We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation. Other Things to Note: AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP. -The bathroom only offers the shower. The bathtub convertor is disabled. -This is shared with a multi unit property with other vacation rentals and small businesses. -Parking is limited to one spot per unit. There is limited overflow parking in the back so we don't recommend more than 2 vehicles per unit. -There is a Mini Split unit controlled by remote to adjust the thermostat or level of heating and air inside the unit. -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out! 🐶Dog Policy: -This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited Last, it’s your vacation, so you probably don’t want a lot of RULES. So think of these more as our strong requests: - NO SMOKING inside. This includes Colorado’s newest cash crop. - We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc. - Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. - We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early. Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: - Instead of charging a security deposit, we charge a non-refundable damage waiver fee (See Rental Agreement for a detailed breakdown of our guest fees) that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they may be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager. Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously.
