The views from this property are amazing! The home is very spacious and great for large groups. Jared was incredibly responsive to any questions/concerns during my stay.

The location of the house is ideal and close to basically everything, from the most popular hiking trails to the shopping area and restaurants. The backyard is spacious and has and incredible view of the mountains as well as a bbq grill and fire pit. We loved spending our evenings there enjoying the night sky. The house is equipped with board games and a pool table. Each room is equipped with a big screen tv which were loaded with streaming apps. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped and made preparing meals easy. They also includedsome basic cooking supplies. The house is spacious and comfortable with plenty of light coming inn. However we were rather disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the home. This was unfortunate, because otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars all around.

Our family of six spent three nights in this beautiful home and loved it. The views behind the house of the Red Rocks did it all. The house is very comfortable and flows well. Very clean home when you enter it and it has all the usual house amenities to make you feel right at home. Grocery store just down the street was very convenient to have as well. The bottle of local white wine they left as a gift for us was such a nice personal touch, which my wife really enjoyed. It was a great wine. We will definitely stay at this home again when we visit Sedona again. Highly recommend this home.

This beautiful home with a spectacular view of Thunder Mountain was everything we needed for our family of 5 vacation in Sedona. The location quiet and convenient with easy access to many trails, convenience stores and restaurants. The home is well looked after, very comfortable and fully furnished. It had everything we needed for the entire family. We can’t wait to go back!

The magnificent view from floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room that greeted us on our arrival was enough to know we had chosen the right property for our three days in Sedona. The property is in a quiet neighborhood but it is convenient to amenities like hiking/biking trails, grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. We had a group of 8 with 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids liked the bunk room and there was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The back patio was beautiful and we would love to visit again when the weather is a bit warmer to be able to take full advantage of this area. The added bonus of the pool table in the garage helped provide lots of entertainment. Jared was responsive to questions and helpful directing us to Thunder Mountain Bikes for our mountain bike rental. Thanks for the great start to our AZ vacation.

This place was in great shape, in a great location, with a great layout, great property manager, and an even greater likelihood that we will be renting here again!! So close to Tea Cup/Coffee Pot Rock Hiking/Mtn-biking trails … we rode them every day! A short drive to anything we needed.

Great home in a great location! Home is on a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighborhood. You have up-close and clear views of Thunder Mountain, Chimney Rock, and Coffee Pot from the huge sliding doors in the den as well as from the beautiful and sprawling back patio. You are minutes away from town and super close to several great hiking trails. We have been to Sedona several times and this is by far our favorite location. All bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is nice and well equipped. The only downsides to this home are the water pressure in primary shower is lacking and there is no parking in the garage, which would have been great given Sedona got 18" of snow during our visit. Other than that, the home is outstanding and well worth your consideration.

A legendary weekend in Sedona. We rented jeeps and went off-roading on local trails and hiked some wondrous rock formations. Staying at this property was close to everything we were doing, comfortable, fun with games, and decent sleeping conditions for 11 Overall, awesome time in Sedona. Thank you!

We called Jared once we realized that the furnace was not working. He was at the house within 30 minutes. He could not fix it but wanted to bring in a repair man. We let him know we were fine and the could wait until we left. He was a real pleasure to work with. Your organization is very fortunate to have Jared on your team!!!

What an incredible home and location! Our host, Jared, was awesome! The home is immaculate and the location is perfect for seeing and hiking Sedona. We also did a day trip to the Grand Canyon. Host Jared made sure we had all the “little things” at the home for our family’s stay. When we come back to Sedona, we will definitely stay at this home again!
