This beautiful two-bedroom, top-floor condo at The Villas at Walton Creek provides the perfect mountain getaway less than a one-mile walk to the slopes and only one block from the complimentary ski shuttle. Take in the alpine air from one of the two spacious decks; the outdoor space off the living area is equipped with a bistro table with four chairs and a gas grill, while the deck off the main bedroom has two Adirondack chairs perfect for sipping your morning cup of coffee. The home was recently renovated from floor to ceiling and is professionally decorated. Unwind in front of the flickering gas fireplace in the living area after fun-filled days on the slopes. The warm living area boasts an insulated slider that allows light to cascade in, a vaulted ceiling lined with wood, an entertainment cabinet, two leather sofas, a cozy soft wool rug, and a 55” TV with cable. Whip up tasty treats in the well-equipped kitchen, which features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and ample counter space. You'll have everything you need with bonus cookware such as a crockpot, two coffee makers, a rotating Belgian waffle maker, an electric griddle, blender, toaster, and bakeware. When it’s time to eat, dine at the six-person table. Additional amenities include a heated garage, complimentary WiFi, and a full-size front-loading washer/dryer. After days spent skiing or hiking, take a soak in either one of two shared hot tubs. The year-round complimentary Steamboat shuttle, located just one block from your rental, will whisk you to the area’s hot spots as well as the ski resort, located 0.8 miles away. If you love scenic walks, head outside the development, cross over Walton Creek Road, and follow the path along Burgess Creek. On the walk to the ski slopes, you’ll pass by a peaceful pond and walk over a beautiful stone bridge. Enjoy being a short drive from popular restaurants and local shops. Head just more than one mile to Wild West Balloon Adventures for a birds-eye view of Steamboat. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is a queen sofa bed in the living area. Two mountain bikes are available for guest use. Stairs are required to access this second-floor home. This vacation rental is not equipped with air conditioning but has ceiling fans and three new portable fans, which effectively cool the home. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Ski shuttle details: The year-round complimentary Steamboat shuttle is located just one block from your rental, and will whisk you to the the ski resort, located 0.8 miles away. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We had a great week at this lovely well-outfitted condo in Steamboat Springs. The condo is large and well-located near the bus stop. We also enjoyed the hot tub just around the corner. The garage was too tight for our truck but was a useful place to leave our gear (and the truck just fit in front of the garage). Fantastic ski conditions!

Beautiful condo, very well appointed and spacious for our family of 4. The 2 separate beds in the second bedroom were perfect for our kids. Easy access to free city bus to ski resort. It was wonderful.

The home was fantastic, we had to leave early as my daughter was hurt on the slopes, I inadvertently left several articles of clothing in the master bedroom closet, I called early morning of check out day to report this only to be told they didn’t find anything, I started listing off what had been left and was told they would get back with me and of course they never did, with the exception of my belongings not being turned in, and not having access to the hot tub it was an okay vacay

Relaxing spot in Steamboat
This is the second time we've stayed in this condo complex while at Steamboat. It is so convenient in terms of being close to the River Walk, a nearby creek (for kid splashing time) and grocery stores. It's just a short drive to downtown Steamboat or Stagecoach Reservoir. This particular condo unit was very nice. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had some small issues while staying and management was very quick to respond. Neighbors were generally quiet and our stay was relaxing. I put a 4 for cleanliness because although it was generally very clean, it was clear no one had used (or looked at) the sofa bed in a LONG time. In addition to not having any sheets (which management quickly fixed) we found all kinds of debris in the couch when we took off the cushions (socks, cup lids, food crumbs, etc). The unit came with multiple floor fans which quickly helped things cool down.

Very comfy, it was great having a garage. The teenagers thought the beds in the 2nd bedroom were a bit short (removing footboards may help). Master bed and bedroom was very comfortable.

- the property was not cleaned adequately before our arrival - there was dirt smeared with a mop by the entrance, lots of dust under the beds, dirty bathroom sink, lipstick marks on the wine glasses, and trash left by the beds (we found several bills from a liquor store that were left by the previous guests...)
- the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything what is going on at the neighboring condos
