad for the neighbors! I wasn’t going to clean the grill on vacation, so we just didn’t use. Hot tub was a complete fail. Temperature was 65 degrees when we arrived. Called management first thing in the morning and asked to move locations (it was 30 degrees outside and no way it was warming up for use for our trip). They denied request. Said they would send out technician and did (but he didn’t fix it). No communication after that. I called management twice after and no one would call back. Husband googled how to fix. It was set on economy/energy savor mode. Husband got it moved to standard mode and it reached 95 degrees after 48 hours (perfect for our small children to play in for 10 minutes).

The property was clean and had great views. We had booked it primarily for the hot tub. The living room and kitchen are smaller than they look in the picture. The hot tub didn't get above 79 degrees after our first night there. Property company came and looked it and supposedly fixed it but it never regained its temp. There were unusually cold temps during our stay and we woke to frozen pipes and no water on our second morning. I was surprised the property management company hadn't done anything to prevent this as it was forecasted. The property management company moved us to another property mid-afternoon that day. So in the end, our trip turned out ok but we were disappointed with the cold hot tub and the inconvenience of having to move mid-trip.

This rental was the best! We had 4 adults and it was the perfect size! The hot tub was the best part of our stay, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was so convenient!
