This Victorian six-bedroom 3200 sq. ft house boasts three floors and comfortably sleeps 14 guests! The party takes place on the Main Floor, where each room flows evenly from the large living room, with a huge flat screen TV, to the billiards room, and second flat screen TV, to the 8-person dining room table and 4-person kitchen bar top. You will also find a full bathroom with an LED mirror that can sync to Bluetooth technology! In addition, the home boasts a custom chef's kitchen, wine cooler, large counter tops, and plenty of space to entertain and enjoy a pre- or after-party. Then, you can step outside to the backyard, where you will find a unique well-lit private backyard setting, complete with a fire pit, plenty of seating, BBQ, and large patio area. You will also want to bring your bathing suits, because if the mood strikes, you may want to unwind in our 7-person hot tub equipped with LED lighting. Heading upstairs to Second Floor you will find 4 bedrooms dedicated to a famous Kentucky Derby winner, the master bedroom, with a King size bed and private master bathroom. There is a second bedroom, also sporting a King size bed and plenty of privacy. Additionally, there is a third bedroom, with a Queen size bed and a fourth bedroom featuring two Full size bunk beds. On the second floor, you will also find a full custom bathroom and a guest closet. Continuing to the Third Floor, you will find two more large bedrooms, each having a Queen size bed. There is another full bathroom on this floor as well!
