The Garden Oasis on the National Forest
About this house rental
Nestled in Sedona, this charming house for £95 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to my home! Just renovated, super clean, in a quiet neighborhood 240' from the Sugarloaf trailhead, we invite you for serenity and renewal. Created by an artist (moi) and full of original art, this is a home of beauty. Enjoy the views while relaxing on the sofa, listening to the sound of running water, or book a massage with your neighbor Jacob. We offer easy trail access, fast internet, a complete kitchen, tea / coffee, a laundry area, guide books, free parking.. and peace and beauty. This is a house of healing, full of light. There are lovely outdoor sitting areas, a place to lock your bike, and lots of flowers and greenery. Roll out the door and head 240' up the street to access the National Forest and miles and miles of hiking trails. A highly respected Sedona massage therapist, Jacob Massey, lives in the studio on the side of the house and can be booked for private sessions. Please be aware that there is some noise overlap between the 2 spaces. There's free parking in the carport. As to getting around the neighborhood it's best to walk as it's all of 3 blocks. We purposely do not have a TV. It's about you time, not distractions. 2122 5079

WOW! What a fabulous stay we had. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Best view of coffee pot rock and more. The night sky was absolutely amazing. The owner was totally fabulous considering and communicating everything you need to know to make a stay easy and comfy.

We loved our three nights at Peggy's place in Sedona. It was beautiful, spacious, tasteful. I appreciated the little things, like decaf coffee, sugar, and creamer for the mornings, higher quality cookware and towels than your average vrbo, and clear instructions. The location is great for hiking, and everything was cool and climate controlled. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife & I traveled with my parents, who had not stayed in this type of rental before. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet accommodations which really made it enjoyable for my parents. We also liked being close to the hiking trail. Nice place to really unwind and unplug

Bright house in a great location! Great for a short stay. We had an issue with the shower head, so we took baths instead! I’m sure the issue is fixed by now.

This property is in a great location to trailheads, downtown, and restaurants. We enjoyed renting mtbikes down the road and biking to trailheads right from this home.

The location of this home is great. Beautiful views, an outdoor seating area, and a kitchen that made eating at home easy.
It was a cold rainy weekend in Sedona at the time of our visit, this left us stuck inside with our little one.
We were fully aware there was no TV when we booked our visit, however the weather had us stuck in bed watching movies from a cell phone.
We brought our own pack and play and sheets for our child to sleep in, but the home was cold for her, the host was very hesitant to give us the keys to unlock the thermostat to change the temp.
The sheets in the bedroom are 0 polyester, which for us was very uncomfortable/ lots of static.
Overall a good stay.

Very clean house and a nice location.
The owner should let the guests know that there is a resident living in the other half of the house. We could hear the person moving around on the other side of the covered door, so it was pretty awkward knowing that someone could be hearing our conversations. The house is nice, but wish we didn’t need to worry about safety and privacy while on vacation.

Very clean. Convenient to everything. The view of the red rocks and access to a hiking trail is an added bonus.

Our mother daughter trip was amazing. Staying at Peggy’s place was a great starting point for all the highlights.

Loved everything about staying here. It was simple, clean, and uncluttered. Great access to a trailhead and very close to shops and restaurants.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean and we loved the light from the large windows. The most exciting part was to be able to see the red rocks literally right up the road. Full view from the front yard and partially through the windows. The outdoor eating area has beautiful red rock landscaping. The neighborhood was very peaceful. A joy to walk through. Our bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was large for a vacation rental. I do have one suggestion. The front solar lights on the ground did not work while we were there and there wasn’t a light on when we came into the house at night. It was hard to see the steps.

We found Peggy’s place to be a wonderful quiet location. Her neighbour Jacob was very kind and she was accommodating as we had a few special requests.
The kitchen is stocked with bare essentials and we could have used a few more items for food prep, but otherwise it was a perfect fit for us.
Thanks Peggy

Amazing place perfect for two, located steps from red rocks hiking trails. Close to downtown shopping and activities, but not too close so that you can enjoy quiet evenings under the stars. Place is clean, uncluttered, and comes with everything you need to move in and be comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay in this gorgeous, clean and conveniently located home. Easy and quick communication with Peggy. Well stocked kitchen and nicely furnished. Nice view of the red rocks in the morning.

Says three places to sleep. Just one bed, one futon and nothing else. Quite disappointed. Better for a couple than a family of three. 😔

Midcentury modern beauty! Exceptionally welcoming and clean. Nice open space. Peggy was very responsive to our questions. The view, even steps from the front door is stunning and the trailhead is around the corner. Lovely outside seating area with accompaniment of chirping birds. Excellent AC even in crazy Arizona heat. A very relaxing stay! Sip Sedona picked us up at the door for a wine tour. We used the fold-out and the trifold single for sleeping in addition to tge bedroom and they were very comfortable! Highly recommend .

Lovely Overnight Stay
We wish we could have stayed longer in this lovely home! Just enough room for us and our two grown children. Beautifully decorated for relaxation and serenity. Self check in/out went smoothly and the owner did an excellent job of communicating with us about our stay. We would stay here again given the chance!

Cozy, great location
The place was clean and nice. Close to hiking trails and pretty close to good shopping. The only thing that should have been mentioned in the add was the fact that the spare bedroom (called a casita) was rented out to some guy. the Good thing was the bedroom had an exterior door, and the interior door seemed to be replaced with something? Had a sheet over it and I didn’t look. so we couldn’t use all the house or backyard. The gentleman was fairly quiet but still. All in all I would stay there again. Price was right and place was nice.
