Located in Ohio, this charming house for £279 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Riverfront Vacation Home has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms with Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi, located on one full acre on the Wally Road Scenic Byway. Back yard features private stone beach on the Mohican River, perfect for launching/landing of your own canoes, kayaks, or tubes. Easy access to the water allows for fishing, swimming, or river sitting while watching others play in the water. We are located just 2 miles downriver from Mohican Adventures and 3.2 miles from the main entrance to Mohican State Park. Enjoy spending your days by the river or hiking at the park and relaxing evenings around the fire. Living Room: 55 inch LCD TV with YouTubeTV, Queen Sleeper Sofa, Love Seat, 2 Chairs and Coffee table Master Bedroom: Queen Bed Bedroom Two: 2 Queen Beds We Sleep 8 in beds, including pull out couch. 8 people is our absolute maximum, preferably 6 Adult maximum. House Bath: Shower, Sink, Toilet Shower House: Shower, Sink, Washer/Dryer, Toilet Kitchen: Dining table for 6-8, Refrigerator, Range/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Standard Coffee Maker and Keurig Coffee Maker, Blender, Crock Pot, Toaster, several pots and pans. Dinnerware and cutlery to accommodate 8 people. Porch with view of river: 44” polywood table with 4 chairs. Extra seating along built-in bench on house. Outside Amenities: Propane BBQ with Propane Provided, Riverside Fire Ring, cornhole, camping chairs. The Security Deposit of $250 is a hold, not a charge, on your Credit/Debit Card from a day before check-in until 7 days after checkout. Your card is only charged if I claim damage during that timeframe. If I do not claim damage during that timeframe, the hold will be automatically released from your card on the 7th day after checkout. Since the card account is not technically charged, just held, the hold that you see on your online statement may just disappear instead of showing as a credit. I will always contact you to discuss any damages prior to charging your card. Please ignore any other posts that states we will collect the security deposit at the house. This is inaccurate and there is currently not an option to remove that language. Sorry for any confusion.

We had a good stay at the property. The house was clean and convenient to family we were visiting in Loudonville. The entry to the second bathroom is outside across the front porch which was not expected but worked out fine. Overall, a positive experience.

The house was very clean, nicely furnished, well siipplied kitchen. The description lead us to believe it was a 3 bedroom home. It is only a 2 bedroom home. No in-suite bathrooms. The second bath and Laundry Room is separated from the rest of the house. In cold weather, and at night, this was not convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet. Having the Mohican River in your backyard was very nice. We did enjoy our stay. The beds are very comfortable. Having a second bath in the house would have been more convenient. The home is well taken care of

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient and easy to get to and from Mohican State Park for hiking. We do recommend this rental and would consider staying again. Wow, the ladybugs were out in full force during our stay. Maybe that was not necessarily particular to this area.

Property exactly as described! I am a clean freak and was as comfortable as can be here. We visited Amish areas and Mohican State park enjoying the fall colors. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen is well supplied to do so. Excellent TV viewing, place for a bon fire, comfortable seating, well lit for book reading, adequate room darkening shades. We noted that the coffee set up was for both single Kuerig cups and full pot usage. Recommend.

The house was perfect for us, very clean, with everything we needed from kitchen to linens. We enjoyed the porch and the little beach with the fire pit. We loved being so close to the parks and trails and enjoyed those too!

It was so close to alot of things. We went down the river we went to a comedy show at the castle everything was very close. Love sitting by the river. The house was very clean never ran out of anything. Great place. Will stay again

The house and property are well kept. A lot of your basic essentials are available. Beds are stiffer but comfy. The property is on a septic system so they aren't joking about water conservation. So plan out your showers and water usage. Wasnt inconvenient for us because there was only 2 of us but could see it being a problem for more people. Women, I suggest you take your princess showers before you get here. Being right on the river was great and. Would see it being a hot spot during the summer. Will definitely consider coming back.

We had a wedding at Mohican Resort and needed someplace to stay close. I reached out to Drew a couple times before booking to make sure we were actually close to venue - he immediately answered all my questions! We decided to make a long weekend of it and am so happy we did. The COLORS of fall everywhere!! Cabin is RIGHT on the River. Fire pit next to the rustling river if you wish. The cabin was SPOTLESS AND SO SO NICE!! If you wanted to cook - everything there! Great Room plenty of seating and the electric fireplace was awesome to relax and just read! ok the beds not so great - that is literally the only thing I would change. I didn’t go into the laundry area/second bath so can’t comment there., but you have to go outside to access from patio. The deck is huge and faces the river. The property is just BEAUTIFUL. Would be very fun in the summer but I think the Fall scenery would be my choice again! Would most definitely stay here again!!

Not the best place for older couples. We four are all over 75. There were 4 somewhat rickety stairs to get into the property. Not easy to navigate for some of us. And there was a driveway/walk-way with large stones which were very difficult to walk on. So, it was just difficult even getting into the place. Fortunately, it was a little easier for my husband to walk on the stones taking in luggage and things. In addition, the two bathrooms were not really suitable for 2 older adult couples. There was only one bath inside the house and it was extremely small. Really only large enough for one person-2 in a pinch. And, it was a step-in tub with a shower--too difficult for some older people. The other bath was outside off the deck. It was larger, with a walk-in shower, but pretty inconvenient to keep all your things outside and not at all useful for several trips to the bathroom during the night! We did not cook except two people had breakfast 2 mornings. However, the kitchen did appear pretty well equipped. My husband did make coffee each morning. The coffee maker was old and rusty and very difficult to use the first time. The wives complained about the beds being lumpy and in my case the sheets/mattress cover were ill-fitted with lots of lumps and wrinkles making it uncomfortable. The husbands didn't seem to notice. :) Having said all that, the house is probably just fine for most younger, especially if you are not picky about your bed being lumpy (I really think it was because the sheets and mattress pad were not fitted well and not put on the bed very tightly. I tried to re-make the bed, but the mattress is so close to the headboard and probably why the housekeeper did such a poor job of making up the beds.) It was too cool and rainy for us to use the porch. It was very nice and is what attracted me to the place from photos.

Wonderful stay..right on the river so it made the tubing great. Beautiful covered porch that we played games on and hung out during the 2 days it rained. Great friendly neighbors. Internet connection was horrible but we feel it made the time better as we couldn't get on our phones all the time. Definitely will book again in the future!

We had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful, the house is clean and has everything you need. We loved enjoying our meals each day out on the beautiful covered porch. We took advantage of the corn hole boards provided and played each day. Girls won! 💪🏻 It’s in a perfect location! It was close enough to everything in town but felt like it was far enough away to be secluded. We loved everything about our stay and I appreciate that they allow pets.

Great little rental property! Has pretty much all the important essential items needed to make this a home away from home for the renter. Drew was a great help too I called him and he promptly returned my call within 30min which was great.
