Just a 2-min WALK to the SLOPES, restaurants, small grocery store, beer taproom, and more, a 5-min drive to grocery shopping, and a 7-min drive to the heart of downtown. Free shuttle + bus transportation. The perfect getaway for family or friends, especially if you want a little ADVENTURE too! Hiking, fishing, floating the river, biking, ski/boarding, and more! YEAR-ROUND, Steamboat has it all! Our three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo with a very spacious dining/living room makes it easy to come with all of your favorite people and enjoy this amazing town together. The condo complex is a unique small, quiet 24-unit complex. Our family-friendly condo has two master bedrooms on the top level that both have a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and full bath. They both also have their own fireplace, and they share a balcony, which is the perfect spot for morning coffee. The third bedroom is an enclosed bunk room that has a bunk bed with twin and full mattresses. The bunk room does not have a private bath, but there is a full bath and walk-in closet just outside the doors from it. The kitchen is on the first floor, the entire first level flooring is HEATED, and it features a spacious pantry and a laundry/mudroom for washing clothes and storing gear. From the kitchen, you walk down a small flight of stairs into the open living and dining area. Here, you will find an 8 seater dining room table, an enclosed bunk room, full bath, walk-in closet with lots of games, puzzles, and other amenities. The living room has a fireplace, smart TV, queen-sized pull-out sofa mattress, and some extra comfy chairs for lounging. Open, close, and lock as needed. There are childproofing supplies provided in a bin in the pantry. If you feel childproofing is needed for your kiddos, you can put on and take off supplies as needed. Some drawers and cabinets already have some locks installed. They just have to be activated. There is a bathtub in one of the master bathrooms for bathing little ones. There is also a few bath toys in the cabinet. The condo does have 4 outdoor steps to reach the front door but once you enter there is a mudroom on entry-level that is big enough to store strollers and additional gear, so there are no lugging strollers up and down full flights of stairs. The walk-in closets are big enough to fit the pack 'n play in for small children to sleep. We have a pack n play with sheets and an additional mattress that fits perfectly inside the pack n play for added comfort. We have a changing pad with covers. We have an additional padded rug for setting up a play area. There are a few kids' toys, kids' games, books, a high chair, pack n play, changing table, and kids' dishes + bibs. There is a baby swing in one of the master bedroom closets for use. The host was more accommodating than I could have ever hoped for. We stayed during Christmas, and there was a even a Christmas tree for us in the condo. Easy walk to and from the base of the mountain. Easy shuttle service for those that didn't want to walk. It's always great staying somewhere where the host cares about you. Thanks! We will definitely book again! Highly recommend.

Our family of 7 loved every minute here. The decor is charming and the condo is beyond well appointed with absolutely everything you could want or need to enjoy your stay in Steamboat. Bedding was incredibly comfortable and the owners have truly thought of everything!

The unit and owner were fantastic. It's 3 levels with 2 bedrooms up top, kitchen on main level and a large living room, bar area and small bunk room for kids. The unit had everything you could ever need and is in a great location close to the base of the ski area. We will definitely be staying here again.

If your looking for a clean, updated, spacious place right on the mountain (within walking distance from the gondola) this is the place for you. The unit had clearly been newly renovated. Besides having the standard amenities of a Vrbo, this unit paid special attention to details that made this unit feel like home. There were additional laundry baskets in each room so you didn’t have piles of clothes laying around, there were Dixie cups by the bathroom sinks, poo pouri and wet wipes were in each bathroom, qtips were available, a great first aid kit, etc. We also traveled with our kids. It was wonderful that they had a pack n play and high chair available, as well as child proofing equipment and toys for our older kids! We travel to Steamboat a few times a year and will absolutely stay here again!
